Renewal completed: February 2018. There are few better ways to authentically enjoy a city than to plant yourself in its very heart. You’ll find this vast gorgeous residence — complete with a one-of-a-kind indoor terrace — just a couple of blocks away from Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia and La Rambla.
Set in the centre of Barcelona, where many of the top cultural attractions also reside, this stunning 275m2 apartment features plenty of living space sprinkled with some stylish home comforts. Its unique interior terrace, with direct views of the historic Gran Via's Coliseum Theatre, brings the best of the outdoors indoors and features a backlit ceiling that displays a realistic imitation of the sky beyond. This space is also decked with handpicked garden furniture for maximum relaxation, including a swing and artificial grass to complete the al fresco vibe.
Guests receive plenty of natural light indoors, thanks to the central courtyard, with the sunshine also entering through either side of the building. Super layout for privacy and coming together in the living area for gatherings. Perfect place for the jet lagged to recover and easy walking to Las Ramblas, shopping streets, Flamenco show and Sagrada Familia.. The swing room with its own cloudy sky was a hit too. We didn't ask which A/C monitors where for which rooms and never quite figered it out. If that's important, you may want to ask. Shaun and Sara were quick to replyl to any of our requests. Thanks for the great time. We recommend ~

Sheets and bedding were not clean for at least one of the queen beds as there was a lot of hair. lipstick stains, and smells. Others may not have been clean but my family was too tired to probably notice. They told us we needed to go out and get laundry detergent for the washer/dryer that takes 5 hours to do one load. Obviously, we had to do the bedding ourselves which took a long time. The check-in process could be seen as extremely difficult as they give zero directions on how to get to their office. Just that it's on the 19th floor in a completely different location. It was a dingy frat-bro atmosphere at the office. Cleaners came into our place unannounced two days into our stay. However, we were still required to take all of our trash about 200m down the street at the end of our stay. I think this shows that the place is not cleaned in between residents and overall not worth the price. I would not trust any place that is operated by EnjoyBCN.

Apartment is centrally located a few short blocks from the north end of Las Ramblas. Honestly, a perfect location.
We were 10 adults and the accommodations were as described in the online description. Two bathrooms are quite small but were adequate for the two nights we stayed in Barcelona.
We did arrive into Barcelona in the morning and check in was not until 3pm. They did offer an early check in but honestly the price was, in my opinion, exorbitant. EnjoyBCN did allow us to store luggage at their offices which were about 1 mile from the apartment. A bit inconvenient but it worked out just fine.

Big, clean, well equipped and perfectly located house. We were a group of 10 and it was perfect, 5 bathrooms allows us to be fast and comfortable.
All the spaces are enjoyables and I definitely recommend this house to have a great experience in Barcelona

The apartment is large enough for 2 families of 4, as there are 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The kitchen has ample supplies, but don't expect any cooking ingredients such as spices and oils as you find in owner-occupied vacation rentals. Luckily there is a store just outside the front door to the building for anything last minute you might need. The property management staff are friendly and promptly respond to inquiries. If we return with 2 couples or another family we would definitely rent The Coliseum again due to its clean and large layout and central location to all points in the city --most are walkable. Loved the swing so much considering the option in our own home!

Our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 teens) had plenty of room and comfortable, well air-conditioned gathering spaces for talking about our wonderful trip! The Enjoy BCN team graciously answered many questions I had in the year leading up to our stay! They were as kind as a team could be. We all had our own sleeping quarters and bathrooms.

Exactly as advertised. Spacious, airy, clean. Oh, did I mention the location. Right in the middle of THE area in Barcelona you would want to be. Playa Catalunya, La Ramblas, Passeig De Gracia. Easy access to the Metro for quick movement across the city. Loads of excellent restaurants all within walking distance. Our family of 9 had a wonderful stay at Coliseum.

