Fantastic location, very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and everything else.
Not much in the way of entertainment during the evening

Clean room and good location. The housekeepers were very polite.
We have booked deluxe room as it has been advertised as double bed but there is no double bed in any of the rooms in this hotels. All rooms has two single beds with separate mattresses that are not even attached together.
There was no balinese bed as advertised in the pictures for this room.
When questioned with the staff we have been told "do not look at the pictures'' and at the end the deputy manager said "If you don't like it the door is open".
We have reported that the pictures and information on booking is misleading but no any action from the hotel or booking and the same room is still advertised as 2 double beds !
On top of everything the room is so noisy as you can here constant noise day and night from ventilation system I thing.

Staff is amazing, friendly and helpful.
In the bar Christian is the best, always smiling, speaks perfect English and German.
Reception very helpful, know answers for every question, help you book programs is you want to. I need to highlight Biel who is one of the most professional receptionist in the world.

I’ve read some of the other reviews and wonder if they’re the same hotel! We like good food! The all inclusive was above ALL expectations: excellent choice (which changed every day - in 4 days I don’t think a single main dish was repeated and there was always an excellent choice of salads and accompaniments) and even included a special dish cooked by the chef in the dining room each night, breakfast was a choice of English or continental but it was so much more…. Continental ranged from French pastries to meats, cheese and even Greek yoghurt with fruit. Lunch was really nice too. Drinks were inc if you had the house wine or beer (Estrella). There were also (local) spirits of whisky, gin etc available which we didn’t use but did try the local aperitif… aniseed flavour and quite strong! Pool area was excellent and the pool itself was slightly under air temperature but not cold enough to put you off getting in - perfect in my view. Room was fabulous - we were on the 8th floor with a sea view from 1 balcony and another view from the side balcony to the sea and hills. Only slight negative: we were directly below the hotels air con unit so there was a hum at night but seeing as I snore, my wife just popped her ear plugs in and I didn’t notice it. The entertainment of Pedro and his guitar on Wednesday was not a west end cabaret but a very pleasant local artist playing traditional Spanish guitar. What more could you ask for? We had a hire car from the airport and found on street parking near the hotel without much difficulty. Would we go back? Absolutely!
Some of the reviews we’ve read! Absolutely not our experience at all.

The All inclusive
The bed gad been slept in .. smell off them and just covered over by the bedspread 2 days running so i had to take all the sheets off the bed and put them on the floor to get the bed made.
Also a lot of sand on the floor.

Poor quality drinks throughout
Indoor pool dirty and sauna out of use. Not explained.

The staff and the breakfast offer.
I would like to have better selection of dezerts during lunch and dinner, and coffee from espresso machine.

We had a good stay! Kitchen with awesome food - a lot of options and replenished all the time, awesome staff - tables were cleaned and prepared immediately and in a good quality, very friendly as well and with perfect location - super close to the beach, restaurants and pubs. Also there was a lot of possibilities to chill out, drinks included in all inclusive were great all the time.

Perfect location, 2 min walk from the beach.
Food buffet was ok, but almost every day the same choices (especially breakfast and desserts).
Staff helpful. Good beer and sangria.
Comfy beds, enough storage space even if room was on the smaller side
Pedro the singer was amazing!
The hotel has very thin walls, and door mechanism slams the door in every room. Also aircon is quite noisy and our control box had no cover. Cant sleep! Its extremely noisy especially that our room was on the first floor over the terrace. You have to pay 3eur per day for the room safe. Cant fill up your botttles with water. Bar staff always speaks German to everyone. The worst part was cleaning of the room which didnt include sweeping sandy floors, maybe get a vacuum cleaner? Our room floor was dirty the whole week. Hotel transfers to the airport are expensive, take a local bus instead, its half the price.. Evening entertainment twice a week only. Dining room is quite crowded and you can't eat on the terrace.
The bracelets keep coming off, we had to change them almost daily.
Coffee is only from the machines and it is not good

We had a wonderful stay! Amazing hotel with awesome food - a lot of options and replenished all the time, awesome staff - tables were cleaned and prepared immediately and in a good quality, very friendly as well and with perfect location - super close to the beach and restaurants / shops. Also there was a lot of possibilities to chill out, drinks included in all inclusive were great and available from 11am to midnight, soft drinks all the time.
There was just a few things that we didn’t like that much. Room was quite small for two people (almost zero space for luggage), no fridge which would be very helpful. Cleaning was not as sufficient as we would like to - sand everywhere (I think bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay), sheet weren’t changed as well, but it wasn’t a tragedy. Room itself was clean without any mess from previous guests.

