Very bad communication

Nothing as I did not get chance to see the property

The fact that I could not get in the gate was locked. No one would answer the bell, and I arrived you in the hours that was stated between nine and six I was contacted and told that the key would be left in a safe place outside for me, and when I went to retrieve it, it wasn’t there either Tried contacting accommodation With no luck

Great value, great location, great staff. Nothing fancy and does the job.

Excellent location. Just a very short walk to all the restaurants and beach front, yet still in a quiet residential area. The price was fantastic at only €60 per night for a fully equipped studio apartment. We requested a sun facing room which we were provided with and had the pool right on our doorstep. Great air conditioned rooms with comfortable beds and a great power shower. Aldi supermarket is only a 5 min walk away and the complex has shopping trolleys available in reception to borrow so you can stock up. This was a huge advantage and a lovely added touch making our shopping trip so much easier than normal (especially with all the wine we bought!). Easy access to Montemar train station, however, be warned, it is up a steep hill. On the plus side, the location is only a €10 Bolt or Uber ride from airport so worth paying a couple of pound extra for ease. Area is situated in between Torremolinos and Benalmadena’s main areas so really easy to have a nice beachfront stroll to both, lined with shops and restaurants. Only 20 mins on train into Malaga city centre for €4.50 which is definitely worth a visit for a few hours. Didn’t find a huge amount of lively bars but I’m sure they’re around somewhere, but close to Styles Karaoke which was a great atmosphere one evening. The staff were wonderful and accommodated both a (really) late arrival and a late departure, providing regular updates and instructions on how to access the room out of hours. Would definitely stay here again, especially for a cheap get away and would simply hope the kids were on school holidays 🤣

No negatives really but coming from two 40 something women who just wanted to relax in peace, the only downside was purely the disruptive children in the pool (but that obviously can’t be helped). Because the complex is fairly small with just one small pool available, we had to time our dips around when the families would be eating lunch just so our books didn’t get soaked from kids jumping in! However, if you did come here with kids, it would be an ideal, small, safe, enclosed complex to stay in as you must have a key to access all the gates.

Nice apartments, but a bit noisy during the summer months

nice, traditional apartments. Good balcony & swimming pool. plenty of sun beds. good sized fridge and ample self catering facilities. The bathroom was large and the shower was powerful. The location was good but the hill up to it is quite steep. Not a problem for me but older people might struggle

unfortunately we had noisy neighbours. we stayed during the school holidays so the pool area got pretty hectic. inflatables & balls flying everywhere, loud music etc. credit to the girls on reception as they sorted the noise from the next room straight away. some other people alerted them to the pool problem so that was dealt with too.

The room was bigger than we anticipated. Comfortable space. Great to have a space outside to eat and direct access to the swimming pool. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful with everything we needed.

Very nice!

The apartment was clean and in good condition and and the location was good and close to amenities and beach and the outdoor pool was a very nice. The holiday was really nice and I will definitely visit again! I recommend this accommodation!

Absolutely fabulous.

The staff there were amazing. They are super friendly, and really do everything they can to help. We asked for a studio with good natural light, and we got a perfect place. The studio was very sunny all day ample, comfortably furnished, and very clean. The location is great. An easy stroll to the beach and restaurants, and a quiet location.

Not that it was a big issue, but if there could be a washing machine on site (even if it can't be at every apartment because of space), it will make it easier for guests that stay for a week or more. Also, I could easily swap the grill for a microwave. These are just a nice to have, and did not take any enjoyment from the trip.

Content to consider this complex for another holiday.

Good comms from the apartment from booking to departure. Small kitchen and white goods, though they worked well and were sufficient for our stay there. Quiet location within an easy walk to the beach and bars. 10 min downhill walk from Montemar Alto train station, 5 mins to the nearest bus station.

Lovely setting.

The location was lovely, only a short walk to the beach and restaurants, far enough away to be peaceful. The gated setting with pool and loungers is lovely.

At was all fabulous but just lacking a hairdryer and maybe an iron 😆. This might be because of covid though.

Close to plenty restaurants. Good wi fi and pool very clean

Smokers each side of us . Patio stank of smoke ! Sadly distracted from stay . Also young children for last 2 days enjoying playing from about 8am ?

Location was great, 5 minute stroll to the bars/restaurants/beach. Apartments were spacious, clean, staff really friendly.

Only slight issue was balcony next to ours faced in towards us, so had to be mindful as they could see into the room, and very close to us. Not a negative though, just something we particularly found awkward.

Great location

Great location (few minutes walking to the paseo marittimo). The studio was furnished with everything you need for your stay. Good wi fi connection. There are also small trolleys available at the reception that can be used to shopping to the local supermarket (around 1 km walking to lidl at the main street level or Mercadona located up to the hill) and very useful if you do not have a car. The structure has a small gym which you can exercise with dumbbells and cardio machines but booking in advance your time. Very nice pool and balcony / terrace views. The staff and the owner are very friendly.

It was excellent, we spend one week here but it was not enough. It is a very good choice for trip.

We were happy with everything. The accommodation is clean, well equipped, the apartaman include an amazing private balcon (all apartman has a private balcon). View and area are very beautiful, I hope I will get back once again.
