Location was good, size of property was decent, bedrooms fairly generous in size and the kitchen/living area was a good size complemented by a generous sized balcony. Property was well stocked with items needed on a day to day basis. Buggy was very handy and a must.
The property is very tired, whilst cleaned between guests, smells of cooking from previous guests lingered for our entire stay. Given the property is tired, it doesn't present clean even though it has been cleaned. Unnecessary clutter stored inside the bedrooms & cupboards, eg fold up beds, high chairs, boxes of kids toys etc., which is great if you need them, but if you don't they are in the way and add to the dishevelled look. The property shares a pool between several properties. In the adverts it appears the pool is just for the house. The pool is in very poor condition, does not present well, in need of much TLC and definitely not inviting to sit by.

Great size, nice views of the marina, comfortable beds, all cooking equipment needed, use of golf buggy and Foxtel movies.
Ants had a nest into locked cupboard above fridge and as soon as there were any crumbs on the bench they would come.
