房間跟照片一模一樣！有浴缸、有車位、有海景、地理位置好，一個晚上一個人大約1100，性價比高，老闆熱情也有配合的水上活動行程可以購買，很適合想要度假的情侶入住！

1.採光良好，大面積落地窗，面海景，有陽台 2.有大浴缸可邊泡澡還可以邊看海景 3.老闆很熱情，民宿有配合的水上活動行程可以購買，比較便宜 4.地理位置不管是往北去恆春鎮還是往南去墾丁大街車程約10分鐘內都可到達

1.希望可以有早餐，附近的早餐要開車去買，若是叫外送的話都要11:30之後才能送 2.民宿入口的巷子比較不起眼，要往山上開一段才會到，山坡有點偏斜

Quiet, comfortable, friendly homestay - recommended

I stayed here twice – once solo for a triathlon and once with family during the Festival – and both stays were awesome. Superb location – set quietly in the foothills of the National Park with awesome sunset views out across the ocean – and big, clean, comfortable rooms in which everything works (though more hooks in the bathrooms would be welcome). Joseph is a superb host and I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and help. Definitely worth the money and I would happily stay here again.

1) not convenient to walk from the beach/ night market. as it is located at hill side without street lamp, it is impossible to walk from the beach at night . 2) no breakfast

Amazing view from room and quiet place to stay and relax

The view from the room is fantastic, and the balcony was perfect for breakfast. The staff here were very nice people helping us with everything we needed and they speak very good English. We enjoy staying here a lot.

The staff was really nice, helpful, and welcoming. The place was clean and they provided good quality toiletries. The place is quiet, relaxing, and with a great view. I definitely recommend this place and am looking forward to staying here on my next visit to Kenting.

A relaxing stay away from the bustle of Kenting.

Southern Stay Homestay was a very welcoming accommodation. The employees were very helpful and kind. The room was comfy and spacious.

There were a lot of dogs tied up that weren’t taken off leash. If they offered breakfast, that would be really be helpful.

Wonderful time with my kids. Very convenient location if you drive. everything is 10 to 15 minutes away. Really well loc

It’s clean and well maintained. Beautiful view from top floor.

There is a dog chained up at the back of the property behind the wall in the heat. the dog gets no attention during the day or night and the chain restricts the dog drown walking far so it just lays in the heat all day long.

excellent place to stay at but with bad shuttle service

it’s an amazing place. we stayed here for one night and we were impressed with the quality and service. my advice is that if you don’t travel with a car to rent a scooter in Hengchu city or Kenting. the place is ver quiet and perfect for a a weekend get away. It’s my third time I’m staying here and I always enjoy

Before it was possible to rent a scooter at the place but it is not anymore. as well the shuttle bus organized by property stuff from Kaishoung was not comfortable. there was a place for 5 people in the taxi but taxi driver packed 7 of us which I relay didn’t like. not just that it was not comfortable but it was dangerous. I understand that property stuff couldn’t influence this but at least they could try to suggest to taxi driver to stay compliant with local traffic rules and regulations regarding how many people are allowed to be driven.

Conveniently and quietly located between Kenting and South Beach, on top of a small hill. Nice to sit on the terrace at night.

It’s a one room, open-bathroom concept. That means the bathroom is completely open, including the toilet “allowing” you to see, hear and smell whatever your travel partner does in the bathroom. You definitely need a car or motorbike to go back and forth between hotel and beach.

Beautiful environment with sea views

Beautiful environment in nature, sea views, waking up to the birds, nice balcony, great bath tub, rooms are tastefully decorated and really nice. Water dispenser with hot water was nice. Pick up and drop off from the town. Helped arrange electric scooter rental, kind staff. Easy to get around with a scooter. Really relaxing and beautiful place, we hope to return one day.

Lack of closet/storage in the room. Preference for reusable slippers and no plastic water bottles to be more environmentally friendly.

One word and that is amazing!!! Very nice place for decent price. The owner helped us to rent a scooter which helped us a lot. We got some great tips for local bars and events. What we liked the most is the peace that we had during our stay. The property is souranded with trees and the view is beautiful. We will definitely come back again. Cheers
