Todo el equipo fue muy amable, sin embargo felicito a Alan por tan excelente servicio y hospitalidad con nosotros. Además, nos permitieron quedarnos en un late checkout sin cobro adicional y comprendiendo la situación. Graciasssss

La ventana de la habitación no tenía blackout por lo que se veia iluminada la habitación al dormir. Recomendamos poner blackout para que no entre la luz y un espejo de cuerpo completo.

We were treated as royalty. Thank you to all the staff at Leclerc Hotel for such a lovely service.

The breakfast was incredible, the staff was prepared everyday with a new delight and it was pretty much ready when we needed to. The room was with enough space and always clean. The staff provided enough water and always supported us in what we were needing. The staff is so kind and the attention was great!. If I ever go back to Cali, I would stay again in Leclerc without any hesitation. One of the best hotels I have been to. The location is also perfect, near many restaurants and big hotels. It was the perfect place for us.

We just think that the bathroom can have an extra light, but the rest was perfect, we couldn´t ask for more.

Great attention to detail. More like a bed and breakfast than hotel.

A beautiful little boutique hotel with tasteful decor in each room. The breakfast was beautifully plated and featured local fruit. The staff were very attentive. We travel a lot and I was really impressed with this hotel and its staff. We even got to meet the owner, Maria and she made sure we felt welcome, comfortable and satisfied with everything. I’ll definitely return and make it my first choice when coming to Cali. And there are tons of restaurants and boutique shops all within walking distance.

Absolutely everything. This hotel is a gem and with impeccable attention. The facilities of this colonial and fully renovated home are incredible. The staff starting with the owner, are all there for you. Javier, the night front desk Julio, if I am not incorrect, were attentive and super helpful. I strongly recommend this boutique and peaceful hotel with an unbeatable location

it was absolutely a gorgeous property in a safe neighborhood with great restaurants

the owner has a talent for Parisian decor. the house, style, furniture and all decorations were gorgeous. very stylish and classy. the Christmas decorations were still up and made the house feel so warm and festive. the breakfast was lovely every morning. the hotel is in an upper class residential neighborhood but 2 streets away from the best restaurants. we walked everywhere even at night and felt safe. the staff were all friendly and professional. we’ll be back

I think the property would be very nice if they did some upgrades to their suites.

The bed and sheets were excellent and so were the towels and the air conditioning. The staff were always willing to help.

The hot water wasn’t consistent, the blind in the room was broken in the down position. The toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. The room safe wasn’t functioning. The toilet had a nozzle that was leaking.

Little gem in the heart of Cali

Eliana at the front desk was so helpful for the 3 days..room was classy and breakfast was really nice..a beautiful hotel in a superb area of Granada with everything nearby.

Very good

Great location, comfy bed and excellent AC and shower. The breakfast was ok - very nicely served, and good juice, but otherwise quite basic. The staff were polite (though not especially warm). The main thing we didn’t like is it was sometimes hard to reach the front desk, for example to let us back in the building when we came back late at night. We felt bad waking them up each time, but we came to Cali to dance.

This will be my go to accommodations when I am in Cali again.

The breakfast was spectacular, modest meal, beautiful presentation and so delicious.

The hot water did go out for one day but was fixed as soon I brought it up to the staff.

The perfect place to stay in Cali.

One of the best guest experiences we've had in any hotel around the world. This is a truly boutique hotel where they treat you with a very personal touch and the attention to details is totally amazing. If you are lucky enough to get a room at Leclerc hotel while you are in Cali you won't regret it. Location is excellent, breakfast is tasty and rooms are quiet.

Superb

Hosts were very welcoming and attentive. Good size room and bathroom. Shower was powerful and had hot water. Air con worked well.

Would prefer not to have a sliding door on bathroom as it doesn’t provide much privacy. Wi-Fi was a little slow in the room at times.
