About this house rental

This elegantly restored traditional Mallorcan country home sits on a large secluded private property with olive trees and fruiit trees in the sprawling country side, far from roads or other houses, offering complete privacy. There is a 600m long dirt road leading from the main road to the house, guaranteeing complete privacy.

Up to 12 guests can be accommodated in the six comfortable bedrooms, all with countryside views. There are three buildings next to eachother. The main house has a large living-room, a dining-room, a fully equipped kitchen and 5 double bedrooms with 4 complete bathrooms. The guest house has a large living-room, a double bedroom and a full bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

We offer a discount price in low season for groups of up to 10 guests without access to the guest house. Groups that need access to the guest house must book for 12 guests to obtain the correct price, even if they're fewer.

On the large covered terrace there is garden furniture, including a large dining table. On the back terrace, there is another dining area as well as a wood oven / barbecue.

The sauna and gym are in a separate building close to the house.

The villa sits on an expansive plot of over 3 hectares with olive, almond and citrus trees dotted throughout.

The swimming pool is flanked by sun loungers, perfect for warmer days, and a pergola covers the outdoor lounge and dining area, providing the perfect place to enjoy al fresco feasts and barbecues.

The villa has central heating in winter, which few houses in Mallorca offer.

Great stay at a spacious old style country house. With an good equipped kitchen and a large garden with a swimming pool it is easy to relax. The chickens and the rooster say hello and walk by. Great place if you like to relax and spend time with your friends/family.

Our large family had a great time in the rustic and charming house just outside Felanitz. It worked very well for us, 7 adults, 5 children and a small dog. Nice garden with a pool maid the stay even better. Possible the pool needs some upgrading. The house is very rural and idyllic. The acessroad of about 500 m needs careful drivning. This property is t worth booking. The location is completely deserted that it doesn’t even have an address. The host provides coordinates which is very difficult to share with others as not all travelers have internet service. The dirt road leading to the property is very rocky and caused a flat tire to one of our cars which was then a nightmare to call for help as there’s no appropriate address. The AC is on a timer so when it’s very hot during the daytime it’s not operable and only operable during night time when it’s not needed. We complained to the host and it was taken care of within 2 days. During the time of absence of the AC the host patronized and replied to use the Mediterranean way of cooling a house. Which is according to host to wake up early open all the windows and close again by 10am to keep the cool temperature. This is unacceptable and unheard of. Why would we wake up early on vacation? Just make sure your AC works properly as advertised onVRBO. The showers were nasty and we showered with slippers. The curtains were moldy and dirty. We recommend to find a clean place with a better host with a more professional approach

Beautiful property and pool - with fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and pizza oven. Bedrooms and beds were very clean and comfortable. Rural location to enjoy nature and the peace and quiet.

We came to Mallorca to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. The property was perfect for a small gathering of family and friends to celebrate with us. Our granddaughters loved the pool and outdoor area, especially when the wild chickens would fly into the trees at night. This was a perfect location for a family get-away and a relaxing vacation.

We were four couples with four children between us. The house is very large and accommodated all 12 of us without any problem. The wifi in the house is adequate for most things, although not ideal for Zoom (we used that as a reason to avoid having to do any work meetings!) We enjoyed eating our meals on the huge outside table on the covered porch. The upstairs got a bit hot during our stay, but it was 35C outside so that's expected; there were fans to help cool off at night, and apart from the distant crowing of roosters and some night birds there was no noise of any kind to disturb our sleep. The salt-water swimming pool is small but perfect for the children,. The trampoline is not in great shape (missing some springs) so we didn't let our kids use it. Apart from that, and the rather uncomfortable bed in the annex, everything else was in excellent order, especially the kitchen which is equipped with everything one could need to feed a small army. The location is very secluded, but within easy driving distance of several beautiful calas for swimming, as well as the castle overlooking Felanitx, wineries, good restaurants in Porreres, etc. The owner responded to all our queries very quickly. Overall, it was splendid.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal für 4 Wochen auf diesem tollen Anwesen. Die Finca ist optimal für Urlaub mit Freunden, Familie oder gemischt. Es gibt mehrere Plätze, sodaß man sich gut zurückziehen kann. Die Tiergeräusche nachts, meist Vögel haben uns sehr fasziniert. Das Meer mit den Stränden Es trenc und Sa Rapita sind in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und der frisch gepresste Orangensaft von den eigenen Orangenbäumen war jeden Tag ein Genuss. Immer wieder gerne.

Spent a week with family and friends. The property has a lot of character and a lot of space to make everyone feel comfortable. The trampoline was a big hit with the kids! Lovely terracr with plenty of room to BBQ and have long leisurely dinners. Communication was very good - prompt responses. Would recommend.

