Hotel bem localizado, cama confortável, espaço interno do quarto ok

Tivemos problema com abastecimento de água, ficamos sem água aquecida sábado toda a tarde e noite. Estávamos hospedamos para ir a um casamento e não conseguimos tomar banho para nos arrumar. Os funcionários do hotel acolhiam nossa ligacao/reclamação, porém não nos davam nenhuma devolutiva, seja com previsão de retorno ou com uma solução efetiva, como disponibilizar outro banheiro para nosso banho. Foi MUITO decepcionante

Já estive hospedada no hotel há alguns anos atrás, e, ele continua ótimo. Ótimo chuveiro, toalha e roupas de cama. Pessoal da recepção ágil, educados e gentis . Tudo bem limpo . A localização muito boa, com acesso a várias coisas no melhor bairro de Curitiba.

O que não gostei foi a falta de janelas que isolassem ruídos da rua .

Gostei da recepção, foram muito atenciosos sempre, a sala de ginastica era ótima, eu gostei muito, os equipamentos novos e tudo estava muito organizado.

não gostei que a piscina estava desativada, o booking não mencionava, um dos motivos que fez eu reservar era a piscina, a camareira não limpou o quarto, e isso me incomodou, tive que pedir toalhas limpas.

Curitiba é linda, o Hotel Mercure já foi melhor!

Gostei do pessoal da recepção, todos muito gentis, e também do estacionamento, a variedade e qualidade do café da manhã era boa, e a academia conta com equipamentos excelentes.

não gostei da piscina estar desativada, usando a justificativa do covid19, os quartos so eram arrumados se vc pedisse, do contrario as camareiras nem entravam nas dependências...

Gostei, sobremaneira, do tratamento dispensado pelos empregados aos hóspedes, da limpeza da acomodação, da localização privilegiada do hotel e do excelente nível do restaurante.

Gostei de tudo. Não há um ponto sequer que mereça reparo. Hotel de excelente relação custo/benefício, o qual recomendo imensamente para todos.

Um estadia tranquila e excelente, aproveitamos muito bem o hotel.

O hotel é bem localizado e fica próximo a dois grandes shoppings da cidade, além de diversos restaurantes e bares, fica localizado num bairro tranquilo e bem residencial. A piscina é maravilhosa e bem aquecida o café da manhã é espetacular quase um almoço.

Gostei de tudo, não vi nada de ruim no hotel.

Extremely noisy day and night, large avenue nearby. The bed is not done: sheets and covers are folded and you need to prepare your bed yourself!!!! Not prepared for cold neither.

Cozy, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Great location, clean rooms and bathroom, and nice friendly staff. We didn't have breakfast, but the restaurant seemed nice. Very close to the Athletico Paranaense stadium, ~12 minutes walking.

Our check-in process was just a bit long (around 30 minutes) because the person helping us wasn't fully familiar with the system and process yet. He was very friendly, but staff should be better trained before helping guests with the process, if it's something that can take so long.

Nice hotel but not worth $80 usd a night.

The location was good and the room was quite spacious.

Parking was an additional 30 brl per night. I requested a room on a high floor and was given a 2nd floor room facing another apartment building. The pool was covered and there was no business co-working areas.

Great location but poor valet service and annoying checkout process

The best and most comfortable room. We had a balcony where we could enjoy the city view, it was great. We didn't use the pool but we went to check it out, the water was warm and very nice. The gym was cool, easy to use everything, it had a bit of mold going on a specific wall but we could smell and the area was 'isolated'. It was a great stay.

The checkout process was unnecessary the way it works, we expected to just give the keys back and that's it, but instead, we had to wait in a long line because we had to wait for our turn. It was ridiculous. Also, we had to wait forever to get our car back, the valet parking was terrible, and the guy complained it was all alone... we don't want to hear that, we just want a great service, since we are paying instead of parking ourselves. I think they should improve all of these processes to make it an easier and more pleasant overall experience.
