Quite area with nice walks around, comfortable, home like apartment.

Super spacious, nice place with everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had a great one week holiday there.

The little black caterpillar visitors on the floor were a bit surprising...

Gerne wieder 😃

Die Lage nah bei der Schnellstraße mit allen wichtigen Läden in der Nachbarschaft ist hervorragend. Die Ausstattung und die Räumlichkeiten sind echt toll.

Die Luftfeuchtigkeit war anfangs trotz Lufttrockner ziemlich hoch mit Niederschlag an den Fenstern über Nacht. Kann natürlich am Winterwetter gelegen haben.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Aller Skepsis zum Trotz ist diese große Wohnung für uns ein Glückstreffer gewesen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Die Lage in Prazeres ist für Wanderer ein Paradies. Es gibt schon einige Wandertouren vom Haus aus, ohne dass man mit Auto oder Bus irgendwo hinfahren muss. Die Wohnung selbst ist riesig, hell und mit guten Betten sowie einer gemütlichen Sitzecke versehen. Die Terrasse ist mit verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegemöbeln ausgestattet. Die Küche ist üppig ausgestattet. Nicht benutzt haben wir den vorhandenen Außengrill und den Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die verschieden Terrassen bieten Meer- oder Bergblick. Bis auf krähende Hähne in den Morgenstunden ist es angenehm ruhig trotz einiger Geschäfte in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Prazeres bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger und 5-6 empfehlenswerte Restaurants.

Great property. Easy check in and check out. Top value for money. Very spacious with great views from the apartment. 30 mins from funchal. You need a car to get to the apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Felt like the host did his best to make us feel like home. We would definitely return again.

Exceptional

We definitely loved the place. The view - all of the windows of the apartment have an amazing view. Two sides of the apartment faced the ocean and the third side faces the forest and a bit less the ocean. Space - the apartment is big. There were two of us and some of the rooms we didn't use at all. Big kitchen, balcony, and terrace. Also, I think there is a grill available for guests on the terrace, we didn't use it though. Internet - super fast 400+ Mbit/second. Location - we rented a car and for us, the location was very convenient. We could travel pretty fast to any part of the island, especially the West and NorthWest parts. Value for money - many times exceeded our expectations.

Spacious and well equipped

Spacious apartment with a large and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable double beds and plenty of storage space in closets. A small grocery store with a coffee shop is nearby. Owner was helpful and quick to respond. Overall great value for the money.

Showing signs of age but still in overall good condition. Limited view of the sea.

Lovely, spacious apartment, excellent location, great value, what more can I say? Thank you!

Just myself and daughter, we slept soundly on The Best mattresses we've ever slept on, either when travelling OR at home! (Apparently we have a previous long-term guest to thank for that, so Thank You!🥰) Spacious apartment, and would've been adequate for at least 4 adults.. Balconies on 3 sides, fabulous quiet neighbourhood, but with a grocery shop below, even mountain bike hire, and a cafe with great coffee at 80c..I was in heaven, as a tea drinker, with an actual Kettle in the apartment! Very comfortable and, for the extremely good price, perfect. Even if we'd wanted to stay local all week (we didn't!) I'd have been in my element enjoying sun on the balconies. Easy to locate and, although this apartment is towards the West of the Island, we pretty much explored where we wanted to, even the Far East for a great hike, and a couple of mountain days. Loved it. Thank you.

It was Brilliant all round. Nothing we didn't like! We believe the owners were coming out to stay, as we left, so they will have noticed by now that the extractor fan in the kitchen wasn't working..Sorry..very small thing!

A great view over the valley, lovely terrace to enjoy a beer or read. Plenty of space in the house with a sizeable TV. Location good for several hikes but ideally need a car. The lady who managed it was lovely. We would love to come back.

Kitchen could have been slightly better equipped with basics like salt (maybe a covid hygiene rule though?)

Superb

Spacious flat , well equiped kitchen. There is small shop and bakery just downstairs, so every day breakfast can be fresh and tasty :) calm neighbourhood even it is just next to main road, connecting to the rest of island.

The apartment is huge, kitchen is nice and usefull, sutible for a bigger groups up to 6-7 people. Location is good, with many interesting trails nearby. Car rental is mandatory

Matresses are not very comfortable, they were to soft for our taste.

Spacious, comfortable and sunny villa close to the sea

Everything. Located near to and facing the sea, in a very calm and quiet area, with a supermarket just below. The house itself is spacious an comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, the terrace/balconies are huge with an awesome barbecue. The sea is just a few minutes away.
