مكان مناسب لقضاء اجازة قصيره

الموقع مطل مباشرة على شاطئ البحر وهي الميزة الوحيدة ويعتبر اول مبنى مواجه للبحر في الحي.

انقطاع الكهرباء وهو امر خارج ارادة المضيف. عدم الإشارة إلى مكان الشقه في الطابق 11 حتى يكون النزيل على بينه عند الحجز والاختيار.

Direkt am Strand Sehr hilfsbereite Verwalter der Apartmentsanlage

Appartement in der 6 Etage- Möbel sind abgenutzt - kein WiFi / WLAN auch Mobilfunk Empfang sehr schlecht Von 15-17 Uhr kein Strom und Wasser- der Fahrstuhl funktioniert in dieser Zeit auch nicht Gebäude nur teilweise fertiggestellt- sehr dreckig

Last moment solution - fairly good solution

That we could have been accommodated in the morning and it was fairly near the airport in comparison to main Alexandria, because our other accommodation was not ready yet and this owner was so kind that he allowed us to stay until 3 PM, so my mom could have rested and my husband was capable to take his online interview on time. Internet connection was good over there, view of the beach as well. Warden lady was kind and accommodating. Owner was also nice and accommodating, immediately sending us timings of local market and numbers for food deliveries.

Place and area are a bit dirty and unkept, but it corresponds with the suburban location out of Alexandria. And yes, load shedding happens a lot and without a generator it's harder to manage plus when the scary bit unfinished lift is not working during load shedding, you need to take your suitcases from the sixth floor up to downstairs and the insides of the building are bit unkept, obviously dark and there is trash in there.

The View is amazing :) Perfect location everything is around. The owner is so helpful if u face any problem also he sends me all the numbers i needed for supermarket and fast food. Big house as well. Big thanks for hosting me :)

Beautiful stay for a short vacation with the family to enjoy the sea for a reasonable cost.

Beautiful decorations. Sea view is amazing. Near to the beach. Elevator is working well. Nearness of groceries and food stores with available delivery services. Cleanliness of the apartment.

Nice and kind host

It has a beautiful view from the balcony. The place is very spacious . Very appropriate for the beach. The patio brings in a beautiful breeze. The maids who cleaned are very helpful . 11th floor , so you get a prime view of the sun set and board walk at night . It’s nice that we were able to park our car in front of the building on the side of the road . The beach was accessible right outside the front door. We only paid 10 pounds per person which includes the chair and an umbrella . No other extra fees. The house was decently cleaned before we came in. Bathroom was spacious. The host of the property was so kind. Communicated efficiently with us all the time . Sent us a lot of helpful info when we first checked in that was very useful. Internet was strong . Host offered other apartments for comfort, was very kind.

Water pressure was a bit low , hard to get the sand off with low pressure . But that’s expected with beach homes all over the coast. Power cut off for about an hour and a half in the evening . But realized that was the entire coast line, I guess it’s daily. The beach it’s self wasn’t the cleanest. Not sure if it’s like that everyday . But that has nothing to do with the apartment. Apartment could be maintained a bit better to keep the spiders, bugs, lizards, and cobwebs cleared. I’m assuming lizards and other things sneak in from patios and front door .

Value for money is ok, but apartment needs improvements and host should be more honest.

Host was very pleasant and eager to help, the main redeeming factor of the stay. The price was very good and represents some value for money. It is close to the main streets/hub of Agamy which was amazing to experience on a Friday night. Not too far from Alexandria, about 30-40 mins Uber which cost around 120EGP.

Unfortunately it was hard to stay positive during the stay. The apartment had an awful smell, which may have been coming from the adjacent apartment which was full of trash and run down. Right outside the window was some sort of concert/event happening (loud bassy music, guy shouting in a microphone), which began at 11pm and was still going at 5AM! We had next to no sleep. It was disingenuous of the host not to mention this could be a possibility, and the windows offered little sound protection. Only 1 fan of 3 worked. No towels or blanket/duvet sheet provided. Checking-in took over 20 minutes and was more complicated than it needed it to be. The wifi did not work whatsoever, and reception was bad. The beach which the host highly recommended was very disappointing - trash everywhere (a literal diaper under our chair) and water quality very poor. Host arranged to help us use the beach by having someone show us which was nice, but the guy who came charged us twice the price the host told us. Overall we can handle one or two not so nice things, but all of them together made it an unpleasant stay. What's more, although the host was nice to us but it felt like he was making up for how bad the stay actually is - he should manage expectations better.

Not a good Neighbourhood.. The place dont have a terrace.. as advertised.. the wifi is.. terrible is being nice.. There is only 1 AC in the living room.. Honestly..the place is disappointing.. there is barely sope and dishes.. not even a hand towel.

Really great place to stay for the beach!

A really lovely apartment with fantastic view of the sea. Beach just outside and it really beautiful. Shops and lovely cafes also just a walk away. The apartment was very clean and had a full working kitchen and food furnishings.
