Not mere airport 50in drive and over flight pass . Staff not helpful just pointing to where rooms where and didn’t see anyone again . Rooms over bakery, bakery takes priority ! Works outside start at 6am be warned!!

Very good

good location, great area to walk the dog, chinese restaurant round the corner, just what we needed as we passed through. Staff very pleasant, pets accomodated for a nice loaf of bread given to us on leaving.

Booked this room for a friend. Friend said: Everything is PERFECT. - You can see even it's an old house, but they have made their best to offer the best experience for guests. - The Staffs are sweet and helpful. Even I woke up late, they preserved the breakfast for me. As I had serious jetlag, Frau Tereza was being helpful. - Location: Distant from center, but public transportation connection is good though. 26A bus directly to the Pension. - Self check in system at night is easy to operate. - As the price is around 55 euro, will visit again.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Security was satisfied. The area was so peaceful. There were 2 shop centres Near the spot,Billa and Lidl.

It has something to do with my taste but it will be nice if breakfast prepare depends on nationality to moderate influence on guests about culture shock.

On the booking is 9 km from the aerport, bud is 29 km. That cost me € 100 for taxi from train to hotel and morning to the aerport. € 50 each way.

Kind, friendly, affordable, and completely surpassed all expectations

The staff consistently went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. They helped me understand the local area. Provided a delicious breakfast each morning. There was a brief internet outage and they responded and fixed the issue within less than 30 minutes (after things had already closed). Can't say thank you enough for the amazing team at this property. Came with low expectations and was absolutely blown away. They made the trip to Austria 3x better with their friendliness, support and knowledge of the area.

Not many negatives to discuss. They went above and beyond across the board. Perhaps one thing I think could be better is a stronger router. The internet is fast in all of the rooms except for the corner rooms furthest from the front-desk. Upgrading to a modern router would surely fix this minor inconvenience.

Great staff, delicious breakfast, pet friendly.

Beds were comfy. Check-in late was very easy. Slovak lady from the bakery was very helpful and friendly.

Property is 30 mins away by car from the airport, thought it was 9km as per the info on the website. My bad, should have checked beforehand.

A far better location as a base than maps would suggest.

Good breakfast and it is available very early A more interesting town than I expected, we enjoyed the rampart walk and the national park nearby to get some air and exercise. The restaurant next door was nice and the ice cream parlour one block over is excellent

rooms were hot and hard to aerate in August, even with a fan supplied. It was problematic with a dog. I suspect rooms higher up would be easier The first floor rooms that are right on the terrace (eg: 14) mean someone might smoke right outside your window and from 8:30 to 19:00 people will be sitting at a table directly by your window. So you can't open it to cool it if you're not in (and at a cost of loud conversation if you are in). This is obviously only a problem in summer.

The breakfast

Because of the flight delay, we have arrived to the property at 8.00 pm and we had really problems to check-in. The property closes at 7.00 pm, so it has to be somewhere highlighted this - no check in after 7.00 pm.

Exceptional

The room was wonderful and the staff was incredible. Wonderful bakery and breakfast. Could not have asked for a better place

The only con was the window in 13 opens directly onto the terrace that is the smoking area and a lot of people/ workers smoke. The room fills with smoke if you want to enjoy the "fresh" air.
