Spacious room and nice pool area (with great sea
view). Close to the beach of San Agustinillo and short walk/ride to Mazunte.
Without AC the room gets very warm at night.

room nice, bed comfy, AC & fridge worked, good view
Restaurant was closed and that was not mentioned during booking. There was no alternative offered snd nowhere to even get a coffee or water without going all the way down the hill to the main street. Common area around pool felt deserted and uninviting.
The staff responded to repair requests promptly (leaking AC, clogged toilet) but was not particularly welcoming.
I was willing to pay the higher price for the ambiance and facilities. But unfortunately they weren’t there. I was disappointed.

great views
pool
we weren't there to do the yoga retreat so that experience may have changed our impressions
room and bed was musty, but opening the door helped to air it out by our second night
little to no english spoken
restaurant was never open
very spotty wifi
big climb up and down a hill for amenities (fine for us but not suitable for those that cannot walk in the heat)

This property has the most beautiful view and wonderful welcoming staff. Pool and Restaurant on site were so nice to have since we travel with a small child.
I wish they used a few less chemicals in the pool and that they had drinking water in larger containers. I hated having to use so many small bottles.

Great location and view, nice pool. Room did the job.
The main focus here is on the traveller‘s money. The establishment runs a non-sensical pre-payment scheme that risks to raise the cost of the stay (if you don’t have a Mexican bank account). When you arrive the first and pretty much only thing they mention is the outstanding amount.

Cabaña Las 3 Marias was wonderful! It's beautiful, the staff was very warm and helpful (in Spanish), and the location, pool, and other details were all great.
My only complaint was that it wasn't the best value. The sticker price of 1700$MXN/~$90/night felt a bit steep and didn't include breakfast, and we were also charged a 5% surcharge for paying by a credit card, which I don't believe was specified on Booking.com. I'm happy we stayed there, but I regret not looking into more affordable options nearby and not confirming in advance that the price advertised on Booking.com would be the price we would pay, even with a credit card. Otherwise it was lovely!

The pool has an amazing view! The room was very clean for it's location too. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and helpful with recommendations.
Wifi was not very strong but it can be expected for its location. There was not much lighting in the room and there was no separate rooms from the bathroom and bedroom. We had to go up 2 floors of stairs and carrying our luggage was not the best since the stairs were round.

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly

The view over the sea is very nice
Staff was not helping at all. Eveything was closed. Not even water could be bought. Swimmingpool was dirty.

Amazing view of the beach and coastline! Both from balcony as well as pool and restaurant.
Nice and quiet place, close to everything by foot but tucked away on the hill.
Good breakfast at restaurant.
Chairs on balcony could more comfortable but the views make up for it!

Amazing view, nice to hear the sound of the ocean. Staff very nice, great swimming pool.
The lighting wasn't great in the room. Toilet offer little intimacy. You have to be clever with the provided mobile fans. Hard to find on your own.

The restaurant was closed without them informing us, the pool area was super dirty when we arrived. However they cleaned it in the evening, but that was too late for us to still enjoy it. Also a friend came over for one hour and had to pay 200 pesos 'because that's their policy'. I mean if it was actually a nice, clean place to stay I would understand. Rooms were also old and the toilet did not flush normally.

I ended up staying an extra night and got moved into this new room. It was clean and this one had aircon which was nice. The view is also beautiful and you can enjoy sunrises on the balcony hammock.
Not the best looking interior but served it's function. No warm water either. There is a fridge but no glasses, plates, forks or anything to use.
At check out (11am) I asked the front desk to please call me a taxi to arrive by 12 latest. He arrived at 12 30 and I missed 2 connecting flights. I know it wasn't a hotel taxi but still, their carefree time management cost me another US$350.

When I first arrived I was blown away by the beautiful ocean views and the size of my room! Also the pool and lounge area are breathtaking! Real tropical paradise. No aircon in the rooms but it was still fresh at night so no problems.
Since it is a cabana, the roof is not connected to the walls and all sorts of bugs (mostly mosquitos) can get in. I had to keep all the lights off all night to not attract more yet still got bitten a lot. There was also a big iguana walking directly above my bed which scared the daylight out of me, but a man came with a pool stick and scared it off. Was hard to sleep after that.

The place is quiet, perfect for a weekend of relaxation. The view and the swimming pool are nice. sometimes the waves in San Agustinillo are too big so having a swimming pool in the hotel is a great option.

Great views of the ocean. Beautiful pool. Clean and spacious, if basic, rooms
This place is way overpriced. Based on the reviews here had hoped that the increased price would translate into better quality but it really doesn't. Most other places along the coast charge $1,100-1,200 for a similar room with the same facilities and more (e.g included breakfast, comfier beds, wifi that works, etc).

Breakfast was delicious and had absolutely incredible views!
