The house was perfect for our family of 5 to stay in for our trip. We were there for a week and loved that the house was only a couple hours from Bryce and the North Rim, about an hour from Kanab and several other state parks, and extremely close to Zion. The trail right down the road from the house was fantastic too. There is SO MUCH hiking and outdoors activities close to this rental. As for the property itself, it was the perfect place for our family to unwind after a day of hiking. The game room had plenty of fun activities for the kids (and dad) to enjoy, and there were plenty of bard games and books to keep us busy while we rested our legs. The kitchen was large and fully stocked with all the stuff you need to make meals. With the stores in Hurricane nearby, we were able to place a grocery pickup order to make sure we had the stuff we needed for the meals we planned. We would most definitely recommend this place to any family or large group who is looking for a great centrally located home base for a wonderful Utah adventure!

the house was huge and the kitchen was well set up..it looked like the house was not in use for a while..added to the 4 stars cleanliness..we spent our days hiking and greatly needed the mud room for our gear..( so we didn't have to drag our gear thought out the house.. our neighbor was every nice..(family to the owner of the rental)..

The house was large, clean and very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Having the guest Hulu, Netflix and other streaming channels was a plus in the downtime. The patio was very spacious and shaded but patio chairs could use some spider web removal. The house is located in the perfect location for anything between St George and Zion National Park. Very nice neighbors. We were in town for a wedding and didn’t get to explore the trail behind the home. Would definitely consider staying again on a return trip to the area

Overall the house was comfortable and clean. It is an older home with some older home issues such as sticking doors and keys. The house needs some TLC, some maintenance for sure. The outdoor patio was not at all clean. Not a big deal once we swept and cleaned the chairs. The house was very close to neighbors who were a bit noisy as well but what can you do about kids having fun, right?! Again, great location to parks and overall a great stay.

We loved this beautiful accommodation . Nice, clean, roomy home. We spent 9 days in Utah. What a beautiful state! We really enjoyed our stay in Hurricane and we did a lot of hiking in the area. Totally would love to come visit again

We attended the Hurricane Mtn bike festival, which was within walking/biking distance to town, huge bonus for us! Ample parking for our 5 vehicles, room out back to lock up our bikes & huge kitchen, VERY well stocked. We would definitely stay here again if we come back next year. Also, VERY friendly neighbors which made us feel quite welcome!

It’s pleasent house to stay, nice backyard and enough place for 3 car parking. Inside the house is cozy and got a feeling like living in remote cabin. Kitchen was fully loaded and near by to local stores as well.

We were a group of 7 meeting in the middle of Colorado and California! The home was super spacious; there were beds to spare! the location in regards to Zion National Park, and Sand Hollow State Park was super convenient, and we loved how close the little hike at the end of the street was! Overall, we were very satisfied.

This property was everything we could have wished for and more. We are a group of high school friends, that have been out of high school for over 30 years, but still find time to hike once or twice a year. The layout of this property was perfect, plenty of rooms and bathrooms and we really enjoyed the semi circle drive out front, as it made it easy to come and go! The backyard was a great place to relax and we also loved the rocking chairs on the patio. Great location for hiking Zion NP and many others. Would highly recommend this property to a family or a friend group. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your amazing home!

We were a group of 6 mountain bikers in town for 5 days to ride local trails, and this property was perfect for us. Easy access to trails and close to stores and restaurants. Nicely kept place, and I highly recommend it!

We had a great time at this house. 4 adults plus 5 kids ages ranging from 17 to 9, plenty of room for all of us. Having 3 bathrooms was great for a group this size and never running out of hot water was a bonus! There's a great short hike at the end of the street your don't want to miss!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this home over President's Day weekend, mainly for a our son's soccer tournament. We had plenty of room for 9 adults a teenager and 2 babies. The Kitchen was very spacious and well stocked, even with spices that we didn't expect. The beds were very comfortable. The primary bedroom is very spacious. There were plenty of games for the family and toys for the little ones. The darts and mini basketball were also great entertainment. The yard was nice, but was in need of spring clean up. Communication with the property management was great and we were able to have a little later check out time to accommodate our schedule. If you have plans to visit Zion, location is great for driving there as well. Overall, we had a great experience with this property and our stay!

We loved staying at the Pecan Point rental in Hurricane Utah. The house is huge, clean, and very comfortable - lots of lounging spaces (big living/dining room, game room, back patio). The location is wonderful - right on the edge of town but you can walk to cafes, etc. An easy half hour drive to Zion Nat’l Park’s main entrance. Fifteen minute drive to Sand Hollow State Park for fabulous swimming, boating, etc. We would love to come back here someday.

Stayed at the Pecan Point home in Hurricane, Utah. It's a very nice little town very close to Zion National Park. The house was very roomy, with everything you need, very well stocked with cooking ware and everything you might need for your stay. The neighbors were extremely friendly and welcoming as well.. Our family of 10 fit there very comfortably. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this home if you are planning a trip to Zion, Utah. The photos for the listing only capture a small peek of this gorgeous and spacious home.
