Bad housekeeping and staff response

For the first day, my room was not clean, what they have done they only changed the bed sheets and added new towels. They didn’t vacuum, didn’t wiped the tables, have bot added any new teas and coffee, toilet was very dirty. When I checked the room at night i called the room service the guy answered and promised that my room will get a deep clean in the morning.. guess what !!!! I left the room in the afternoon got back at 2:00 am and no one came and cleaned my room NO HOUSEKEEPING been done that night.. i have reached out to the manager on duty that day (who were out of the hotel do finish some stuff!!) Very weird to have a hotel manager that not on site. Anyways i reach out to General Authority for Tourism and raised a complain, they were very supportive.

They have delayed my check in because they didn’t find my booking. I have asked for late check out @3 pm and the call me more than 3 times between 12-2 pm once i checked out they called me to checkout!! I have ordered chocolate and they refuse to keep it in the Concierge and they kept the driver for 40 min !!! My room wasn’t clean when I checked in it’s the worst stay ever

Everything was fine in the hotel. Nice bathroom with all the amenities, spacious room. Wide choice of food for breakfast. Quick check-in and check-out.

Construction work with high noise started at 6.00 am ad woke me up. I was on 6th floor.

Nice room and Gym Breakfast is perfect

Requested a crib in the booking request itself and also during checkin, never got it, my kid slept on the couch. Room telephone shortcuts doesn't work so couldn't call front desk nor room service. Exact numbers arent mentioned anywhere so couldnt dial them in. Room cleaner would always remove 1 towel and leave 1 only for both of us for some reason. A studio for 2 has only 1 bath rob and 1 slipper. Funny smells in the corridor in front of the elevator, and in the parking B1
