Following the Renovation- The hotel is simply perfect, the materials used, the combination of colours demonstrates professionals at their best Hotel staff attentive without being “on your shoulder” Food at the highest standard

Amazing hotel for calm stay next to the lake and take a rest!

Amazing hotel for calm stay in a great place! Location is amazing, staff is very nice and helpful, breakfasts are great. Especially I want to mention amazing sauna with great view on the lake and mountains!

Room was a bit small for the price, but it was nice and beds are comfy. A bit smaller shower in the room.

It was like a dream I wish i can spend mkre time at the hotel

Since we havent rented a car it took some time to go center and taxi is too expensive. If you dont have a car it s a problem

I had a problem with air conditioning and couldn’t sleep, the staff/ management were so accommodating and moved me to a suit

Excellent, a highlight all times

Service in upper floor of Porto Bello: not attentive. Low quality of wine by the glass Low quality of dessert: lemon sorbet with Champaign.

One night in a paradise

Everything, it was a paradise. When, as we are traveling through many countries and visiting many hotels on our vacation, this one was an excellent experience compared to all casual hotels, many times for the same price. Worth the money 💰

Marvellous stay worth the price. A top address.

It is very clean, has a very friendly and helpful staff. The room price appears elevated at first sight but is very reasonable when considering the location, the quality, and the fact that the spa access is included. I would definitely come back to the hotel. Seldom, I have had the opportunity to write such positive recommendation.

A good hotel yet old fashion

The room the bed the view were great It was a good experience overall

The only minuses are that they dont use radiator heating in winter but rather airconditions which is less good. And the 5 star hotel room has nothing to make coffee or tea with which means you need to buy it as service which costs 20euro for 2 tea puts...
