About this house rental

A beautiful and perfect place for just you or your family to come and relax on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Stay in this amazing home and enjoy a nice quiet vacation. Property comes with a boat dock, jet ski ramp, 3 kayaks, and a swim dock. This place is perfect for fishing, watching the sunset or just relaxing and tanning in the sun. A beautiful gazebo right by the lake--perfect to take take pictures for a special occasion, a fire pit with chairs and much more! In the summer this property is perfect for either bringing your own boat (docking it at our boat dock) or renting a boat at one of our many boat rental places.

The space

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with two large patios. 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths. 2 are master bedrooms with full baths--the first master is located on the main floor with a king bed, TV, nice glass walk in shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub. The other master has a king bed with its own bathroom and shower. It also has its own patio upstairs with a table and 2 chairs--perfect for sipping your morning coffee or tea and watching the sunrise or sunset. The 2 other rooms have queen beds. The sharing bathroom is in the hallway with a tub/shower and two sinks. There are 2 bunk beds with a twin on top and a full on bottom in the game room. The game room has a pool table and TV. Big living room with fireplace and TV. unlimited Wi-Fi. Formal Dinning room table located next to the living room that seats 10. The Kitchen has two seating options---built in granite table that holds 8 and a small table with four chairs. The play room has a pool table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from silverware, plates of all kind, bowls, pots, pans, blender, food processor, slow cooker, 1 regular coffee maker and a keurig machine. The lower patio has an outdoor grill and two tables, eight chairs at each one . Large backyard for kids to play around . Gazebo has a table with chairs to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and watch the sunset. We have a large deck on the water to use for sun bathing, fishing or whatever you please.

This property starts you off with a starter roll of toilet paper starter roll paper towels. You will probably need to bring the adequate amount for your stay. Don't forget your shampoos anything else you will need for your stay. There is a propane grill we always keep an extra gas tank full Kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, dishes and pots that can be used for cooking. Washer and dryer are available for use in the laundry room.

We thoroughly enjoyed this location. Right on the water with a beautiful gazebo and dock. Home is a little outdated but still very nice! No hot tub but there is a jacuzzi tub in the master.

Our family enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere at the "Glorious Getaway". This part of the Ouachita was very remote, which was wonderful for us to float and kayak on—no major boat traffic to worry about. Luci the Host was very responsive.

Great location. A short drive into Hot Springs. House is outdated but my biggest complaint is it's dirty. There was literally a pile of dirt/possibly sand lying on the living room floor. A simple good vacuuming would have solved this issue. Looks as though they have NEVER moved the furniture on the hardwood floors, as there was dirt and cobwebs underneath. I owned a cleaning service for nearly 15 years and the quality of whoever is cleaning, is appalling!

Really enjoyed our stay. House was equiped with any kind od kitchen tool or cooking implement. Plenty of space for everyone. Wonderful firepit to enjoy at night. Enjoyed the wildlife around.

The backyard views did not disappoint. The house needs some updates, but there was a lot of room for everyone. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks and access to the water.

We enjoyed our stay, it was close enough to Hot Springs that getting out to do things about the town. Some of our older family members have trouble with knees and hips but they navigated the short stairways with easy and did not have any discomfort from them during our stay. The house was clean and decorated nicely. Talking with the owner/manager was easy with timely responses. If we decide to do our Christmas gathering in Hot Springs again, we would check availability of this property first.

The property was delightful. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out when they wanted, but great gathering spaces both inside and out. Thanksgiving dinner around the big, formal table was great. The kitchen was well stocked, but a little disorganized as a result of having so many people using it over time. Overall, it was a great spot for a family gathering.

This home fit all of us perfectly. This included my husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law, granddaughter and her friend, and our brother. Although the weather was 100 degrees each day of our visit, we sat under gazebo each morning. We played games at night, did some sites, and went swimming. We ate out 3 nights, but house had everything you could want for cooking. I believe the only thing that was not comfortable was that everyone could not use phones for outgoing calls. Some had different cell carriers and could call out. The beds were comfortable and house had everything you could want for your stay. Would stay here again.

It was our twins 21st birthday. The owners where so nice, they let us check in early and even offered to let us check out later. The house is huge and very comfortable, well stocked. The beds where comfy and everything was just wonderful. We would recommend to anyone to stay with them. We will be back!! Thank you The Faulkners

My FAMILY LOVED OUR STAY AT THIS HOUSE ON LAKE HAMILTON. THE HOUSE WAS SPOTLESS AND PLENTY OF ROOM FOR ALL. THE OUTDOORS WAS ALSO SPOTLESS! WILL GO BACK AGAIN FOR SURE. THERE WAS ALO KAYAK'S FOR OUR USE AND TOYS FOR THE CHILDREN AND GAMES FOR THE ADULTS.

We appreciated that Lucia responded quickly to our requests regarding the property. She made sure we had firewood, life jackets and kayaks. The bedding and towels were very nice. The carpets were not very clean and we saw small ants in the kitchen. There were plenty of dishes and extra supplies. Overall, Lucia was a good property manager.

Unfortunately, I did not get to go since my daughter was sick...but my husband and son went and had nothing but good things to say about this home. They were very happy with the location, the layout, comfort factor...the whole 9 yards. When the husband comes back raving about a property, it must have been perfect! Can't wait to book again when I can actually go myself!

We had a group of 7 adults and 1 child. There was plenty of space for everyone to have privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and pots you would need. The yard and lake were really nice and we enjoyed being able to fish from the back yard. I highly recommend this place for a group gathering or a family reunion.

The size of the house was great for our family. The game room with two bunk beds was great for the boys. There was room for everyone to spread out and have their own space and then come together for family time. We loved the gazebo right out on the water and utilized the fire pit both nights. It was a great weekend with family.

We took our children and their families for a long weekend to the lake. Lucia’s house was perfect for us. Lots of room for everyone and the beds were very comfortable!! My grandkids enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and swimming. It’s a very quiet part of the lake so we didn’t have to worry about boat’s coming close to us as we were swimming. Wonderful place to stay!!

We spent a terrific week at this beautiful property on Lake Hamilton! Our group was six adults, family and friends, and from the minute we checked in we felt welcomed and comfortable. The property is a beautiful home with a lovely yard right on a quiet part of the Lake. We spent most mornings and some evenings enjoying the gazebo on the water's edge. We enjoyed the fire pit a couple of nights and even took a few rides in the kayaks that are provided by the hostess. The property is no more than 30 minutes from most of the attractions in Hot Springs and conveniently located to Walmart and Dollar General. The house has a gas grill, a full compliment of dishes and cookware, and plenty of towels! We had comfortable beds and good nights sleep. Lucia was easily accessible and responded quickly to any texts. Thank you again, Lucia for sharing your beautiful home with us!

7 cousins who are all seniors had a wonderful reunion at this property and it meet all our needs. Wonderful views, outdoor space was well landscaped and offered space to enjoy the outdoors The 4 bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, and there was an outdoor gas grill The dining room table was large enough for us all to eat together while enjoying the view. The location is great. About 19 minutes from Oaklawn. We are planning on returning next year.

We were 2 adults, 5 kids (Ages 6-13), and a dog. Everyone loved it! We spent our mornings and evenings fishing and kayaking at the house - the kayaks were a HUGE bonus!! Property is well maintained, sheets and towels were very clean, and it had everything we needed. It's a beautiful, quiet part of the lake. Thank you to the owners, we hope to be back next year!
