Week-long trip to Okemo with another family and this house worked out great. Beds for everyone, house was clean and comfortable , kitchen was well stocked, and the location was great; close to main street and the mountain. Would definately stay again.

This was a perfect house for our family ski vacation. It was fully stocked, spacious and even better than the photos. My boys especially enjoyed the game room. Thank you!

We had a great time at this property. The house is very clean, comfortable, well organized and in a great area.
The main living area is huge, with a large couch that fits everybody, a cozy fireplace, a big table and a new and very clean kitchen stocked with everything you would need. Next to this area there is a game room great for the kids to have some privacy and have fun of their own. The bedrooms are all upstairs. Almost all have an attached half bath, making it very convenient for the morning rush to the slopes.
The area where the house is located is very nice. The village shuttle is at the end of the road, a five minute walk, making it very convenient to get to the slopes without having to drive.
Mark, the owner was very easy to communicate with regarding the rental or any questions we had.
We liked this property very much and we are thinking of coming back next season and the all seasons to come. This is a keeper.

The house has a wonderful charm with an amazing family room for family gatherings. Mark the owner was great! Great directions on all the amenities. We can’t say enough about this great home-a real gem right in the heart of Okemo. Perfect to ski at all the surrounding mountains too!

Having never skied at Okemo, we were unsure where we to find a house that was off the mountain but a short trip to the ski hill for our five day New Year’s ski vacation. After looking at a number of places we selected this renovated Farm House on a dead end street. We could not have found a better place. The layout of the house was ideal for our two families. The King and Queen bedrooms were perfect for both sets of parents, the bunk room worked very well for the two boys, and the 3 twin beds on the third floor gave the young teenage girls privacy and space. Although the town shuttle stops at the end of the street, we chose to drive to the mountain which was a very short drive away. Even with the heavy Christmas Holiday traffic, navigating to the mountain was very quick with minimal time spent on route 103 (which can get very busy in the morning and starting at 3PM). Après ski consisted of the parents lounging in the family room next to the fire while the kids spent their time playing air hockey, shooting hoops with the arcade basketball game, and playing outside in the snow.
The owners made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. They assisted us in navigating the many outdoor activities offered by Okemo, identifying which mountain restaurants to eat at, and providing us with restaurant recommendations in Ludlow – and we took advantage of all of it. Their newly renovated and well-stocked kitchen made it easy for us to prepare home-cooked meals. They even thought of what to do with all that ski gear two families come back from the mountain with. The ski locker on the back porch and the family room storage space for boots, coats, hats, gloves, and jackets allowed the gear to be organized and the clothing to dry out for another day on the slopes. Thank you for thinking of everything and making our stay very enjoyable. We look forward to renting your home again in the near future.

We had yet another wonderful Christmas this year, thanks to this great home. It was our first time vacationing in Vermont, and we couldn't have asked for a better location to stay at for both its proximity to Okemo resort and Killington. The surrounding street is indeed quiet and picturesque. The house was very well organized, clean, and cozy. The amenities were in good condition: the fireplace was a great addition on cold nights, and the wifi worked very well. The owner's intentions to remodel the kitchen area will surely add to this home's value. Bathroom space is a bit tight and in one of the master's bedrooms there was no door separating the bathroom from the sleeping space, which was inconvenient. Otherwise, our stay was fantastic and we'd definitely recommend this property to other travelers.
