Property was well maintained and at an exellent location! Everything worked well and the pool was nice.
Not the newest but our room was renovated, big and very comfortable.

Great location to the beach and the pool was amazing. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had everything we needed.
The towel situation at the pool was silly with people putting towels out the night before. There wasn’t enough beds by the pool for all the guests. I would have liked to have bottles of water in the room each day as it was super hot.

The location, the studio ( very spacious with 2 balconies). The staff members were adorable especially the lady who was cleaning our studio ( Helena, thank you for your kindness & dedication), also the staff in the kitchen for breakfast, the cook ( I don't have her name) was so sweet & helpful listening to our needs & doing her best to provide us with anything that was missing.
There was a man " the handy man" going around fixing broken things around the hotel. We felt he lacked manners. He had to fix a light in our studio, wasted nearly 2 hours of our time for nothing as he failed to fix it, he would come & go, talk on the phone for ages, disappear & come back & he wanted to fix other things! I had to talk to the manager to ask him to leave the room, tell them that they should have done their repair before our arrival or else leave it till we leave. The handy man who called himself Dr smthg, did something very odd when he came to fix the light: he also changed the seat of the toilet which was in perfect condition and of good quality & replaced it with a very cheap, weak seat that wasn't fixed properly & kept moving to the side everytime we sat on it until it finally broke in the end. I mentioned it to the reception & they insisted that the seat was broken but it was not, it was definitely of a higher quality, thicker, sturdier & comfortable.

We spent the week with our 11 month old baby. Staff were lovely, the pool was fantastic, and hotel is right on the beach. Bus stop is right outside and goes to Chania. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are all very close by. Food by the pool was very nice. The breakfast was ok. We were made to feel very welcome, and the hotel provided us with a cot for the baby. Room was basic but very comfortable and we had everything we needed.
No real complaints. The sofas in our apartment weren't super comfortable for lounging at home, but that was it.

It’s amazing place. They have everything in place.Very good breakfast, rooms are clean and personal is amazing. Hotel got amazing swimming pool and few steps straight from pool to the beach. Conection with bigger city like Chania is perfect. Nothing to complain.

great facilities, easy access to the pool and beach
2.0 / 5.0
nice rooms, pool nice but few sunbeds
very bad service at the restaurant - pool bar, bad food and the breakfast was waste of money. To few sunbeds and they had poster that said towels placed on sunbeds before 09:00 would be removed. That never happened. Dont say something if you are not going to do it. Just take down the pister.

The swimming pool and pool area was very good and the beach only a few steps away. Very good food and service at the pool/beach bar. Very quiet at night and the bedding was comfortable. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel and easy to take the bus to Chania for shopping and dinner. Easy to go on foot to the Platanias beach.
The internet connection could have been better.

Very convenient! Great having a bar/restaurant on the beach. I traveled with a friend and my 2 kids (4, 6). Room was great. We had a king size and the kids had a seperate room each with a bed. Very walkable distance to the beach and restaurant. We could have lunch and dinner at the restaurant and still watch the kids play at the beach. There was also a bathroom on the beach-which is must with small kids; we didn't have to go back to the room. The hotel arranged transport to and from the airport and I used the same company to go into Chania for the day! We did have to pay for the lounge chairs-4 euro/chair. I read about that prior to booking so I was aware. The good news about it is that we knew we could have the chair for the entire day and not worried that someone would take our chair.
It was nice having breakfast included, but I was a little disappointed in the food quality.
We had lunch at the hotel restaurant every day-it was so SLOW. We ate there because it was convenient, but it was terribly slow. It took 1 hour to bring out our cocktails. The food was very good though--reason #1 we kept going back. It was the same for dinner...
But our last night, we went to another restaurant "Waves" it was very good and it was nice fast service.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in July 2022. From the moment I arrived to the moment I departed, everyone at this hotel was incredibly helpful…no matter what I asked for or when I asked, they had several folks there to assist or the reception desk handled the request themselves. Parking is private and free, located to the left of the hotel in an empty lot…with minimal street parking, I was grateful for a safe parking place. Hotel was super clean and rooms were spacious and balcony had an absolutely stunning view of the beach. Breakfast was hot and cold items and phenomenal food…2 ladies who handled the breakfast were outstanding, wish I had written down their names. Beautiful large pool and great pool bar with drinks and an extensive food menu. Bartenders were awesome, made excellent drinks, especially the Old Fashioned. I would most definitely recommend this hotel, 5 stars!
Everything was amazing!!

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool area is spacious and clean. The pool area backs onto the beach which is great. The staff at the pool bar are fun and happy people. I definitely recommend this hotel to others and will be coming back here in the near future.
Nothing.

Location is great, super nice pool area with bar, sitting area, showers and bathrooms with direct access to beach. The breakfast is very delicious. And the staff are really great, friendly and helpful!
The bathrooms are tiny, some have a pedestal sink with basically no space for a toiletry bag. The wifi works only at the pool/breakfast area and the lobby area, not in the rooms.
2.0 / 5.0
The location (being on the beach) was nice and the staff were all helpful and friendly
When you ordered food from the pool bar the food was really fresh and tasty
The pool wasn’t heated - it was really cold especially for our baby.
The rooms were also quite small and there was nowhere to put the cases to have them out of the way.
The breakfast was quite limited - especially for vegetarians - even the quiche had sausage in - and the fresh fruit salad - wasn’t very fresh - It just felt a bit unloved - and done out of necessity
4.0 / 5.0
The hotel has very good location - close to Chania. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel.
The room was big and clean. Comfortable bed.
Basic breakfast.
30 seconds walk to the private pool (big and clean) and then onto the beach. On the beach you need to pay for a lounge and umbrella.
You can go on different restaurants every day in a very short distance.
The wi-fi signal was good.
There are lockers in a lobby where you can leave your luggage if there is a need to.
Room was a bit outdated and noisy. Some rooms not as shown on pictures.
Small bathroom.
Basic breakfast.
We have to pay extra for the umbrella and sun beds on the beach
4.5 / 5.0
The hotel is spotless clean, beautiful garden, nice pool, hotel's restaurant is very good. Beautiful beach in front of the hotel, also bus stop to go to Chania town center is very near to the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants in very short walking distance. It is all very easy and comfortable.
We have to pay extra for the umbrella and sun beds on the beach which was surprising because the reason one comes to this hotel is to use the beach. I had asked for a double bed which never materialized and two singled beds pushed together was not very comfortable.

Near the beach, many restaurants in vicinity, place for parking a car.
Breakfast was too basic, but location near the pool was ok.

Hospitality of the owners, a nice location, good food
Renovation of the rooms, too big portion of the meals (waste of food)
5.0 / 5.0
The pool area and bar were very nice and the sunbeds were very comfortable. It was great having our breakfast over looking the pool area. The food was amazing in the beach bar restaurant . The room was a split level with a great roof terrace which gave us a fantastic view of the sea and the island. Room was a super size and exceptionally clean. The area was superb for a stroll along the beach or a trip to the many shops and restaurants.
