The Building is fairly new. The house faces a garden and is quiet and clean. The entire apartment is reserved for the Guests and is at their disposition. They are not sharing anything in the apartment with no one else. There are a lot of storage room which makes it very convenient for both long and short stay!
The G train is less than 5 minutes walking distance (3 blocks). JMZ trains are 10 minutes away walking distance. Lower Manhattan is 15 to 20 minutes away. This apartment is located right above my first listing. You can refer to all the reviews in that listing related to easy access to Manhattan and to the other boroughs using either public transportation or your own car.
I am always available, either on the phone, emails or physically to help. I do have employees as well that are available to make your staying lovely.
In the morning, you can grab coffee and croissants at an upscale coffee shop BKLYN Blend and commingle with your neighbors, sit and enjoy your coffee, relax and check your emails. It is one block and half right before the corner of Tompkins and Dekalb. The Famous Italian Pizzeria Rocco Pizza is next door.
Go Groceries shopping to Lincoln Market: Full Size Supermarket 100 Feet away from the house (Less than a 1-minute walking distance)
Bravo Supermarkets it is at walking distance (7 minutes) on Dekalb Avenue between Throop and Marcus Garvey or go to Food Bazar it is at walking distance at the corner of Broadway and Myrtle (10 to 15 minutes).
Within walking distance at the corner of Myrtle avenue Nostrand “750 Myrtle Dinner” that’s a high end Asian restaurant and couple very nice bars/ restaurant with American food right next from it. Brooklyn Stoops is my favorite as it has very Tasty Burgers and a good selection of beers. Walking further on Myrtle and Classon stop by “Brooklyn Tap House” a huge sport Bar with good food and large selection of beers with large screen TVs to watch all types of sports events. Go furthermore on Myrtle Avenue you can find any type of restaurants and bars. Or just take the G train to Fulton Street Station you will be within 5 to 10 minutes maximum in downtown Brooklyn where there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. Also, you can find out there almost all of the major brand store names at the Brooklyn Mall to find out there almost all of the major brand store names at the Brooklyn Mall or Fulton Mall to satisfy all of your shopping needs and to top it all the Barclay Center (Brooklyn Nets) is nearby. My favorite Steakhouse is St Anselm on Metropolitan Ave. Good quality with reasonable prices. Make sure to make a reservation before leaving the house otherwise it is unlikely that you will get in or will have to wait at least one hour.
Be respectful of the other Guests or tenants in the house. Keep the noise down and be nice to others.
The building is equipped with surveillance cameras.
The High costs of living in Manhattan along with the low commuting time and easy access to Manhattan attract a lot of people in Bedstuy who would otherwise been living in Manhattan. The Building is located at the beginning of Bedstuy bordering both Williamsburg and Clinton Hill. The population is very diverse and constantly growing. The new constructions, Renovated buildings and new businesses are changing the whole environment and atmosphere. It is as New Yorkers would say keep more money in your pockets, live in a quieter apartment with far more space and comfort, in exchange for an extra 5 or 10 minutes daily commute to Manhattan as Manhattan is nearby. The house is within walking distance of two Police Stations, with a large number of police cars, walking or on bicycles on uniforms and undercover officer in the area.
There are plenty of free street parking In front of or around the house that follows the alternate side parking rule.
Alternate side parking is a traffic law that dictates on which side of a street cars can be parked on a given day. The law is intended to promote efficient flow of traffic, as well as to allow street sweepers and snowplows to reach the curb without parked cars impeding their progress.
Guests that have a car, need to read the street signs before parking their car to know both the time and side to park their car without having to move it early in the morning to double-park it on the other side of the street during the one hour street cleaning and then put it back to avoid receiving a parking ticket.
There are as well private parking garages in the area where you can park for a fee and do not have to worry about parking.
In any case: Do not park on the neighbor’s driveways nor on the building driveway for any reasons whatsoever as you might get towed or get into an argument as those parking spots are private and already rented and reserved.

It All Works
The important things were great (i.e., we had a parking space as promised, the apartment was clean with no weird/unpleasant odors, the beds were comfortable with nice linens and good quality towels, and there was a working coffee pot). We live in a house built in the 1870's and keep our heat at 68 during the day and 65 at night so a little cool and leaky windows don't bother us too much. However, on our first day when the weather was coldest the thermostat indicated the temperature ranged from 64 to 66 in the warmest/farthest from the leaky windows. No matter what we did with the thermostat it was kind of cold and we regretted not bringing our thickest robes, sleep socks, and pj's. I would be concerned if the temperatures outside were below the low of 28 that we saw during our trip. Luckily it warmed up outside and the temperature was fine inside the apartment after that
We were surprised by this response when we asked about getting hand towels and/or more than 4 bath towels and 4 wash clothes for 3 people for 4 days since the info on the apartment said:
Towels Provided
Fully provided and provide extra if needed.
This was the response:
It seems like the cleaning provided you with what you are entitled to. If you need more towels we will be charging you for that. You have a drop off Laundromat that is very cheap at the corner of Tompkins and Hart 30 seconds from the house. You can leave your laundry in the morning and pick it up at night.
Please let me know if you have more questions!
Cheers,
Johny.
We would have brought hand towels from home if we had known that we had to pay extra and would only be given 4 bath towels and 4 wash clothes. Not a big deal just a little misleading/annoying.
Would have liked a big bowl for salad and to mix eggs (there was a whisk but no large bowl), a cutting board, measuring spoons and a measuring cup even though we mostly just made breakfast. Otherwise the kitchen had the basics.
The bathroom with the tub/shower also needs a shower mat. One of us is a little unstable on their feet and always felt in danger of slipping while taking a shower.
We were glad the others in the building were pretty quiet since there is NO insulation or sound proofing and could hear even normal talking and not very loud music playing.
Overall we always felt safe and it is convenient to subway. We would add the Chinese take out place (cash only) as a good option if you want to eat in.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend and had a GREAT time. Johny (primary contact) was very responsive and always helpful. The property is approximately 20 minutes from Manhattan. Neighborhood has grocery store, restaurants, and specialty shops needed when you travel. Clean, comfortable, convenient and affordable. A great place to stay without decimating the budget.

