Fabulous stay

The accommodation was very clean, spacious and had a lovely view of the sea from the balcony. Maria, the host, was quick to respond to any queries we had. The host stored away our luggage after check out until we had to leave for the airport. The apartment is in walking distance to Bellevue Beach - less than 10 minute walk. This apartment is about a 20 min walk to the Old Town. Would highly recommend anyone visiting Dubrovnik to stay in Maria’s apartment.

Prima locatie voor jonge mensen die niet inzetten op 5* maar toch van Dubrovnik willen genieten.

Grootte apartement, alle voorzieningen voor een weekje aan zee. Niet ver van het strand ( 10 minuten lopen ) en de oude stad ( 20 minuutjes lopen ). Leuke en goede restaurantjes in de buurt. Autoverhuur op 5 minuten loopafstand.

De directe omgeving van het appartementen complex. Oud, onderkomen en slecht verzorgd. De eerste indruk als je aankomt is niet al te best. " Via achterom " naar de ingang, poezen op de trap en in de ingangshal. Nummer 2 is overigens moeilijk te vinden. Ingang van het gebouw is niet meer dan een ijzeren tuinhek. Absoluut ongeschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Veel trappen, geen lift.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a great location. Highly recommend

Great location. Spacious - two very large bedrooms, each with air conditioning. Large lounge/kitchen/diner area again with air conditioning. Small balcony big enough for 2-3 max which is on the side of the building so you can see both the sea and mountains. Well equipped if you want to eat in, even a dishwasher Petar/Maria were very helpful pre arrival and whilst we were there.

The apartment was the perfect base for our stay

The host Petar, Maria's Husband met us at the apartment and showed us round. The apartment is really spacious and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. There is a lovely bakery next door, a supermarket close by and a travel agent opposite the apartment, and its about a 15 minute walk down into the old town, but there is a really good bus service with a stop close by.

Superb

The apartment was very clean, convenient and comfortable. Hot shower, good air con, clean kitchen, useful washing machine. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone. The view from the balcony was surprisingly good, shop and bakery next door, restaurant across the road, and the old town well within walking distance even for our little 7 year old! Lovely little beach very near across the road. Hosts very kind and welcoming and we had everything we needed.

Excellent Apartment

The apartment was excellent. It had everything you could possibly need and was very good quality throughout. Petar was very welcoming and helpful. There was a beach just across the road and a lovely bakery and shop just a short walk away. It was within walking distance of the old town and the Minceta. Would highly recommend this apartment. Fabulous location, well worth a visit!

This apartment is a great and extremely comfortable with a lovely position and a super friendly host. It is well equipped with everything you may need, the beds are really comfortable. Clean & spacious. The grocery store is a minute away. Would recommend it anytime! Great value for money!

The apartment was clean. The design was carefully considered to be easily maintained yet comfortable to stay in. Cooking utensils, hot shower, aircon each room and netflix.... complete!! Peter is just a call away if we need anything. Apartment is near a mini grocery and a bakery. 7min walk going to bellevue beach. Very quiet neighborhood.

Exceptional

Felt like a second home, beautiful, spacious for my children and just a beautiful walk from the Old City with breathtaking views. Best of all, Maria, her husband and father went above and beyond to treat us like family. They helped with luggage storage and some challenging logistics on our departure day which really took the stress out of a pretty hectic ordeal. Thank you, Maria and family!!!

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in good location for old town and lapad

Spacious, well equipped, small balcony with sea view. Friendly welcome, good communication. Useful washing machine available and outdoor drying rack/space Located with old town 10-15 min walk in one direction and lapad area starts in 15-20mins the other way.. more local feel and better prices! Loved copacabana beach at babin kuk! Great local bar called time out caffe and local restaurant Mangarun if you don’t want to go too far!

Access to parking space quite tricky so didn’t move the car again till leaving, make sure you arrange to meet host to guide you in as this was essential. Outside of building quite ugly.. look beyond this!!

Great time in a very functional apartment, great for a family stay.

The hosts are very nice, they helped us out immediately, when we had an internet issue. The appartment is fully furnished, there is nothing you need, but your clothes and beach towels, you can also wash. The balcony has a nice view and is in the shade in the afternoon, so not to hot.

Just tiny things, nothing important.

Very clean apartment. Perfect localisation, just I was looking for it. Five steps to bakery, twenty to the nearest grocery, fifty to restaurant.

deserves more than 10 points

Everything. Large luxury apartment with big kitchen and two bedrooms. Balcony with view. Close to beach, supermarket and bakery. Also close to public transport. Free private parking, good WiFi, SmartTV, cleanliness... Petar, the host, gave us many hints that really helped. Easy check-in and check-out. Hint: Use Uber in Dubrovnik, if you don't want to walk or don't want to use public transport. It is very cheap and fast.

That we had to leave.
