manque de produits en chambre (uniquement 1 gel douche/shampoing, 1 après-shampoing et 1 lait pour le corps aurait été parfait),

loved the location, hated the size of the room.

Location was great, we loved walking out and going to the shopping close by. Not too far from the marina and cafes/ resturants.

Room was tiny. Seperate toilet but too small to be in comfortably. We had 5 people and yes there was enough beds, but so hard to navigate around, the bags had no room. Couldnt walk past each other without bumping in to the other person. way too small of a room for family.

it was good at the end of our stay but I will not choose this hotel again

When we first got there on the 11th the rooms that we got were terribly small and inconvenient. We had suit cases and there was no elevator to the 5th floor in this first building. The other room was like being in a dungeon. The rooms we received on the 19th were much better and we were in a building with an elevator to the 5th floor.

better communication with type of room and where it was located. When we first arrived, we didn't have an elevator to the 5th floor. I would have never booked these rooms if I knew.

Parfait pour une nuit, mais pas aussi pratique qu’un hôtel.

Bâtiment ancien, rue calme, chambre sous les toits et décorée avec goût, et même un petit balcon !

Pas de bouteille d’eau, et pas de vanity set. Reception dans la rue mais pas dans le meme bâtiment.

Le style de l'hôtel ; petit déjeuner varié ; bonne atmosphère générale

Attention aux détails : grosse tâche sur la tête de lit, une partie des joints de la douche étaient noirs. Pas d'accès à la chaîne canal plus en clair pour les émissions en soirée

La grande chambre avec mezzanine pour les enfants, la literie confortable et la salle de petit déjeuner avec un jardin très agréable.

Le café, nos amis ont eu du bruit la nuit, d'autres hôtes sont rentrés très tard d'une fête.

La chambre est toute petite sans lumière du jour, dans un bâtiment séparé de l’hôtel, on entend les valises des voisins dans le couloir et les discussions, pour le prix c’est vraiment très décevant

Good location but you might not get what you booked

The location is fabulous next to the old port and it has a parking near by It has a charming terrace

The reception staff were not very amicable and impatient giving us directions the room I booked they said it was unavailable and gave us a 6 person room in a horrible basement with a none working elevator. the hotel has three different buildings What was more disappointing was that my friend that arrived two hours later and who had reserved the same room as mine got a beautiful room with high ceilings Why didn’t they respect my reservation ? Too bad there is no space to show the basement video I took

Petit room in Montgrand

Comfortable bed and good shower. Good location.

It should be called "MontPetit" - the smallest room seen in Europe. There's barely enough space to sit on the toilet, it should be illegal - all of this for an unreasonable high price.

The pics are from a charming hotel, but the rooms are actually located in a separate, nondescript building where apartments have been converted to be (very small) hotel rooms. It's neat, but definitely not worth the price.

Excellent location walking distance from everything with a wonderful outdoor area to chill and enjoy a game of bocce wit

Fantastic location, great parky nearby with discount ticket available from reception, friendly and informative staff with great breakfast.

Perfect place to stay in Marseilles

Very clean, comfortable beds, great reception service by the staff members and superb location, 10 mins on foot away from the Vieux Port of Marseilles. Can only highly recommend it!
