The short time we were in the house, it was very good at a good price

We loved the location of the property, the fireplace, and the overall space. However, the beds were old, lumpy, and overall uncomfortable to sleep on. After a long day on the mountain, a good nice sleep is always needed. It seemed like these mattresses were outdated/really used and had some kind of mattress pad put on top to coverup bad mattresses.

Stayed here with 5 buddies for my 40th! Very comfortable stay. Very close to the hot tubs!
Would definitely rent again

Excellent proximity to Canyon Village via the easy gondola. Loved having the extra space to spread out - four adults (2 parents, 2 college-aged children). Kitchen had plenty of dishware and pans and was even stocked with spices.
Clean with efficient check-in/out.
Amenities were great - hot-tub basically attached to this 4-unit building, plus covered garage spot below.
The heat settings / thermostat were as others have stated, but easy enough to remedy (and at least it tended toward warmer than you wanted it versus colder than you needed it).

We loved our stay and will definitely come back. Park City was magical. The Cabin was just as pictured, easy access to going into town but also quiet enough that we enjoyed just playing in the snow and having family time. Kitchen had all I needed for a family of 6, communication with management was flawless. They helped me plan ahead of time and answered last minute questions. We loved the whole experience.

condo needs work not disclosed on description
Beds were old and worn so sloped to the middle, heater didn't work well, was too hot most of the time and thermostat settings didn't seem to matter. Jacuzzi tub in our room didn't work, no cutting board in kitchen and code to get in was no where in materials.

wondeful Stay
This place was very nice and fit our needs perfectly! The rental property was fantastic, always there for us with any questions and there was one slight issue and it was taken care of perfectly. I would recommend it. Michelle Hudson

Adirondack style everywhere but in need of some love
Location was convenient and place is tastefully decorated inside with lovely furnishings. Unfortunately, the sleeping set up was pretty miserable to say the least. The twin beds had broken baseboards and sagged beyond usability with only memory foam mattresses that are incredibly soft. My bottom bunk baseboard was broken and made the bed tilt a few degrees to the left My wife couldnt even sleep on the main queen bed because the whole thing was depressed and sank in the middle. you couldn’t lie flat. She ended up on the couch as the more viable option. The fireplace did not work the first full day and maintenance had to come 24 hours later after we checked in to finally fix it. Besides these large missteps, the rest was lovely

Great place!
We had a great week staying here! Was skeptical about my 4runner entering the garage but it fit! The beds are extremely comfortable! Fireplace works great! Only need to have it on for a short time! Overall we loved staying there!

Cozy mountain retreat
Beautiful mountain retreat.
Positives- lots of square footage- both bedrooms were roomy, modern appliances, comfortable furnishings, keyless entry, quite neighborhood, beautiful setting.
Negatives: cleaning fee (double to triple the amount other properties required), unable to access the condo from garage entry, screen windows need to be cleaned (we had the windows open and my allergies kicked up). The screens had a white fuzz from the trees.

Beautiful mountain decor
The decor was lovely and very appropriate. Mountainous! Easy check-in; a nice place. The garage was difficult to navigate, very tight, and the dining table did not fit well, too bad as it is gorgeous. We had to pull out the chairs on the end to try to sit in them, but there was just not enough space to really sit, so we gave up and used the side chairs. You had to pull them all the way out and crawl on the back bench to open and close windows and blinds. The coffee table was a bit big for the space, but I bet it would be great for gaming during the winter! The A/C was great, thanks for that. The sliding window to the deck was dirty, either kid hands or dog, not sure. But overall it was very pleasant, even with the highway noise. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Great stay
Three of us in the middle of April enjoyed catching up with each other in this lovely place. Even had a spa night and used the jacuzzi tub. Kitchen had everything we needed. Truly appreciated the awesome TV options and watched favorite movies. The surroundings by the creek is wonderful. Looking forward to staying here again.

Perfect location
Really enjoyed staying at this property. Was worried it would be far from town but was a quick 10 minute bus ride into town and the property was literally a quick 5 min walk to the bus stop. Also a bonus since it was north of town it was one of first few bus stops for skiing so the bus wouldn’t be overly crowded. Property was very clean and had plenty of towels and kitchen supplies if you wanted to cook

We really enjoyed being away from the bustle of town. Very roomy and decorated nicely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future

Charming
The cottage was very charming, well equipped, and convenient. Fit was a first time in a long time that we have been in the snow, so the covered assigned parking was a surprising bonus. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We were initially very skeptical to book this lodge after reading some of the bad reviews. But the pictures were amazing and my wife and daughter pushed me to book it. So we took a chance and we were very happy with our decision. It was a perfect family getaway and my kids enjoyed every minute of it. It provides the much needed privacy that you can't get from other condos in the area.Honestly, there are some issues that we want to point out so it can be addressed by the owner/property manager but these issues did not prevent us from enjoying this beautiful unit. For example, some of the interior doors do not latch, some of the windows and screens need more cleaning, the downstairs toilet is not secured properly, a broken patio chair, and the instructions to access the hot tub and also to take out trash are outdated. Things to consider: We couldn't use the garage because of the steep driveway as our Ford Explorer was bottoming out. That was not a problem as there were plenty parking spots around the property. This lodge is close to a major street and it can get loud when you open the windows to get some cool air as there is no AC. But the surrounding trees and creek provide an nice ambiance and you probably will not even notice the street noise. Overall, this was an excellent experience for my family of 4 and we would definitely come back again. What a great summer vacation in Park City at the Timberwolf Lodge!

lovely weekend
Cute cabin-styled condo with easy access to main road between highway and Park City. We had a great time exploring the area and would definitely return to Park City in the future!

Good place
Everything was good except..
Twin bed is not comfortable at all.
They need to tell folks who are renting to rent a small suv and that there is no where to park otherwise. Also, the advertisements for shuttle and app for shuttle do not apply in this unit.
Overalll, very nice place.

Many many things broken and not fixed during our stay. Bad, bad, bad.
Our experience was about as bad as it gets. There were multiple issues listed below with the unit and most were not fixed during our stay. I would not recommend staying in this unit.
No light bulb in garage very hard to punch in code w/o flashlight Kitchen sink leaking Bunk room sink leaking all over towels and hand tighten it for the time being
No fireplace the entire time
No tv for 2-1/2 days
No towels and soaps for first night, made came at 9:30 pm when we were going to sleep.
Washer not working, we went to put clothes in and washer was filled with yucky water.
Shower stall in king bedroom doesn’t move back and forth- door to shower

we showed up and were dissapointed
We are staying here right now in 11D and when we arrived the toilet wasn't flushed which was gross but we found out the barely flush probably why . The master bed had two child size pillows and one in a guest closet with no linens for it. The house has no blankets throws etc. The closet in master is locked with owner belongings so our belongings are on the floor. The ski rack is filled up with skis and there is no place for ours. The kitchen is severely sparsely equipt. the parking is a mess 6.5 foot clearance with zero turn radius and no convenient place to park near the condo prepare to park and walk. its not nearly large enough for 6 we have 3 and its not big enough for any more plus there is no where to put anything since the owner have the closets and racks locked.
