Muy comoda la habitacion aunque pasamos calor

La habitación y el baño estaban muy limpios y ordenados, además la cama era muy comoda

La temperatura de la calefacción/aire acondicionado no se podia modificar mucho, con lo que pasamos calor y no pudimos dormir de la forma mas cómoda.

L’accoglienza è la gentilezza di Angelica e lo staff

La indifferenza del titolare o il direttore che non ha neanche salutato! Inconsapevole che è molto fortunato ad avere persone intorno che rendono tutto piacevole ! Sono le persone che creano l’ambiente non l’arredamento che tra l’altro andrebbe ri modernizzato un po’ forse!

BOOKING.COM gave me wrong advice with tempting discount. Don't book this hotel

Receptionist was friendly and funny❤️.

-They hardly understand English. - Room was too noisy and shutter didn't close well. So, earlier in the morning there was too much light to sleep. - Breakfast is super bad. One of the worst breakfast experience. I have asked the waiter if they have eggs. She replied that "no no...we don't have chicken" hahahahah

Incredible staff and a cozy stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and offered us many helpful tips while we stayed. They helped us to book the spa and also to call a taxi on the day of our departure. Their kindness was unmatched by other hotels I have stayed in. The room was on the smaller side but it was nice and clean and there was a huge closet and the bathroom was pretty big as well! I would recommend this hotel.

stayed for one night which was good . would stay for a long time.

A very good hotel, close to the quiet area, near the bus stop. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

The room was on the ground floor, so there was no window view.

A short walk from the center and Caldea, good base and recommended for EV owners

The staff is extremely customer oriented, everyone was very friendly and I especially liked the personal smalltalk with every staffmember (cleaning + kitchen + reception staff). I enjoyed a family feeling in the dining room with the staff. I had to leave before the kitchen opened for breakfast the last day and the receptionist even prepared me a small bag with sandwiches, yoghourt, water and fruits the nightbefore! The staff member gave me many information about the surroundings and interesting POI. I was able to charge my electric car at stable 5kw.

The isolation was not very good. I could hear my neighbours in the other rooms and the cars outside. Luckily they weren't that noisy and there weren't many cars at night. The internet was not very fast, but stable enought for a stream.

Good value hotel for Andorra with clean and comfortable facilities.

value for money, modern rooms, excellent showers, short walk to centre of town. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Angel on reception 😇

Comfortable and correct.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful. We were able to part the car just outside the hotel for free.

The breakfast was OK but could have been a bit better for the 8 euros we paid.

The staff is very kind and the hotel is cozy. The breakfasts are nice too.

There is no air conditioning. I visited Andorra la Vella in June and it was a very hot week, like +30-35. The temperature in the room was unbearable. They said that such a weather is extremely rare in Andorra, so, perhaps, I just got unlucky.

This is a great place to stay

The room was sparkling clean and was cleaned every day. The location is great - it takes only 5 mins walking maximum to Caldea, about 10mins walking from the city center of Andorra la Vella. The supermarket is also about 10mins walking. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was the same every day - which is not a problem if you come for 1-3 days.
