Very good location, clean, very friendly staff.

It was a little noisy in the hallway, and one night I was able to hear loud music coming from (I assume) down the street. While the bathroom was clean, the smell of one of the cleaning chemicals did not smell good.

Only down side was the bar shutting too early

Hotel was good, but service at resteraunt was very bad.

Hotel was very quiet and was located next to nice park, they had guarded free parking. The pillow and beds were very comfortable and check in and check out was easy and quick.

If on premise restaurant is part of this hotel, the service was almost nonexistent! We went down for drinks and dinner, our drinks came quickly, but our appetizer took almost an hour. No one came to table to ask if we wanted more drinks or to take our diner order. Appetizer was just ok, they never asked if we wanted anything else, so we paid and left.

It was clean , modern ,comfortable and only 20 minute from the airport.

Th room was comfortable , nice pillows, clean bathroom, big shower, toiletries etc.

The rooms are large comfortable and clean. The hotel is downtown with modern facilities and with many restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast is decent.

The reception staff is distracted and very slow. Although there were no other clients, we waited for 10 minutes while he spoke to his one of his colleagues at check-in instead of checking us in. Then we were told our rooms were not ready (at 2:30pm) and to come back in 30 minutes. When we got back, we got to wait for 10 minutes again for the receptionist to finish his discussion with another colleague before he handed us our keys... My room faced the street and the noise from people partying prevented me from sleeping.

Standard business hotel with some outdated facilities, but not worn, just more old school. Rated as one of the go-to hotels in San Jose since the service is good value for money.

Great location, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Stayed a night longer than planned.

Very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Good location- big park nearby, some good restaurants nearby, very easy to get on highway to leave city from here, easy parking. For an urban location, reasonably quiet.

No complaints.
