Property is in a great spot. Only issue was the lack of cooking spices for cooling on your own.

The heat / air did not work properly, had to leave the windows open to get relief 0 called maintenance, they came but did not fix it. The water in both showers was either scalding or freezing - called maintenance, they came but did not fix it. Ad said 4 hot tubs, rec center with pool table and tennis table...all were out of order or broken. Very disappointing!

Very nice accommodations at a fair price.
The condo was very comfortable and worked very well for a small family. The club houses were dated, but it wasn't why we were there. I would stay there again.

Unit needs repairs
Property was clean but it needs some upkeep. Broken tiles in kitchen floor. Rip in couch cushion. Floor Lamp in living room was in poor repair and both the floor lamp and table lamps need new shades both were damaged. Door jams to bedrooms were coming apart and need reattached. Door handles were not installed/placed properly in the handle hole. You could see into room. Water temp for bathing was inconsistent. You would set your temp then it would get scalding hot followed by ice cold. Kitchen faucet needs replaced you could turn it on and water wouldn’t come out without messing with it. When you turned it off it wouldn’t shut off. I’ve owned two vacation rentals and if this was my unit I would be upset to rent it in current condition

Exactly what we were looking for!
Our week vacation in this unit provided exactly what we hoped for, and it was fantastic. My husband and I are into views, not a "sort of" view, but wide-open vast looking out at everything kind of view (and we always bring binoculars!). When we returned from our kayak or bike adventures, we sat on the deck for snacks and beverages and marveled at all of what mother nature had to offer along with where our day’s adventure took us (we had perfect weather to top it off). Our last day we had snow, so the large picture windows made it perfect to watch all the peaks get a dusting of white.
This 2bed/2bath unit was light and bright to the living side, and darker on the bedroom side to sleep in if you wished. With just the two of us, we each had our own bathrooms and “dressing rooms” which was a treat. Kitchen was large and open and great to get up to watch the sunrise, make coffee, and have warmth coming in the windows while planning our day.
This unit was very reasonably priced and with the Vacasa site/app, the check in and out and asking of any questions to management was superb. This unit is not in the hub of all the action downtown, nor is it newer, or super fancy, but it was a comfortable homey space with a comfy couch for evening relaxation. We were totally pleased with our first of many adventures to Summit County.

Condo was great but the hot tub is not operational
Condo was great but the hot tub is not operational. Fix the hot tub or don't advertise it!

Average
I would start by saying it was similar to what we expected and was a good value given the price and location. However, the place was not cleaned well and outdated. There was hair on the towels/cloths and the coffee mugs were dirty. If the cleaning was better, I think this is a great value, but unfortunately it missed that during our stay- average.

Nice
Only thing I can see needed repaired was toilet i Master bath was loose. Also had terrible experience getting access to place. Access code was not left for us as instructed after having to drive all over town chasing this down

You get what you pay for...
This was a relatively inexpensive stay, but you get what you pay for. There is a significant plumbing issue in this unit... 5 of us got scalded by extremely hot water when taking a shower caused by a toilet being flushed or sink ran simultaneously. This is extremely dangerous, especially for children or elderly folks who can't move out of the scalding water quickly. The fireplace is a nice feature, but they didn't provide any wood... The thermostat can't be adjusted and was at 70 degrees; a little warm for me at night. Also, being provided only 1 garbage bag for 3 days was insufficient. Otherwise, the view was great and the main bed was quite comfortable.

Exactly what we wanted
Exactly what we wanted for a brief vacation. Nice place at a reasonable price. Would've signed the guest book but I couldn't find a pen.

Great night sleep.
The view was spectacular and loved the balcony. The beds were amazing and provided a great nights sleep. 😊 Was a bit disappointed with the pool/hot tub. No towels provided and very outdated.

nice condo
The condo was well equipped and very well taken care of. There were 4 adults and an infant and we had plenty of room.

Loved our stay
We went during the winter and the road was always kept clear. They had all the conveniences of home. Silverthorne is conventiently located. Parking was right at the stairwell, you have to go up two flights of stairs. The covered parking is a little tight if you have a SUV.

Mediocre
There were two big reasons we selected this property: one was that it has a fireplace. Having a crackling fire after a fun day on the slopes is so relaxing. When we got there, there were no matches with which to start a fire on the property. There was also a sign on the mantle that said to not use the fireplace so as to keep the clean mountain air clean. Our thoughts are that if the owners wanted to protect the environment, they'd fix the kitchen faucet that is difficult to shut off (to conserve water) AND they'd update the energy inefficient kitchen appliances from the 80's (to not use so much power) AND they'd use more energy efficient light bulbs. Those changes would benefit the environment ALL THE TIME, and not just sparingly, which is probably all the fireplace would actually be used.
Secondly, we choose this property bc they had a pool/hot tub. I have one expression for the pool area: ew! Mold, rust, mildew abound in this common area pool that I'd be surprised if it was maintained at all. Certainly not the owner's or the vacation rental manager's fault, but there should be a disclaimer so as to not lead potential renters astray.
Additionally, we had an issue and needed to contact the after-hours staff. There was no clear number to call, but we finally got ahold of someone on the third number we tried. They said they'd look into the issue and get back to us, but that didn't happen. There was no further contact. There's definitely room for improvement.
If you don't have any intentions to swim or have a real wood fire in the fireplace, and you don't mind fighting with the kitchen faucet, this property is just fine for a few nights. The views out the large patio doors are gorgeous

We'll be back
This place is just big enough and small enough. It was perfect for a party of 3 guys that were there for nothing else but to ski and sleep. Close to everything you need. Would easily stay here again!
Thanks!

Comfy Condo
A comfy condo with all the amenities of home. Quiet, hardly ever heard another resident in the building. Unlike the hotels with kids running down the hallways on the floor above you at 5:00 AM. Not overly extravagant furnishings, but nicely decorated and equipped. Just what was needed for my family of five for a weekend of skiing at Copper Mountain and Breckenridge. Free Summit Stage bus stop right in front of condo was super convenient with two bus transfers and one hour trip to the mountains. Views from condo balcony were awesome! OMG, sunrise was not to be missed! Wish I could attach a picture for you. This was a bucket list trip for me and it did not disappoint. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
