The staff was very attentive, they helped with our facultative trips.Very pleasant staff in the breakfast room.Very clean and big free parking.
The room needs more storage space for clothes, and is a bit small. The breakfast was nice but needs more options, like more fruits and salty varients.

Super clean and comfortable rooms. Fresh towels and linen provided daily. Location and view were fantastic. Outdoor and the view from terrace was breathtaking. Private parking provided at no extra cost.
Hotel was just renovated and seemed as though the owners had run out of money just before finishing everything off. Lobby and breakfast room still need quite bit more furniture bring things together. No AC in corridors. Kitchen desperately needs more equipment and staff. Breakfast options were extremely limited. On the second day of our stay, we were told by kitchen staff that eggs and cheese are finished for the day, and they won't be refilled. It was around 8:30am and breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am. Though when we complained to reception, they apologised and resolved he issue then and there. More food was served with 10-15mins.

I liked the room, very clean, and the view is wonderful. I would like to thank the employee, Rosalyn, for her kind reception and her most beautiful smile, also the parking attendant was very nice
only there’s no coffee maker in the room or tea

There were fresh tulips everywhere, very beautiful details and lovely small waterfall at the entrance. Amazing breakfast and wonderful stuff at the breakfast room. Very comfortable beds. Kind Rezeption and good parking inclusive.
window at the deluxe room too small for the beautiful view.

A beautiful hotel to stay at on our way to the Amalfi coast. Breakfast was nice but would’ve appreciated having a choice of warm options.

Easy access to Naples and the Sorrento Penninsular
It is an "Events" hotel. It felt as if it was empty and therefore there was no restaurant or bar. Although on the main road it was very difficult to find particularly if approaching from the coastal towns.

No Resturant! Poor brekfast. No Net at the room, no nеt conection or bad , NO network at the room, and bad conection at lobby. The hotel is at very bussi main road, and is very loud. It have weding in there and was very loud until late hours.

Very friendly and helpful staff and good location between Napoli and Costièra Amalfiana. Nice breakfast.
No refrigerator in the rooms, window view towards a field full of trash and small windows, air-conditioning had issues during the first night but was fixed the day after. The place calls itself a hotel and restaurant but it doesn't ran a restaurant.

The view of ocean view rooms is good
This was the worst experience of mine with booking! I don’t expect these kind of properties from booking!
The room had not a refrigerator!
Bad wifi, bad breakfast, bad bed and also a stay with full of noise and awful sound is coming, if you want to choose this hotel
I am so sorry for everything…

The location was nice and the theme of the furniture and overall look of the hotel was pleasant.
The staff were not very professional, kind of rude.. the ones who couldn't speak a word of English were trying to be more pleasant than the ones who dealt with us personally. Breakfast was a terrible layout and we weren't allowed to eat outside only in a dining room indoors(whats the point we paid for our experience..) other guests were eating outside. The cappuccinos took 30 minutes to bring and was just a cup of frothy milk. Very disappointed. Our rooms A/C had a little glitch and kept stopping in the middle of the night so was a bit unpleasant. We had to hand in our room keys everytime we went out, was a bit strange.. I get the concept of not losing it but we left all our personal items inside the room and did not feel comfortable with anyone having access especially whilst we spent the entire day out. Lastly we were paying and the card facility was not working for ages and the girl in front was getting upset infront of us instead of handling it more professionally.. eventually after 3 tries, we tried to pay with cash.. they did not have 9 euros change for us and she kept insisting the machine will work.. eventually she got it to work made us pay card... because they didn't have 9 euros change!!! Shocking for a hotel with frequent guests coming in and out, telling us how we should pay..

Great location with beautiful garden, parking space- breakfast was good and in a good ambiance. Amazing view but small window.
If there is a wedding can be noisy. Dinner was not value for money, we had requested not to have any poultry in our meal but that was NOT considered!