great location, on the beach and by the shops. friendly staff, food decent and room comfortable
not step free access to the pool - steps from bar but this was a personal thing and wouldn’t be a problem for vast majority of people

The breakfast was alway hot and staff were excellent and there was plenty of variety at all meals

Staff: I was supposed to check in at 2, when I arrived they said my room wasn't ready so I had to wait for an hour or so and had an issue with my bathroom (water leaking to room below and broken toilet seat) and they very promptly dealt with the issue and moved me to a different (bigger and better) room. Very friendly and helpful.
Food: Food is pretty decent, not amazing but good budget hotel buffet, definitely does the job and you get what you pay for. If you have even a remotely fussy child then don't book all inclusive as there aren't many child friendly options apart from dessert and chips. Unless your children are okay eating veal? For lunch and dinner there is a soup option, white or brown bread and rolls, a cheese and salad bar, potatoes)chips, 2 X meat dish and 1 X fish, as well as 1 or 2 veggie dishes (usually pasta). the dessert is the same, lots of fruit to choose from, some cheesecake and ice cream. Breakfast was the usual, eggs, salads, cheeses, breads, bacon, cereals, fruits.. but also a freshly made option (the two breakfasts I had were a ham and cheese toastie or pancakes).
Main points to consider: All inclusive: Breakfast 7:45-9:45am, lunch 12:30-3pm, dinner 6pm-9pm, all inclusive also includes, snacks from 10:30am-12:30pm, coffee and cake from 4pm-5pm and ice-cream from 10:30am-10:30pm. Only 2 alcoholic drinks outside of meal times.
Vibe: The hotel attracts an older clientele, so if you are younger (20-40) and wanting to interact with a similar age group, I'd look elsewhere. As most people here were 50+.

The location was great. The staff bar and restaurant was brillant.
The staff kitchen was really hard working, but the buffet needs more variety of food, Sometimes we had in 2 stations just salad and sometimes were the same salad.

Staff was polite and helpful both at the desk and in the restaurant. Rooms were adequate and beds comfortable. Location was adequate, access to shops, beach, bars and restaurants, even car rental and doctor services very nearby.
Rooms were badly isolated for noise. Several neighbors were noisy until late hours. Smoking was allowed on the terraces but distances between terraces made it impossible to be on the terrace when the neighboring room smoked outside smoking should be prohibited a special room/terrace should be provided for smokers.

The location is absolutely perfect
The food was a bit boring

We had an all inclusive and it was quite good. Food selection was fine, meals were tasty, alcohol included basically everything, but made from local drinks - some better than other.
Hotel itself is very close to the beach (1 minute walk), which is great.
Pool outdoors is sufficiently big with a lot of space around to use.
Rooms were spacious, comfy, we had a really big balcony, so super. Also, everything was really clean.
- Beds were only twin, no option of double
- Drinks are made from postmix which is not of good quality (e.g. pepsi is very sweet with almost no bubbles), so probably only gin (&tonic :)) was really good
- While there is very nice selection of food to pick from and it is different every day, after few days you have a feeling that eveything taste similar, as it's prepared the same way. Selection of sides could also be better (e.g. rice)
- Seating for meals is only inside, outdoor seating would be great
- Dinner ends at 21 only, which is quite soon. It would be fine, if you were to get your meal by 21, but it actually works like you should leave the dining room, as waiters are runnin all over the place, cleaning everything and telling you you should leave...

The food was ok, room was clean.
AC didn't work properly I couldn't lower the temperature bellow 25°C. Water from shower and sink was a little bit salty. The door does not mute the sounds from corridor properly, so you can hear the entertainment from downstairs and basically everything going on. Alcohol drinks were really bad, Mallorca made, I checked the bottles. No matter what you ordered, gin-tonic or Cuba libre, all tasted the same. Soft drinks also didn't taste like they do from original bottles. The pool was rather small and the water was also kinda salty (not a sea water, probably desinfection).

1. Cleanliness. It was really a great effort how rooms, kitchen and common grounds were kept clean. 2. The proximity to the sea and nice location in Can Picafort.
1. The food. Although there were always options, most of them were similar. They serve 4 to 8 main dishes per meal. Most of the time 70% of the dishes were pork. So if you don't eat or like pork, stay away. 2. The drinks. They are of some brands I've never heard. Cheap stuff. 3. The behavior of the restaurant personnel. The staff stands next to the table with angry eyes when the closing time comes. 4. WiFi is extra. C'mon guys, this is 2018.