Perfectly affordable location in Brooklyn
Affordable and clean. Easy walk to subway. Great food options around the corner. Even. Laundry around the corner that is cheap! We dropped a load and had it washed and folded for $11

Good Brooklyn Space
Plenty of space for our family of four. Close to subway for access all over the city. Neighbors are nice and parking spot is a huge plus. Johny is easy to work with and property is as advertised.

Confortable apartment, we had a very good time!
Convenient location close to the subway, the apartment has two very confortable double bedrooms, a big dining table and a fully equipped kitchen as given in the description. Everything was ready and clean at our arrival. Out host, Johny, has given us all the necessary info and support during our stay. I would recommend it!

Good value
I don't have anything to compare this to, but it is probably large for a NY apartment. Everything was clean and Johny was a responsive host. Close to subway and area seems to be reasonably safe. Well equipped and parking space right in front.
The negatives are that the cot for the fifth person is quite small, more for a child than an adult, and it barely fits in bedroom. The place is a bit dated with very little counter space in kitchen and none in bathroom. It may be just the people above when we were there, but the walking above, moving chairs and walking down stairs was extremely noisy in the morning. It was very hard to sleep in.

Satisfied with stay!
Photos matched apartment, very clean. It was nice to have the living space to stretch and relax vs a standard hotel room. Johnny is a very helpful and responsive host. Just a few blocks from subway and there is a cute coffee shop on the way to grab breakfast. Convenient corner store and Crown fried chicken right across from subway entrance!
The full bathroom mirror over the sink is placed too high, was not able to use mirror for brushing teeth.
The beds were too hard for us. I would suggest adding instructions or comment that room has individual ac unit not central air. We had adjusted central air pad in hallway and returned to hot apartment until we realized each room had a remote for each ac unit. Once turned on, ac unit worked wonderfully!!
Would recommend this place to save money and would stay here again to explore Brooklyn.
Thanks again Johnny!

The property is exactly as the description states
The property is clean and welcoming. Love the AC and fans in bedrooms. Beds super comfortable, we all slept well.
Great to have the 1.5 bathrooms. Makes a difference as we were 5 people. Able to check in early and Johny had other arrangements if the property was not vacant on the early time of our arrival.
Kitchen well stocked and even coffee for us to make.
Great if you are driving , we were not driving but didn't mind the short walk to the train.

Good stay.....
Place was satisfactory. Subway is a few blocks away. One item to note is that there is NO HIDE A BED couch like advertised. We booked this place because we had 5 people. Johnny brought us a roll a way bed for our son to use which was great. Communication with host was quick.

Spacious and Comfortable
First off, it was super easy collecting the keys and getting into the place. The GPS guided us directly to it, with a parking space right in front of the door. Beds were large and comfortable, kitchen had everything you could need. Subway stop was about two blocks away. There just wasn't too much in the immediate walking distance like restaurants and shops. There were a couple, but not too many. It took about 35 minutes to ride the subway into Manhattan. I'd have no problem staying here again, especially now that I know where everything is.

Aged building
As clean as can be expected in an aged building. New ac worked great. Sink is cracked and tub is not thoroughly caulked. Decent sized rooms and closet storage.

Great apartment!
The property is exactly like the pictures...maybe even better. Johny greeted us the first day and was available if we ever needed him (even ten o'clock at night). We will certainly be staying here again.

Homie and Fresh, Perfect for Us! ❤️
Hello:
We are a family of five we stayed for seven nights, we drove from Florida (Panhandle) about 18 hours drive to the apt. It was easy to find with GPS no problem, driveway right outside the appt AWESOME it was our big concern because parking is an issue in Brooklyn/New York period, first impresión very clean and fresh, bed very comfortable. We use Uber first day but after that we use Subway for everything (9 days tickets better option and 24 hours service) three blocks from apt no problem, we came during the busiest time of the year so it was congested everywhere with traffic unimaginable, Subway helped us lots (never use subway before) overroll a good experience. (Uber around 24$-35$ and more) Neighborhood stores were very close any direction you walk little expensive but again you pay for convenience.
We prepare breakfast in the mornings great and cook dinner only on Christmas night.
Johny was sweet enough to leave a bottle of wine and a bag of delicious chocolates for us we enjoy that Really nice.
We had a blast, we enjoyed every single day, we love the place it makes us feel home and safe. Thank you Johny for open your home to us we are missing it already, We most definitely will come back hopefully soon!
