Gostámos muito da estadia. óptimos dias, muito bem passados, com merecido descanso e ao mesmo tempo com divertimento e dinâmica graças à equipa de animação. Muito bom. Serviço buffet muito bom também.

Este ano faltou a cama para a criança, a reserva foi feita com cama casal + cama extra, pois éramos 1 casal + 1 criança, e esta não existiu, ficámos num apartamento com duas camas apenas.

Location and spacious rooms

I have made few people aware of soaps missing in the toilet and still there wasn’t any soap until next day. I would also say that their subbed are very uncomfortable and need replacing. Also breakfast can benefit from a bit more healthy choices like seeds and nuts.

Nice hotel but a bit high value for actual stay. But you pay for location ( beach 5min walk away ).

Great location. Close to the beach and if looking for relaxed holiday break then perfect, quite location. Rooms are in great condition anv have everything you need.

Had to check out from hotel at 4am in the morning and were hoping to have some breakfast bag made for take away as we couldn't make it to the breakfast in the morning. Sunbeds at the pool are way to short and if not reserved in the early morning you might end up sleeping on grass.

Massive thumbs up for families

Staff were amazing & very friendly The staff especially dieago children entertainment was brilliant- pool football what a laugh with adults joining in My son uses a wheelchair totally disabled friendly staff and facilities Manager came the first morning to me at the pool and said any food or drink would be brought to me as I couldn’t leave my son in the pool Breakfasts were amazing Fantastic

location in very quiet area, will need to take cab or drive to main locations but most places are 15 mins away by car.

This hotel shouldn't be a 4* hotel, it should be a 5* hotel!

Indoor and outdoor pool - suited to all weather Staff were on top of any request Children's play room and outdoor play area which you don't usually get for the low price we paid a beautiful beach nearby peaceful night sleep without any external noise Two days before our departure, hotel staff left a letter in our room to say they would like to provide us with leaving drinks which is such a unique and lovely idea

Price for dinner buffet was 25 euros per person which seems a bit too much A bit remote where local buses only operate once every hour so relied on taxis which can be expensive

I ordered room service for breakfast as breakfast was in with the room bill and wasn’t told you pay extra if you get room service. food was good though and staff were lovely just wish I’d been told it ended up expensive.

How we were treated at reception, our so called sea view room ?was on 1st floor with huge palm trees in front . Evening entertainment was poor ,and breakfast choice very limited same every day hot choice was poor and bad quality.

Not good value for money 3* hotel at best.

Great location, friendly staff.

Bird poo all over the sun lounges and room balcony. Our room was awful if we were staying for longer than two nights I would have asked to move. Dusty, clearly not used often. The air-con didn’t work. This hotel is for families not couples. It’s at best a 3* hotel. This was our second stay at the hotel and it was so vastly different from our first however based on this experience we wouldn’t return.

It was good but could have been excellent.

The breakfast, the location and housekeeping service and staff were really good.

The WiFi was poor, the signage’s around the hotel were not very clear of where to go, some of the things were broken in the room and no help from staff to take the luggage into the room whilst watching us struggle carrying the bags. The opening of swimming pool should have longer opening.
