Super Hôtel !

Nous sommes restés une nuit dans cet hôtel, il est très agréable et joli, les chambres conforts portent bien leur nom. Le petit déjeuner est plein de bonnes choses. Nous avons été bien accueilli, le personnel est très gentil et souriant.

Good location really nice staff great breakfast spacious room - immaculate.

Beautiful atmospheric location very French . Took advice and went to petite comptoir for dinner - not cheap and very meat based but what a burger! Best ever anywhere on earth. America eat your heart out

Wouldn't say anything was negative. I write travel books so you could have a copy of each of my books in evry room rather like the Gideons Bible but I guess I'm nitpicking see mutchmotorcyclebooks.com - they're not about motorcycles but journeys made on them- emphasis on humour would attach pics but can't see how to via your page

Awful and dirty

Nothing the whole experience was bad

The room was not cleaned, the airco was broken and we had to sleep in a room that was hot with the window open. Due to the noice in the centrum we couldn’t sleep it was simply an awful experience. The staff was simply away (nobody of the staff is present in the evening).

Nice hotel close to the city center and on walking distance to most of touristic places. There is no restaurant close to the hotel, but the staff was willing to direct us to a very good (both food and price) restaurant on walking distance

We could not park teh car in a safe was close to the hotel. The shopping mall was closing from 20 in the evening till 10 in the morning, Leaving the only opportunity a open parking space on the street.

We arrived later than check-in time, which was not a problem, our key was waiting for us in an envelope and instructions were given beforehand. We had to park on the street, but were able to find a parking spot close by. Staff was very friendly and very helpful!

Would've liked to have a fridge on the room or a vending machine in the hotel.

Very quiet street, excellent breakfast options, garage available, elevator, lovely owners

Difficult to enter room with resistant double fire doors - not for weak or handicapped.

Excellent hotel with staff being its greatest asset, they were superb!

Excellent hotel with brilliant customer service. Staff all very helpful. Breakfast amazing and rooms with all the essentials. Great location between the train/ bus station and the town. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we return to Limoges one day.

Air con would be useful but we did have a very effective powerful fan in the room which helped in the hot weather.

Too short

The location was excellent as it was near to the train station which is what we wanted. The town centre was a short walk. The area was quiet and we felt safe walking around

lovely hotel and would stay again

lovely building, spacious room and bathroom, lovely little elevator, the staff member who welcomed me stayed behind to welcome me which I appreciated

The room was good, clean, and quiet. It also had a spare room with a table, microwaves and a mini fridge. The room could be a bit more cosy and comfortable for a 4 star hotel. The location was very good, just some minutes walking away to the station. The breakfast was very good with a good range of options.

Exceptional

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Beds were comfy and we all had a great sleep. The location was great everything was accessible by foot. Breakfast was good, the coffee was particularly nice .The shower was lovely and I like that the toilet was separate from the shower room. My favourite part of our room was the electric blinds, I like a really dark room to sleep in and these blinds ensured a well deserved lie in was possible.

simply lovely. Receptionist superb and so helpful. Terrific breakfast and so much cleaning it provided great reassurance. Recommend booking car park for security.

It was really good so no minuses.
