Relaxing, private, comfortable. Didn't want to leave beautiful Yamba.

A beautiful location overlooking the estuary, boats and hills in the background. Great location to the shops, beaches, golf course and bowls club. The stay was most comfortable. Bikes provided were a great addition to explore the town and beaches. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The accommodation private.

Fully satisfied with our stay. Lionel and Irene make a special effort for guests.

Perfect

Everything was amazing. The apartment was very well decorated the owners had not forgotten anything. Walking distance to river , beach and town was a welcome bonus.

There was nothing. I couldn’t fault anything!

The Boathouse is an amazing place to stay. We will definitely be back for another getaway.

The location and view, the superb quality, charm and layout of the Boathouse, all the thoughtful extras, the inclusion of the bikes, covered parking and the friendliness of the hosts.

We loved everything about the Boathouse......it all met or exceeded our expectations.

The boat house was inviting as soon as we opened the door We had a relaxing 3 days and wanted to stay more Not a thing was needed, perfect! The little extras made you feel welcome Thank you Irene and Lionel for your hospitality We loved our stay and will return

Loved it.

Great location. My wife and I worked remotely there for a week and the view and location to the water and the town made it great for popping out for lunch breaks and explore. The place had everything a couple needed. The view was great and the birds, so many birds, spent alot of time just watching them play / battle in the yard.

WIFI Internet flaky so bring a Telstra hotspot with you if you need a good constant conecction. Vodafone hotspot didnt work in the area fyi.

Exceptional

Lots of little extras. Lovely view from the balcony. Very quiet, apart form the many birds attracted by the trees and water provided - it was great watching the lorikeets bathing in the bird bath.

Everything was excellent....... even a few complimentary welcoming items provided , such as wine, chocolates and coffee, which were a nice surprise. We felt very comfortable there. The view of the river, the bird life.... Lovely to sit on the balcony and just observe.

Perfect location and spacious, well appointed house, with views to die for

Everything! The location, the view, our hosts, the comfortable accommodation, with thoughtful extras and delightful furnishings and extra little touches throughout. And the birds, lots of them! And Yamba itself. A rare inclusion was good cleaning equipment for the BBQ!

Should have stayed longer than 3 nights.

Exceptional accommodation in Yamba

We have to really say this is a fantastic experience for staying in Boat house Yamba! The owner Irene and Lionel pay attention to every detail and put a huge effort to marking your stay pleasant . The house for accommodation is very convenient and easy walk to all restaurants and shop in downtown Yamba. The house layout is with bedroom in the ground and living room on the first floor. It provides the best advantage with good Waterview from living room and privacy from the bedroom . Overall the house is exceptional clean and hygienic. It shows the owners really put the heart into managing this property. Easy access to coastal walkway , huger recommended anyone to stay here. The best AirBnB and it is really 5 stars Definitely will coming back and stay here again !

Top spot and top accommodation!

Excellent location both for the view and walking distance to beach and town. Very comfortable with many thoughtful touches. Comfortable bed with good reading lights. Pleasant hosts. Hope to be back. The Boathouse is such a pleasant property that we spent most of our stay right there and if we needed to go out, we could just walk. Very relaxing.

Excetional and very relaxing and we would stay again.

The service, cleanliness and presentation was exceptional. The property had everything that we were looking for.

The wi-fi was patchy but that issue was explained in the notes for the wi-fi. No other dislikes.

A hidden gem, a fabulous place to begin my journey down the coast.

The beautiful Boathouse had everything you could ever need on holidays. Lovely welcome treats awaited me when I arrived. The location is convenient to town while still being quiet and the views from the deck, especially at sunset, were fabulous. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. A wonderful place to stay!

Exceptional

Irene and Lionel have a beautiful property which is affords great privacy for guests. Everything from shops, beaches, restaurants are all within a short stroll. The accommodation has bikes for you to get out and about on and see the beautiful sites. The accommodation was immaculate and the view even better. Irene and Lionel have made sure that everything you need is available in the property. We spent 8 days at this beautiful property and felt relaxed from check in to check out. We look forward to returning in the near future. John and Kym