Diese geschmackvoll eingerichtete Finca hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir waren 4 Wochen dort und wurden immerwieder von Freunden besucht. Ideal, da 5 Schlafzimmer eigene Badezimmer haben und das Anwesen grosszügig und weitläufig ist, um ein ruhiges Plätzchen zu finden. Der Trainingsraum wurde jeden Tag mit viel Spass benutzt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke an den Besitzer

Charmante Finca in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben hier 10 Tage mit 10 Personen (45-63) und einem Kind (12) verbracht. Die Finca wird allen Bedürfnissen gerecht. Alle notwendigen Einrichtungen waren funktionsfähig und in sehr gutem Zustand, so dass Kochen und Backen für eine so große Gruppe kein Problem waren. Der über eine kleine Treppe begehbare Pool in dem großen mit alten Bäumen gestalteten Garten, war für alle eine Bereicherung. Sogar das Trampolin und die Fahrräder wurden genutzt. Lediglich die Zufahrt über den etwas holprigen Feldweg stellt für Rennräder eine gewisse Hürde dar. Dass alles sauber und perfekt ist bedarf eigentlich keiner Erwähnung. Bei Nachfragen oder Problemen war fast sofort ein Kontakt und Abhilfe durch den Verwalter vor Ort. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, so dass die Zeit viel zu schnell verging. Wir können die Finca ohne Vorbehalt empfehlen.

Wir haben einen wunderschöne Finca vorgefunden. Wir waren mit 11 Personen vor Ort und haben so viel Platz gehabt. Bis abends spät konnten wir die Terasse nutzen, auch der große Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Viveca hat auf alle Fragen so schnell reagiert. Es hat alles gepasst.

We had the perfect week's stay in this beautiful finca in inland Mallorca, far from the tourist crowds for a group of 11 of us - 7 adults and 4 young children. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. The lawn and pool were an oasis in the summer heat, and the large trampoline was a particular hit with the children! All in all, a lovely house in a very interesting part of Mallorca - the perfect base for a relaxing summer holiday (or an exploration of the best the island can offer!)

Wat een geweldige locatie en prachtig huis. Heel afgelegen zodat je door niets wordt gestoord en toch dicht bij voorzieningen. Midden in de natuur. Kwalitatief 100%. Schoon en netjes. Heerlijk zwembad. Jammer dat de banden van de fietsen leeg water en de pomp kapot. Verder miste we de sauna en gym. Die bleek afgesloten. Ondanks dit toch een dikke 9. Wij waren met vier gezinnen waaronder een peuter en baby van drie maanden.

Sfeervolle locatie met ruime kamers en veel ruimte om het huis. Altijd wel een plek in de zon of schaduw. 'S ochtends sinaasappels plukken! Zwembad is goed af te sluiten, fijn met kleine kinderen. Je kan direct vanuit het huis wandelen door landelijk buitengebied. Heerlijk verblijf dus.

Hemos pasado aqui 15 dias con la familia y amigos: la casa es hermosa y muy bien cuidada en el minimo particular, dispone de todo lo necesario y con calidad, De lejos lo mejor que hemos alquilado (cada año aqui en mallorca recibimos a la familia y nos gusta juntarnos en unacasa: esta es la primera donde todo estaba bien incluido la vajilla muy bonita, los electrodomesticos en perfectas condiciones, no parece una propriedad destinada a uso turistico!) el jardin precioso se disfruta muchisimo con los niños; la atencion y el servicio excelente, tanto la agencia como la asistenta Antonia siempre alli para cualquier cosa necesitabamos; limpieza perfecta! Se necesita coche eso si, pero en 35 min estas en Palma por si se necesita, en 20 minutos en la playa y 30 min al aeropuerto Repetiremos seguro Gracias Viveca y Antonia por todo y de parte de todos nosotros!

With its very rustic yet modern touches the property is perfect for those wanting to escape to the country / nature. The villa provides everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Gorgeous outside eating and relaxing areas and a gorgeous stone fire place to spend evenings relaxing with friends and family. The accommodation is 5 Stars and the host Viveca is on hand at every moment if at all needed. We all loved our stay and will be sure to return very soon. Scott

We had an entirely terrific time here. The house itself, elegant & in the best sense of summer country-side feel. Genuinely wonderful rooms inside and perfect relaxation spaces out. Too (& notably) we were very nicely looked after. Indeed, a wonderful place & perfect time – we will be back.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem Haus. Mit 9 Personen waren wir vor Ort. Uns haben die abgelegene Lage, der rustikale Charme und die stilvolle Einrichtung besonders gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr weitläufig und bietet ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und auch die Küchenausstattung waren 1A. Der Pool wurde im Juni in ein Blütenmeer verwandelt, da ein Baum direkt daneben steht. Wir fanden es gut... Viveca war zwar nicht vor Ort aber immer erreichbar und hat bei Anfragen sofort weitergeholfen. Toll, Danke! Wir kommen wieder.

Una casa grande con habitaciones muy bien decoradas en una parcela muy grande. Cocina, terrazas totalmente equipada con zonas de sombra y asientos confortables. Servicio de limpieza perfecta, muy amable! Volvemos seguro! Ein großes Haus mit sehr schön eingerichteten Zimmern auf einem sehr großem Grundstück. Komplett ausgestattete Küche, schöne Terrassen mit schattigen Plätzen und gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Perfekter Reinigungsservice, sehr freundlich! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! JM