We were a group of 8 travelling for a Hen weekend. The apartment was really clean, perfect for our needs, large, airy, spacious and the outdoor indoor room was quirky and fun. This would also be great for a large family and would highly recommend.

This property is perfect for seeing the city. We had one night here to celebrate my wife's 40th and it suited our needs. Parking was underneath and a reasonable price for overnight. It's a unique apartment, with plenty of space to relax as a family. Perfect for a special occasion.

Our family of nine adults had a great time at the apartment. we used all six bedrooms and never felt cramped. The location was ideal, close to la Rambles and the metro.

The only issue we had was with the check-in process. I had been chatting with the property management team via the VRBO app weeks before we arrived in Barcelona, & they had told me to go to their mgmt office if we arrived early so we could drop off our luggage. However, they had given me the wrong address in the VRBO chat, so after getting a hold of the office, a few of us walked a few blocks to the actual mgmt office & they told us where the VRBO is located & gave us the key. They told us we could carry the luggage to the VRBO & leave it there as they finished cleaning & getting it ready. Aside from that initial confusion at check-in, once we actually got our keys & were able to find the VRBO, we had a wonderful stay. The place is very beautiful & all of our group was very happy. We got in trouble for singing Happy Birthday to our friend on our 1st night because we were too loud 😬. We did not know the rules. All in all, we had a fantastic stay! Just make sure you get clear instructions on where to pick up the key to hopefully avoid any confusion.

The place is fantastic. It's big and spacious, efficient with bedroom and bathrooms. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. It was very clean, had a washer and dryer, the kitchen was well stocked with equipment but note that it had none of little things like salt and pepper, oil, vinegar. If you rent a car, there is parking associated with the place but you have to reserve it when you book, which was not clear when we did it so we did not get these spots. There is however, a parking lot in the building, which is more affordable than the one at the corner. The location is perfect. You are a short walk away from train stations and Las Ramblas.

This property was absolutely perfect. We had a group of ten and the space was exactly what we needed. Lots of bathrooms, beds and space. The location was perfect walking distance to lots of food and getting to transportation. We felt like we were living in style while there.

Short but great stay
We only spent one night but the place was fantastic. More rooms than we needed but was very cozy and welcoming. Kids loved the swing. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Our stay was fantastic. The location is perfect for restaurants, shopping and just walking around the city. The property is large enough to accommodate eight adults comfortably.
The property management team were help full with check in and setting up transfers from and returning to the airport.

This is a beautifully appointed apartment in a great location. It is a 5 minute walk to Placa de Catalunya. Lots of shopping and dining nearby. The apartment is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 8 with room to spare.I wish that we had more time in Barcelona to enjoy the space.

Logo que chegamos e conseguimos pegar a chave, que creio poderia ser deixada numa caixinha com senha no proprio predio, para facilitar a vida dos clientes, o lobby não impressionou e fiquei com medo de termos errado em nossa escolha. porem quando entramos no apartamento todos ficaram maravilhados com o tamanho e a quantidade de espaço do mesmo. Nossos filhos não queriam sair do apartamento. Fica super bem localizado, com supermercado 24 horas ao lado e todas as principais atrações a poucos blocos. a internet wi fi do apto é incrivelmente rapida, e de sugestões eu sugeriria uma cama maior na segunda suite de casal, pois apenas a suite com melhor banheiro tem cama grande. e certamente no minimo dois casais sempre alugarão, deixando sempre um dos caisais em pior condições pq a cama é menor. sobre os outros quartos tudo otimo, lençois otimos, tudo muito novo e limpo.Voltaremos com certeza.

Our family of six, all adults, had a wonderful time in Barcelona last week. I found this apartment while searching VRBO and all of the reviews were so positive I booked it.We were not disappointed. The location is perfect, in the center of new and old. There are little grocery markets all around, restaurants, coffee, shopping...everything is within walking distance. Buses close, taxi's always available. It sleeps 12, so our family of six was quite comfortable in the large space. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.
