This is a 2 star, not 3 star hotel. It's not clean (the sheets, pillows, toilet, curtain...), I felt itchy.

The hotel is situated at a busy intersection so can be a little noisy with vehicle horns ( which get used a lot in Vietnam ). There is not much within easy walking distance of the hotel. A few typically Vietnamese restaurants, plastic chairs, no table cloth tables, too loud music but great food and service. When I was there , a new supermarket within a minute's walk was being constructed.
Staff are excellent, front desk was manned by young Vietnamese who were very friendly, helpful and spoke good English.
The bed was comfortable and the linen clean. There was a small flat screen TV in the room with local channels available. The room also had a mini bar and safe. Mini bar is stocked with beer, soft drinks and replenished daily. A couple of bottles of water were also provided free , on a daily basis.
The hotel boasts a restaurant which serves a complimentary buffet breakfast which is pretty good, considering it is free. It is also open for dinner but during my stay, I did not see anyone dine there.
Free basic toiletries are provided and refreshed on a daily basis.
The hotel is fairly typical of low budget accommodation in the provincial cities of Vietnam. Rooms are relatively large and basically but adequately furnished. Tile is used extensively which means the entire property acts like an echo chamber and can get very noisy.

Very old room. Not clean.
