hotel is ok for a short stay

the breakfast was ok, and repetitive. the room was big , the facilities was ok

the access road to the hotel need some maintenance. the mattress need to be change, no tv channel in the room. internet wifi no strong signal.

A Tropical heaven

A very peaceful, serene environment compared to staying in town. The room we thought we booked turned out humongous and was actually a one bedroom! Exceeding our expectations. Food was delicious and promptly prepared. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely return again.

As frequent and business traveler, I can absolutly not recommend Masailand Lodge !

Well, not much, actually !

I spend in this hotel 10 days: ....the Breakfast, ...sitting outside at the pool, ...the Restaurant, the reception-service, ... middle of the night someone came in my room and switched lights on, asked me some questions !!!! He was send by the receptionist, because the landline phone was not function !!! The road up to the hotel, from the main street, was actually only with 4x4 vehicles usable....

Will definitely come back again!

Location was right only 15min from Arusha Airport which is convenient for all domestic flights. The food was good especially when prepared by Chef Mathew 😊. Great breakfast with plenty of vegetarians' choices.

Very good

There was a power outage during our stay, and the generator was failed for a few hours. Staff we good to compensate us for drinks, and explain the situation.

LOVED IT!

The Peace, Serenity and Cleanliness here are wonderful. Beautifully surrounded by so much luscious greenery and other tropical plants makes this the perfect setting for anyone, especially nature lovers seeking solitude. The gated location has easy access to other parts of the Arusha town and the National Parks. Very friendly staff will help find anything else you need at any time. I really recommend this place.

The Peace, Serenity and Cleanliness

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel for my first visit to Arusha. We visited with friends who had previously stayed at the property and raved about it. If you're looking for a beautiful, relaxing stay that isn't a traditional hotel experience, I recommend Masailand Safari Lodge. I loved being able to sit on my balcony and eat breakfast. The pool was wonderful, the rooms were clean and also comfortable. Thank you management and staff you made my stay memorable and extremely exhilarating. I enjoyed my entire experience and will stay here again when I come back.

The staff was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant. upon arrival, my room was upgraded to a larger room which was a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious and the location was secluded although not too out of the way.

I found it extremely unprofessional that one of the staff members who does not attend to the front desk was able to access my contact information and use it to contact me for his own personal interest. Despite all the good mentioned above, as a solo female traveler this would make me not recommend other solo female travelers to stay here because of the continued texts I received for over a week after my stay ended.

Pleasant

Staff is friendly and rooms are big.

The location is far away from the center and there is nothing to do in the hotel or around. Also the food was not that good. I felt that I did not get a good service for the amount that I paid.

Nice hotel by the airport

Location worked very well for me since it is near the airport but not that close from the city center. The staff was extremly friendly. It was clear the hotel hadn't been in use for some time but the staff worked hard to mitigate for that. I booked on booking and then later by mail and the communication was excellent. Also arranged pickup and dropoff at the local airport and to the Kilimanjaro international airport, all worked out perfect.

Pool was not "working".

Beautiful hotel with warm welcome

Beautiful environment with serene atmosphere is what made us fall in love with this place. A nice standard room with all the basic amenities, Discreet location with friendly staff. Dine at restaurant with a stunning view of the sunset. The hotel is located not that much far from the city center but away from the noises. It is as well en routed to the famous national parks e.g. Ngorongoro, Serengeti etc, , and you can really enjoy the peace and calm of the surrounding. We received a warm welcome in the hotel and a good service while staying there. We received free upgrade to an executive room during our stay. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect location

I don't believe you could of found a much better location. The beach is beautiful.

The only small comment is the service needs to be faster. That said I am English and we all know how much English people like to rush!

Wonderful hotel, perfect to relax after a safari.

The whole hotel from the room to the bar, pool and The people and the food. Very very good. We had a 2 day stop after a long safari and it was perfect. The bar also had a great variety of drinks. The food was very well cooked.
