A beautiful condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the third floor of Tower E in one of the most beautiful resorts of San Jose del Cabo, within Las Mananitas Resort.

Furnished with exquisite taste, the master bedroom with a king size bed with wooden headboard and golden brown color comforter, two nightstands on either side with lamps at night for your convenience. An entertainment center in the same style wooden bed and bedside tables, with a flat screen TV and ceiling fan to ventilate the room. The watercolor yellow walls and a sliding glass door to the balcony to take him in seconds.
The main bathroom with a double sink and a mirror that covers the entire front of these sinks. An indoor marble shower and glass blocks with ample space and a bathtub for those days of relaxation.
The second bedroom with two queen beds, wooden headboards and bedspreads red and white colors, a nightstand between the two beds with a lamp at night to share among the guests of the two beds. A wooden entertainment center with television and a sliding glass door that lead to the balcony and ceiling fan.
The third bedroom, with double bed and a sofa bed for two extra people, bedroom with watercolor orange colors, a dresser with mirror and window to the hallway with a large closet with sliding mirrored doors. The bathroom in the hallway with a single sink and an indoor shower with marble and glass blocks.
The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine bajillas, marble and wood cabinets. With microwave oven and all the accessories in white. The wooden dining with glass cover and wooden chairs for 4 people. Bar with two high chairs for a quick iron or coffee before breakfast go for a walk.
The room with two large armchairs in red colors and a single armchair in a light color, a coffee table and an entertainment center with TV and DVD player. Decorated with a mirror in blacksmithing and ceiling fan for those hot days.
A large sliding glass door that will let the ocean views.

The entire unit has central air conditioning, tiled floors and curtains.

The balcony with two chairs, two lounge chairs and nightstand for a rest and a nice drink.

This resort features 3 pools, grills in common areas and a tennis court and basketball.

We stayed in this 3 bedroom unit at Las Mananitas from Oct 31 to Nov 11, 2023. I will start by saying that the Las Mananitas property is excellent, the location is great, you can walk to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, and about a 40 minute walk into San Jose del Cabo. The pools in the Las Mananitas complex are great, ammenities for the complex are excellent, they even have 2 Pickleball Courts. As for the Unit itself, do NOT rent this unit. The beds were terrible, noisy. The bed linens were terrible, dark brown sheets on the King bed, gross! The second bedroom had two doubles beds, not queen beds as stated in the ad. The dishwasher broke while we were there, but as we didn't want to spend our vacation indoors waiting for maintenance to come, we had our husbands termporarily fix the dishwasher, first it was completely loose, so the whole dishwasher would tip out when we pulled out the racks to load the dishwasher, and then eventually it would not run. No extras provided in this condo, only 2 lousy beach chairs, no beach umbrella, but they left a completely broken beach umbrella??? Who does that?? The safe in the unit does not work, had to call maintenance to fix that, again waiting in the unit for someone to come. The kitchen had most utensils, except no kettle, it was a mess, but as we looked through cupboards, we eventually found stuff. A couple positives were excellent patio furniture, and comfortable living room furniture.

There is nothing like looking out your balcony and seeing the pool, manicured lawns and gardens and the Sea of Cortez. Seeing humpback whales and rays frolicking in the water made it even better. Our unit was great as was the proximity to amenities, especially to the grocery stores and restaurants. We hosted and entertained friends and family while in Cabo and got to share the amazing experience. Lifetime memories have been made. We'll be back!

We love Las Mananitas and have stayed there many, many times over the past 10 years. We have considered purchasing, But so far we enjoy renting.....no worries.. We like LM3 because it has a good view of the beach and we usually try to book in that building. This past rental 3303 was very comfortable, gorgeous view. Kitchen was well stocked, although we needed to purchase and electric kettle for tea and instant coffee which we donated to the condo. Beds were comfortable, linens clean.

This property is in a pretty good location. Not far from LaComer shopping and restaurants. The description had in it that there were TWO King Beds. This is only ONE KING Bed in the master bdrm. The biggest complaint we had was not this properties fault.. but on Friday and Saturday Night.. this property is right next to a public beach access. So, people party all night right there at the beach and at the end of the access.. which is right next to this property. They crank the music up to concert level from their cars and are up til 3:30 to 4:00am. We stood out on the deck and it was loud as heck!! Kept us up all night. Last issue was that the pool is VERY Warm. Almost like a hot tub and we didn't get hardly any relief from the hot weather. The room is spacious and otherwise not bad.

Amazing room and great location

Amazing room and great location

We had an absolutely amazing day. The room was amazing with 3 large bedrooms and great views of the ocean. We could sit on the deck and listen to the waves and enjoy our coffee in the morning. It was also close to all of the hotels along the beach and a short ride to the downtown. I would definitely recommend staying here.

As a condo it was outstanding. The rental staff on site was very helpful and security was helpful and professional. It is not a resort with the poolside service but there was not a big crowd either which was very nice. Best Christmas ever.
