Ma petite a beaucoup apprécié cet endroit

J'apprécie beaucoup et j'ai l'habitude d'y séjourner. Donc, je me sens bien. Je peux ajouter la nourriture. D'ailleurs, je ne prends que le poisson d'eau douce pendant mes séjours dans cet hôtel.

L'accès à la chambre est fixé à 12 heures, même si vous êtes sensé quitté l'hôtel très tôt le lendemain. Ils devraient en tenir compte. Par ailleurs, le room service est facturé à 2 000 F CFA.

Falta de organización en la gestión de reservaciones y poca atención a le peticiones del cliente . Me tocó esperar desde la 1:00pm hasta las 9:00pm por la habitación reservada por falta de disponibilidad ( me dieron una pequeña mientras me prometían un cambio a categoría superior gratis que nunca ocurrió). Cuando logré entrar a la habitación reservada sorpresa ! Pared entre el baño y la parte del dormitorio húmeda , no tenía luz la parte del sanitario y en la primera planta ( cuando mi petición inicial fue que no quiero planta baja) . Me he quedado en este hotel desde el 2015 , y la verdad es que no volveré porque me sentí mal .

Despite these shortcomings, the hotel remains a place to be recommended.

I did like the diversity of meal presented. The location was also good; big space and perfectly cleaned. Also the professionalism of staff was very impressive.

Cleaning of the room is not top... Improvement should be made in this area.

This hotel has 80% right the other 20% let’s it down badly

The hotel is in an amazing location across the road from the airport. Really convenient for travelers. The breakfast was superb. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The food service is terrible. They have no snack meals available. This main restaurant service was really appalling. I waited in an empty dining room for a simple meal for an hour. The kitchen was fully staffed and there were three waiters on duty. Mine or not the first review on this line. Sort out the food and this would be a good hotel. In the end I bought food at a grocery store so that I didn’t go hungry.

Perfect Location

The location was perfect...a walking distance from the airport.

The rooms could be more clean and shower did not have enough pressure for water to flow abundantly.

The staff don't speck english very well. they reserve online room and not serve the same room. Also for toiletry and towel they dont keep in the bathroom you have demand always.

No kettle so the tea bags were of no use No emergency toopaste in the bathroom

As above No airport shuttle because "driver does not work on Sundays"... There are flights everyday, so that's a poor excuse for an airport hotel

The location 5 min Walk max from the main airport ,spacious room friendly and professional staff member,would def come back but would check the bathtub before

Blanket had a big stain,some type stain left by a liquid ,I would say oil or something fatty.and the bathtub is dark could use some strong stain remover

Great location and friendly staff.

Food and breakfast services need more improvements. Also booking.com need to clarify about the breakfast. If 2 peoples are booked for a Room I don’t why only one person can take breakfast.

Superb

The location was very close to the airport. The pool was nice. The eating options were fantastic- African, French, & Italian.

It took a until the 3rd try to get a room with working AC, but the staff was very prompt to fix the problem.
