Natur pur

Wir haben ein super tolles Hotel entdeckt. Sehr gut gelegen, mitten in der Natur, sehr romantisch. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich, die Bedienung sehr kompetent. Das Essen ein Gedicht. Immer wieder gerne!!

Et godt sted.

Dejligt sted med gode værelser, god mad i restauranten og skøn morgenmad. Kaffen var fantastisk. Kort afstand til A7. Bestemt et sted vi vil komme igen.

War ein super Aufenthalt. kann man nur empfehlen.

Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war gut,sogar mit Balkon. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend. Dieses Hotel und das Restaurant können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Der einzigste Kritikpunkt in meinen Augen wäre das im Bad kein Fenster ist. War bestimmt durch das alte Fachwerk nicht anders zu relisieren.

Außergewöhnlich schön, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Es gab ein sehr gutes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Das Abendessen im Lokal war auch sehr gut. Man wurde freundlich bedient und ging auf alle Wünsche ein. Das Personal war sehr nett. Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Die Matratzen waren für uns etwas zu weich, haben aber trotzdem gut geschlafen. Beim nächsten Mal bitte ich um ein Zimmer im 1. Stock.

Outstanding stay with lovely & accommodating hosts for our family. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Excellent stay as we were making our way to Belgium. Lovely and welcoming staff. They took us in even though we were a bit after the latest check in time.

Something was wrong...

The kitchen closes at 21.00 but at 20.45 they refused to prepare even a sandwich. The air conditioning was very noisy but no way to switch off. The moquette was heavily stained and the bed mattress a nightmare, soft and with no support.

Ordentliches, sauberes Hotel mit einer freundlichen Eigentümerin. Es ist ein Hotel auf dem Land, bei dem man in gutem Sinne bekommt, was man erwartet. Es gibt freie Parkplätze am Haus, die Autobahn ist in der Nähe, wir haben sie nicht gehört.

A wonderful location, very kind owners, they tell you about the history of the place, peace, a delicious breakfast and the best jam. A little dissatisfied with the cleaning service, otherwise everything perfect.

Wunderbar and very nice Gasthaus!

Friendly staff and good service. Good English! Good big room with enough space. Breakfast was traditional and had a bit of everything. Playground and outdoor seating

The building was still under some repair and refurbishing. No biggie

Very friendly people, and nice meal and breakfast. Very relaxing environment so close to Kassel. Highway close by, but felt very far away. We’ll come again.

Hidden gem

What a cosy place. Tip top rooms , clean an service in top. Restaurant with top of the season vegetables. Will be back.

Very good

Friendly family-owned place with a great restaurant. Really good, medium difficulty hiking trails right by the hotel - it's a beautiful area!

My room was in a separate building with no elevator and a very narrow spiral staircase - definitely not a good choice for an older person with heavy luggage. I also had too many upsetting political conversations with locals - not started by me, but ended by me! The hotel is a ways from the center of town, and there is no bus service there after 6pm - better if you have a car.

Nice place to stay

We have stayed here a couple of times, as the location is very convenient when we drive to the southern part of Germany. Very good breakfast. There is also a nice restaurant at this guesthouse. The rooms are fine, but some have balconies and they are definitely better.

Internet access is not available at the rooms. Breakfast is not served before 8am on weekends.

Friendly staff and good breakfast; great location for a stop-over hotel to rest when traveling North

Checking in was confusing. We arrived at 21:00 during the check-in period but everything was closed. We walked around for about 5 or so minutes trying to figure it out. We ended up calling the emergency number on front-door and were then checked-in. When you are tired from a long drive, you just want the hotel to be open so you can check-in.....
