Great location short trip to tramore and walking distance to waterford city. Quick and easy check In plenty of space in the room.
We had a family room with one double bed and two fold out beds they were OK but was hard to get comfortable with only 1 pillow each

Two twin beds and good location
I was fairly disappointed with our stay. My mother had tripped and fallen that day so admittedly we were under abnormal circumstance. However, the hotel had no elevator, the room was unclean , there was no air conditioning, the staff were a fight to get any extra service from, the shower was quiet literally a lukewarm trickle, and it was a maze of doors and stairs to get to our room. One member of the staff said they would go get ice for us from the neighboring bar, which was a very nice gesture that she did not have to do, but never returned with the ice or mentioned it again. Overall, I'd say the hotel was well intentioned, but surely lacking for what a chain hotel should be.

Great location, ample parking, friendly informative checkin staff, direct taxi phone
We had to leave early so didn't sample breakfast!

Clean basic hotel in convenient location with friendly staff

Didn’t have breakfast. The location was good
The toilet in the room was dirty.
Hairs on the floor and around the sink area from previous customers.
The room wasn’t the cleanest in general and the sink was blocked. There was an unpleasant smell in the travel lodge.

Rooms were comfortable. We didn't hear any external noise from our room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really nice cafe nearby called Blackfriars Café. They do really nice breakfast items.
No facilities to leave luggage.

It was clean.
I asked, when called about breakfast. I was told book it in reception for 9 euro . When I got there no restaurant, use vending machine or diner next door. We had one pillow per person, not comfortable at all.

It was very clean and I felt safe during these covid times. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.
I had no complaints at all.

Carpet in the room was dirty & smelly. Surprised to find no fridge available.

Nothing
Utterly basic room, linen was not clean, there was what looked like faeces on the back of the toilet door, quite noisy, rock hard bed and pillows, no tea/coffee in the room although there was a kettle 🤔.
20-25 minute walk into Waterford so not really well situated, unless you want to stay close to a Lidl store. Quoted one price but charged €20 more (because we had our dog with us)...happy to pay the extra for the dog....but be upfront rather than allow a booking then ring up to increase the price by which time we were committed. The front desk didn't acknowledge us at all as we left..too busy on the phone..... the whole experience left me feeling slightly soiled by their "hospitality". Never going back.
