This suited us well for a 1 night stay. There were 4 of us. The twin bed I slept in makes noise every time I rolled over, so didn't sleep well. I have stayed in the vicinity before so I expected no cell service upon arrival, so just be aware and print the instructions to enter the home because you may not be able to get in on your phone. It's very small, but perfectly fine for us. I prefer dealing directly with the owner through VRBO instead of all the texts/notifications from Vacasa. That was annoying. They sent me 8 texts and an equal number of emails. Some were necessary, but certainly not all of them. We own a rental at a different ski area and they always want us to use them. Not happening. Thanks

Beautiful location in the mountains and still close to the Killington shops.

This was a perfect home base for us while we were visiting family in New England from New Mexico. Plenty of light, great little kitchen, nice deck with a grill. There is a little stream in the back. I slept so well. I was nervous that my elderly parents would have trouble with the spiral staircase but it was fine. We had a wonderful visit, explored Killington and Woodstock, went for several beautiful nearby hikes, and had perfect weather. The first night was a little rainy and chilly so we used the heat, it warmed up quickly and was comfortable and quiet. Thanks Bobs Bungalow!

Bob’s bungalow was a perfect homebase for our ski trip. It had all the necessities we needed for cooking sleeping, and just plain hanging out after a long day of skiing.

Close to Killington in a great neighborhood that still allows a lot of privacy for the property. Loft bedroom area was cool.

Great place in Killington. Surrounded by woods with lots of windows to enjoy the view. about 10-15 minutes from the lifts. Lots of sleeping areas, full kitchen and comfortable, though cozy, living room with large screen tv. Only downside is one bathroom.

The place was awesome for a small group of guys! Cozy, outdoors, and a great location for getting to Killington.

This house is small but it was perfect for my family and and another couple. It was very cozy on a dirt road, and still 10 minutes to Pico and Killington. I cannot wait to stay again.

We booked the property for an early Thanksgiving with our Vermont family. It was a nice place to gather for a retreat. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a nice meal! All the necessary amenities were included & made for an easy and relaxing mini vacay. Loved being able to see the stars from the large windows at night!

Loved this place. The property is in a gorgeous area and neighborhood, but it is still secluded and quaint. The house is comfortable, clean and functional. Kitchen is great, but I would recommend bringing cooking oil and additional spices. Bring some extra blankets if you want to snuggle up. We will definitely be returning to this gem!

This rental was in the perfect location. So close to the mtn for mtn biking, local restaurants and swimming holes. Loved it! So clean, quiet neighborhood and allowed pets. It’s always so nice to bring our furbabies with us. Grateful. Vacasa-Thankyou for all of the texts for updates and check in details. I’d stay here again for sure! Killingtons biking is so phenomenal-maybe sooner than later ;). Thanks so much!

Very open space. Was able to work remotely, enjoy the sounds of nature, access several near by hiking trails, and Mt. bike. Close by to several restaurants. Had a midnight bear visit that we easily shewed away from the safety of the window. One of our dogs didn't mind the spiral staircase while the other was terrified. Overall we had a peaceful time.

Great property for the price and location
The overall experience was very good. It was an excellent deal for the price and location.
Pros :
1. Price, Location and Comfort of the property
2. The bed was comfortable
3. Had everything you need for cooking
Cons:
1. As is stated in the description, the road to the property requires an SUV. ( We had one, so no issues for us )
2. The spiral staircase. The sleeping beds are on top and the bottom, but the bathroom is in the middle section. During the night if you want to go to the bathroom you have to take the stairs. Then novelty wears off quickly once you need to go to the bathroom at night. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone olderly or young kids.
Overall great stay, and a BIG PLUS for being able to bring our dog with us.

Quiet Mountain Retreat not far from a town
Quiet and comfortable. Would definitely book again.

Close to Killington, lacking on amenities
This place is a lot smaller than the pictures make it seem. It was clean, however there was only one roll of toilet paper in the entire place we were expected to use for a week, between 6 dudes. No courtesy spices, not even salt or paper towels. Not a bad place but it was very bare bones. On the upside it was warm and the beds were comfy. Great location for hitting the slopes.

Loved Bob’s Bungalow!
Such a great place to stay especially if you’re looking to ski! The house was a short drive to the mountain and all the restaurants and bars. The kitchen was perfect to make our own meals at home. There are no blinds on the windows so when it gets dark it can get a little scary, but other than that we loved everything!

Cute cabin - read listing carefully
We ended up renting the week of a major snow storm - when the listing suggests having snow tires or chains - take it seriously.
Other than that, the cabin was cute, came with clean linens and toiletries. There’s no on site laundry, so be prepared for that.
Otherwise, super close to the slopes.

Fine but not worth the money
Our stay was comfortable but the price was not justifiable. This house is best suited for young families given the amount of single beds.

Family Ski Trip
The condo was warm and cozy. Just a short drive to Killington Mountain. Lots of comfortable beds. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would book again.
My only complaint was the silverware and cookware. Other than that we had a great stay.

Great location comfortable house
Great location. House was very bare bones in terms of how kitchen and bathroom were stocked. Comfortable. Spiral stairs hard for our small dogs but overall very happy with the house!

Had a really good time at Bob's Bungalow. It's near Killington and we found a nearby dog sitter on rover.com to drop our dog during the day while we skied. The kids loved having their own space in the basement. It's 4 instead of 5 because the kitchen ware was more than well used and could use freshening. Most of the pots and pans were burnt; knives were so dull they wouldn't cut; couldn't find a cookie sheet. We arrived at night and during the middle of a winter storm; while we are well accustomed to winter driving and have AWD, someone coming from warmer climates should be aware of the mountainous and relatively remote location. The driveway was plowed the following morning. Wifi signal was great. All in all, a fun stay and we would stay there again.

Perfect Couples Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at Bob’s Bungalow. The place was perfect for us. We explored the area on foot, cooked all our meals at the home, and in general it was exactly what we envisioned. We plan to stay again.

Great place!
We had a family wedding in Pittsfield and this was the perfect location to have a private home rather than a hotel stay. Beds were all comfortable; the place was very clean; WiFi and TV were great; bathroom was basic but well equipped; kitchen was bare bones but all we needed for a two night stay. I am a cook so I’d have had to bring a bunch of cooking supplies had we stayed any longer. Also, a bear did bang on the door very loudly at 4:00AM and destroyed the trash from previous guests outside, and I had to bang on pans at the window for him to very slowly leave, so the second night we hardly slept - that guy wanted to get in! But it was exciting at least! All in all, it was a great place & we would stay again as we have lots of family events nearby.

We were happy with our stay at Bob's Bungalow. The house was clean and well taken care of. The spiral stairs were tricky for our dog so he remained on the main floor. The location was quiet and felt private. It was close to Killington and Pico ski resorts, which would be great in winter. We took advantage of all the great nearby hiking locations!

Difficult Check-in
Thankfully we arrived while still daylight, as finding the lock box was hard. We should have been told it was not on the door but rather on an opposite post not at eye level. We had to call Vacasa and they were helpful, finally using a backup lock box even more difficult to locate. Also, the photos do not clearly show that the bathroom is not on the same level as the main bedroom, which is located up a narrow winding staircase to a loft. This is not an ideal situation for some people.
