Das Hotel macht einen gepflegten Eindruck und hat eine schöne und ruhige Umgebung

Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Unser DZ war etwas klein und die Bewegungsmöglichkeiten eingeschränkt.

Netter Kurzurlaub trotz schlechten Wetter 😅😅

Sehr gute Lage, sehr nettes Personal und gutes Essen. Parken direkt vor der Tür und man hat die Natur vor dem Fenster

An sich war alles soweit in Ordnung. Nur mir persönlich war mein Zimmer in einer zu knalligen Farbe gestrichen und das Bett relativ klein. Aber das sind eben persönliche Dinge die andere nicht stören mögen. Aber es war soweit alles da was man braucht und die Größe vollkommen ausreichend.

Wundervolles Hotel für einen Ausflug ins Erzgebirge

Ein total süßes, historisches Hotel ein bisschen oberhalb der Stadt. Tolle Aussicht. Das Personal ist einfach zauberhaft. Nett, zuvorkommend und voller Überzeugung. Danke für ein tolles langes Wochenende ❤️

Der Preis von 120 Euro für 1 Nacht war keineswegs gerechtfertigt.

Die Lage vor Ort... ist zentrumsnah und fantastisch gelegen. Die Betten selbst waren super bequem.

Frühstück unter aller Sau... nur billige Aufpackware, keine große Auswahl ... die Brötchen müssen schon mal aufgepacken gewesen sein, hart ... zerbröselt und versalzen. Das Bettzeug war dreckig und verbraucht, Zimmer schlecht geputzt... großer Sanierungsstau

Das Erzgebirge ist schön - das Hotel war es für uns nicht.

Uns hat ein sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer Kellner gefallen. Leider war er an den letzten beiden Tagen nicht im Dienst

Unser Zimmer - Es war dunkel und ungemütlich. Die Reinigungskraft hat im Wesentlichen die Tagesdecke auf die Betten gelegt. Im Zimmer und im Bad haben wir nicht festgestellt, dass eine tägliche Reinigung erfolgte. Auf unserem Zimmer standen 3 Tage lang Gläser, die benutzt aber nicht ausgetauscht wurden.

Caught a cold, had the smallest bowl of soup ever and woke up bright and early.

The parking garage was a nice option and the breakfast was ok.

Our room was in the attic and besides the low roof above the bed, we also had one small window right above our head thus we caught a cold. Also, there weren't proper curtains in the room, so we couldn't sleep much in the morning due to the light. I've ordered a soup which was incredibly small but yet tasty. The staff was okeish but behaved a bit weird sometimes.

Great value hotel in beautiful surroundings

Great value for money in a beautiful mountain town. Good breakfast, super friendly and accommodating staff, enormous hotel room ('apartment') with plenty of storage space. I really appreciated the flexible mentality of the hotel staff (all from Czechia) who did their utmost to help think up good and affordable solutions to some of our questions. The hotel was at walking distance (up and down hilly paths) from many of Annaberg's facilities, including some great museums. We definitely want to come back again!

The WiFi was dodgy at best. The bed in our 'apartment' was a bit too small for 2 adults. Our room was only cleaned 1 time during a 5-night stay. The sheets in my son's room were ripped and he didn't have hot water one morning.

Superb base for our way home - better than supposed.

A nice and quiet hotel in a nice place with a very kind personnel. A very good breakfast and dinner (almost all restaurants on our way from Sinsheim have been closed - for me an excellent value for money.

Location and restaurant.

Room is never renovated, I asked to change it due to kids hit their heads on low ceilings, they did not change. On walls were spider webs. Shower was broken, water was leaking, see pictures. Beds were with old mattress with bends. At breakfast there are only tables for two people, so if You are more than two You will sit separate. Butter was old, knifes were with old food spots, see pictures.

A hidden treasure gem in Annaberg-Buccholz

The hotel is a hidden gem and secret treasure being set in a beautiful and romantic location opposite the park. Under new management it was evident that attention and efforts have been put into the right places being 1. service 2. cleanliness as well as thick, clean new bath towels and a very powerful hot-water shower. The room was large and spacious and although not fancy, had just what we needed. The dinner was superb as was the breakfast very enjoyable with delicious breads, coffee and everything that one could expect. Outstanding value for money.

For a future stay I would ask for/choose a room not so close to the kitchen from where the sound could be heard late at night and the next morning. An extra pillow should be placed on each side of the bed. One pillow is not enough and it was strange that when we called the Front Office to ask for an extra pillow we were told that he did not have access to any.

It was good place price was reasonable and very clean and quiet.

It was a very good stay. We were very happy that the room was clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast was good. We had dinner at the restaurant and was very enjoyable.

Mostly good except for one little exception

Very good breakfast, good Internet connection, nothing to complain except…

I arrived late at the hotel and the room was very cold with windows open. Unfortunately evening opening the heating to the max that wasn't enough to get a decent temperature for the night… That happens quite often unfortunately in Germany when arriving late.

Very good

The location is very good, can walk to the center and in the park is all very quiet. The rooms are big and clean, nothing to complain about. Food and breakfast were all good.

Well, we are in the middle of Covid crisis and I was a bit disappointed to see that not all staff wore masks, although coughing pretty bad. Made me feel quite uncomfortable.

Nice place to stay in Annaberg-Buchholz

It's a beautiful hotel, in what seems like a historic building, with high ceilings that are lowered a bit. Very friendly staff, they were happy to welcome us even though we arrived almost at night. The breakfast was good, varied, the room very clean and comfortable.

We had to pay more than what was written on the website (around 30 euro more for two nights/two people) and I don't understand why. It was a good place to stay, so we didn't mind it very much, as it was truly last minute. The access is quite difficult, as the street that goes up the hill to reach the hotel is really narrow (the width of one car) and wobbly, the entrance into the parking is confusing (take the big entrance, not the small one) and I'm not sure whether you can walk up, there may be some stairs going up the side of the hill from the river valley, but we didn't explore that part (see the valley and the stairs in the second photo).
