Ideal stay for us with two older granchidren .short walk to sea .stroll down prom to the small but lovely little town.
Bungalow itself ,very clean and perfect for us with 3 bedrooms ,easy to get to in a quite area exept when ship pub has its music on! ,which we listened to in the lovely enclosed garden and enjoyed just on Saturday evening.plenty of extras.beach toys etc in the garage for kiddies inclufing body boards.
Just to be aware information on vrbo is wrong as it states theres no wifi which is incorrect hence the 4 star on review .this is being dealt with by the owners, it does say theres wifi on details but when booked says there isnt ,so dont take any notice .
Love dymchurch and this bungalow is ideal.

This house served us well for our two week stay. It was very clean and offered enough space for our family of five.

We had a great time at this Bungalow. A nice sized secure garden was good for the kids to play in. The surrounding area had plenty to do and enjoy for our three generations. Easy to walk to the beach, and close enough to pop back if we forgot something. Wouldl definitely stay here again.

Loved the bungalow and garden. Well equiped A Home from Home.

Lovely clean and bright property. Kitted out well with all essentials. Property is in a great location being so close to the beach and only a short walk along the beach, sea wall or main road into the centre of Dymchurch. The inclusion of the beach toys (body boards, buckets, spades etc) was a particularly nice addition.
I only only one criticism, and a very small one at that. A pint of milk on arrival would have been nice.
All in all a lovely relaxing week. We would happily re-visit and hope we can soon.

Lovely bungalow, spotlessly clean nicely furnished and decorated, far better than the normal holiday properties we stay in.
Double bed was very comfortable after a long day out and the 2nd television a real treat.
Dymchurch and area was very pretty and unspoilt with lots to do and explore.
The owners had thought of everything walk books, maps and even a tide table.
The beach is all flat, sand and easy to walk on, lovely for children.
We had a lovely holiday and would return without a doubt, already thinking about a September break

Very nice bungalow. It is very comfortable, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and close to the beach. The location is also a perfect to explore the countryside.

This is our third time in this most comfortable bungalow. The grandchildren love the beach and the railway and its just like home from home with everything in the bungalow that you could wish for. In fact we love it so much that we have booked again for July 2014.

This property really is a home from home. It is the most comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully decorated property we have stayed in. The bungalow was spotlessly clean, warm (we were there in October) and ideally situated to walk to the beach. The location is also a perfect base for exploring the countryside with lots of lovely walks and cycle routes. Also easy to travel to Canterbury. A trip to Rye is well worth the visit with it's pretty streets and individual shops. Highly recommended.

One of the best holiday properties we have ever stayed at, just like being in our own bungalow.Spick and span when we arrived
Everything you need is here all you need to get is food great bakery in village,a Tesco in the village also a pub at the end of the road
So many places to visit in this part of kent. Canterbury a must as is going for a walk on the white cliffs at Dover. The Hythe to Dungeness Railway open at weekends a great ride also a visit to the NNR at Dungeness birds arriving every day. Go for a safari ride at Port Lymphe animal park & then you have one of the best sea wall walks in kent just 2 minutes away and the best beach in kent.
Ashford has a shopping village if you need one.I would recommend this property

I took my very elderly parents for a weekend break. The bungalow was spotlessly clean and extremely well furnished. It was like home from home. Great range of equipment all of good quality plenty of games and dvds if you want them. Few minutes walk up to the beach unfortunately my parents couldnt manage it as it is quite a slope up but ideal for families and more mobile people!!
Owners very efficient answered emails immediately and cleaning deposit refunded promptly.
Thoroughly recommend a visit to Dobbies garden centre in Ashford fantastic range of gifts/foods/plants etc and great restaurant. Situated in small retail park where there is a cinema and a Beafeater.
Would recommend to anyone.

Summer arrived at last for our week and second stay at this delightful detached 3 bedroom bungalow on a private estate with a homely cosy feel and large secluded garden. The accomodation was clean, fully equipped and well maintained. New comfortable leather sofas in the living room have been a big improvement as have the new digital TV's. (Can now get all the channels including 5....no more interference with French TV....on the contrary you can now get all their channels too!) With the weather so good this became a really relaxing stay with sunbathing the order of the day in either the garden or beautiful sandy beach, just 200 meters away. Things were so good and chilled that there was no need to runaround and visit places just because we had to as we were on holiday! All in all we would recommend this property to all. Put it this way we will certainly be re-booking for next year!
