Home away from home

The location of the guest house is central to many shopping centers and amenities. It is very quiet , picturesque and safe as well. The owner, manager and the staff were very friendly and professional. They've ensured that our stay is as comfortable and homey as it gets.

The water in the shower had a tendency to be cold but it was resolved.

We had a great stay thank you to Iain and his staff.

The property was at a nice location, the facility was well structured. We had kids there and they also had a good time because the place is family friendly. The manager, Iain was amazing. He was attentive and friendly and he made sure that our stay was as smooth as possible. The staff was also quite helpful.

The owner was not as friendly as the manager, he didn’t greet and he was just tidying up around the areas where we were sitting and where the kids were sitting, we had to ask him to stop watering the grass near where we were sitting at some point.

Exceptional Stay

I like the place very much. It was clean and very quiet. Beautiful garden and clean room. I like the fact that my bedding was change. Iain was outstanding. Very friendly, and welcoming.

There were electricity problems, and when I called a gentleman who identified himself as Paul answered and suddenly blamed me for the electricity failure. I suggest he not deal with guests, as Iain is the right person and has the skills to deal with guests. That was the only incident that didn't go well with me, but otherwise, I enjoyed my stay. And plan to return.

Caretaker was very warm and friendly. The lady serving breakfast was very nice to me.

Curtains for me needed to be washed,but otherwise zero complaints.

A place to be with your family

I like the way they are there for their guests. They quickly respond to your questions and clarify things with ease. Paul and his owner and Luan the manager went all out to help where help is needed. The comfortable beds and ' cleanliness of the pools, yard. The garden is wow! The cold juice, hot coffee brewed now and then. The relaxing place near the pool💯

The fact that music is not allowed near the pool and the surrounding area.

The breakfast was not good at all , same food for two mornings scrambled eggs,piece of vors, tomato n beans with not so fresh bread

Cleanliness the room wasn't clean even after reporting the staff didn't clean well bathroom wasn't well cleaned..The bed was fool of straight hair ND I have afro hair ..This makes uncomfortable to sleep on someone hair residual it makes you wonder if the linen was it full changed

We liked the beautiful garden ND very private swimming pool area..It was very quite not noisy

The room wasn't clean ,we reported to the owner the lady came but still wasn't satisfied bcs there bathroom was still dirty sofa still has crumbles ..Rubbish bin still not emptied..The Garden was beautiful but all couches outside were full of dust ..Someone was busy doing garden cutting the grass Saturday of our visit making the pool dirty had to wait for him to finish cleaning the pool too

The breakfast, dining area, close proximity to where I needed to be and warm blankets.

This has been my most dissapointing booking through this platform. I initially booked one of the double rooms in the main house. Back and forth communication with the owner suggested that I move to another room that has a private bathroom, at an additional cost, as there is a service dog in the main house and the bathroom facilities is shared, not private. The additional cost private bathroom room turned out the be the one listed as the single bedroom room, the cheapest of the room options. Why I didn't understand the additional cost and mentioned this to the owner. There's little to no network signal in the room. And the Wi-Fi didn't work throughout the night only from 6h30am. The single room would work best for a younger person looking for a place to leave their luggage as the head out with friends. Mattress also not firm and supportive.
