location was perfect, a hotel not far away so perfect for taxis to find us. 10 mins from San An could walk there

The villa was absolutely unequalled...stunning from start to finish in every aspect and we cannot wait to come back. We have been coming to Ibiza for twenty years and it is, without question, the most beautiful place we have ever stayed at 🌟

The house is beautiful and is situated in a perfect location to access the many beautiful scenic places on Ibiza. The housekeeper and her husband ensured that we had everything that we needed. They were fantastic at keeping the pool clean as storms had brought down significant pine needles.

The outside space of this villa is just outstanding - surrounded by the ocean, beautiful tiled floor, huge swimming pool surrounded by amazing trees {but there was always sun} we had 5,12 and 14 year old who really enjoyed it, may not be so suitable for toddlers as there are stone steps etc . We sat under the pergola and watched the sun set over the ocean every evening. Loads of interesting, quirky statues! felt very spiritual and every morning I would step outside and feel i was in paradise. Inside its a typical traditional Ibiza villa, some may say old fashioned, however there was lots of space and everything you need - kitchen is very equipped. Two bedrooms downstairs and another two upstairs with plenty of space for more people and a jacuzzi bath over looking the ocean.
wasps were a bit of a pain when eating outside ! steep hill to get to the beach so you do need a car but the views and outside space made up for this

it’s just like the photos. it’s in a beautiful location. Has an old style to it which makes it really unique and a week to remember. The housekeeping are very helpful aswell if you need to get to the shops or anything. They were very helpful.
Nothing - everything was great!

We absolutely loved the house and the view. It suited our family of 5 perfectly. There is plenty of space to spread out or come together. Petra was amazing to help us and is in the living space just below the house if you need anything or have any questions.
We wish the entire house was air conditioned. It is just the bedrooms. But, when there is a nice breeze, the house does stay cool.

We love a property with character so this was great we have lots of clumsy kids so we did not feel like we would scratch perfect surfaces etc. I picked this villa mainly on outdoor facilities and it worked out great, the pool table and table tennis kept the kids off their phones, the pool is shady and sunny, it is a great size. the villa is behind a lot of apartments but once you are in it you have views of the sunset, views of the sea from most places outside. We can strongly recommend a walk down to the beach and lunch at the cafe /restaurant there (although you might need to book early in the day 10am ish) Petra was very helpful.
We were using the villa and annex together making us a slightly bigger group, cutlery and plate wise we were fine but we were scraping the barrel a bit for comfy eating on chairs for the table....the chairs are beautiful old leather wooden chairs but some the leather has given way. The only other thing I would have liked was a few more sofa chairs around the coffee table.

Great Villa, lovely housekeeper also. It is on a steep hill so a car would be ideal but otherwise perfect villa and quiet surroundings

Great location, large property, pool great, views good
The pool area was shaded quite a lot, you didn’t get the sun properly until around 2pm. You do miss the sunset too as there is a big tree blocking your view, if it was cut done a bit you would get fantastic sunset views.x
