10 minutes walk from the medieval historic center, 15 minutes by car from the beaches. Every comfort, independent methane heating, independent and bright rooms, air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets, adjustable shutters, cot for children up to three years (on request), high chair (on request), carefully furnished even in colors and harmonies of shapes, large terrace of 50 square meters equipped with shower with hot water, sink, table with chairs, deckchairs and umbrella, very quiet street, apartment completely renovated in 2011 with conservative restoration, in the heart of the nineteenth-century area of Ostuni. It is equipped with a fast internet connection. In the immediate vicinity (less than 50 meters) there are: small supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, old bakery with typical specialties, excellent pizzeria / cafeteria cheap and frequented all year round by locals, wine shop, bar, tobacconist, newsagent, greengrocer, easy and fast access to the road that leads to the sea (you do not have to cross the center). In case of water shortage we are equipped with a tank and autoclave.

This apartment was exactly as advertised. We felt really at home here. We loved the location. Just outside of the Centro Storico. Checkin was seamless. Grocery stores are nearby. Restaurants are plentiful and we didn't go wrong with any of the ones we tried. There are several Michelin star restaurants in Ostuni. Make sure you make a reservation well in advance or you'll have no chance of trying them. The walk around the old city is enchanting. We highly recommend this property. Grazie Gianfranco!

Posizione strategica per passeggiata nel centro storico ( 10 minuti a piedi) con facile parcheggio non a pagamento sotto casa. Nelle immediate vicinanze supermercato, forno e farmacia. La casa è dotata di tutti i confort, materassi comodissimi e pulizia impeccabile, scale sia di ingresso che per accesso alla terrazza un pò alte ma molto caratteristiche.

il proprietario e la signora che si occupa del check-in si son dimostrati da subito gentili e disponibili. la casa è situata. in una posizine strategica comodissima al centro storico e ai vari servizi. la casa era perfettamente pulita e confortevole. la terrazza è uno sfogo piacevole anche in inverno. complessivamente la consiglio senza ombra di dubbio.

Consiglio la proprietà di Enrico, una chicca vicino al centro storico di Ostuni, casa molto pulita e con tutto ciò che occorre. Plus per la terrazza, valore aggiunto non indifferente. I proprietari sono persone disponibili ma non invadenti. Se torneremo ad Ostuni, sicuramente ci rivedremo! Grazie

Maison très agréable, séjour de 2 semaines.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la maison, spacieuse, très bien équipée, deux belles chambres et la super terrasse avec douche sur le toit. Elle est très bien située dans Ostuni, à 10 minutes du centre à pied, parking facile. Notre hôtesse nous a très gentiment accueillis et était très disponible. A conseiller, nous reviendrons!

Sehr nette zentrumsnahe Wohnung. Schöne Terrasse und in der Wohnung gab es alles was es braucht. Lediglich der WLAN Empfang funktionierte nicht. Aber im Urlaub auch mal schön, ohne. Vielen Dank.

Appartamento a dir poco perfetto dotato di tutti i comfort. Si apprezza particolarmente la frescura naturale nonostante la presenza in tutte le stanze del climatizzatore. Rifiniture ben curate, la presenza della terrazza con annessa doccia dà quella chicca in più di comodità soprattutto dopo le giornate passate al mare. L'appartamento è a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e vicino a casa c'è sempre la possibilità di trovare parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Che dire soggiorno perfetto e apprezzabile la cortesia e disponibilità della signora Annamaria. Consigliato per soggiorni in famiglia.

La disponibilità ed i.consigli della proprietaria ci sono stati utilissimi per una vacanza perfetta.La casa molto bella in un punto strategico di Ostuni con parcheggio facile da trovare.ma la vera chicca è la terrazza sui tetti di Ostuni dove tutte le sere cenavamo.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au mois d'avril. Merci beaucoup !Cet appartement est idéalement situé à Ostuni. Dans un quartier calme, mais très proche du centre. Nous avons pu nous garer chaque jour facilement. Il est simple, mais propre, confortable et typique. La terrasse est très appréciable. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. Nous recommandons cet appartement idéalement placé pour visiter la vallée d'Itria et la côte entre Bari et Brindisi. Nos enfants veulent avoir des nouvelles de l'oiseau qui niche dans la petite fenêtre. Les oeufs ont-ils éclos ?

Sembra piccola ma non lo è . Ha tutto quello che serve , curata nei dettagli. La terrazza con la doccia vale la quinta stella. Il centro si raggiunge in 10 minuti e a pochi metri si trova praticamente tutto. Trovare parcheggio in zona è stato abbastanza semplice ( siamo stati a fine giugno) e Annamaria è stata il simbolo della ospitalità meridionale. Raggiungere le zone di mare in auto è molto semplice e devo dire che ci sono dei posti incantevoli. Senza dubbio consiglio questo appartamento.

Appartement joliment décoré, typique, à conseiller pour des adultes et ados. La climatisation dans les chambres est appréciée. Sa situation permet de se rendre en soirée à pieds au centre des animations, ce qui est agréable. La terrasse sur le toit, de plus équipée d'une douche est un vrai plaisir! Madame Annamaria nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et s'est rendue disponible durant notre séjour. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Famille Française, 2 adultes 2 ados

Ottimo!

L'appartamento è molto carino, dotato di fascino storico (scale antiche, volte a botte, terrazzo con vista sui tetti bianchi) e fornito di tutti i comfort (materassi comodissimi!). La zona è servitissima (farmacia, negozi, bancomat, parrucchiere...), tranquilla e vicina al centro (10 minuti a piedi) della bellissima Ostuni. E' stato facilissimo anche trovare parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. La signora Annamaria è stata gentilissima e disponibile. Ottima vacanza, contiamo di tornarci!

Appartamento molto curato e confortevole più grande di come appare nelle foto. Abbiamo soggiornato alla fine di maggio e solo negli ultimi giorni abbiamo potuto usufruire del terrazzo in alto dotato di una seconda doccia molto comoda. Vicino al centro raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti.

Bellissimo!!!

L' immobile è ben curato e corrisponde alla descrizione ed alle foto. Noi eravamo in 4 adulti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa ha il fascino della dimora storica ma ben ristrutturata. Si trova vicino al centro storico perciò alla sera si può uscire e perdersi per le viuzze piene di turisti, negozi, ristoranti... Anche in agosto siamo riusciti a parcheggiare la macchina in parcheggi vicini alla casa. Supermercati e quant'altro si trovano sotto casa. La consiglierei sicuramente.

Idéalement situé dans Ostuni, l'appartement est confortable et décoré avec goût. La terrasse est la cerise sur le gâteau...... Très bon point de chute pour visiter la vallée d'Itria et même aller jusqu'à Matera. Plage à seulement 10 kms. Excellent séjour.

A great place in the beautiful city of Ostuni

We really liked this apartment! It's in an old building with great high vaulted ceilings and stone steps, but very nicely renovated without being excessively modern. We were four people and found it very spacious and comfortable, including the kitchen, which was well equipped. The rooftop terrace is a real treat for eating al fresco (and there's an open-air shower there too!). We also found the location to be very strategic. It's a walking distance from the historic centre, while parking was still easy to find at the adjacent square or in the streets around it. There is also a bar with free wifi on the square. I would highly recommend this apartment if you're staying in Ostuni or the Valle d'Itria!

Appartamento molto curato nei dettagli corrisponde perfettamente alle foto ,pulitissimo e situato in una zona molto vicina al centro storico in un bel quartiere, x chi arriva in auto non ci sono problemi nel parcheggio, ci siamo trovati benissimo, negozi pizzerie e tutto quello che puo' servire nelle immediate vicinanze un grazie alla signora Annamaria x la scelta dei ristoranti.

Maison typique située au coeur d'Ostuni

Maison typique très bien placée, à proximité immédiate des commerces et très calme dans une ruelle. Elle offre une terrasse extraordinaire sur le toit. Le centre historique est à 10 min à pied. Equipement irréprochable (pas de connexion internet mais les bars et café ont des wifi). La literie est très confortable, la propreté est exemplaire, la déco remarquable et l'accueil d'Anna Maria très chaleureux. Très bon séjour de 10 jours dans cette région magique, malgré une météo très mitigée. On n'a pas bénéficié des baignades sur les plages ni de repas sur la terrasse. Location à recommander sans aucune hésitation. Ostuni est vraiment un très beau village. Gracie!
