Al mig de l'Europaplatz.

El lloc és ideal al mig de l'Europaplatz. Friburg és preciós i té molta vida. L'apartament era gran, amb un balcó que donava a un pati interior, però amb tot el necessari. No hi ha pàrquing però a l'avinguda del costat al pàrquing Zahringer Tor es pot aparcar per 16CHF al dia.

Que la televisió era molt antiga, i 4nits amb els nens i per la nit doncs només hi havia canals alemanys. Una television amb Smart TV doncs hagués anat bé.

Ottimo appartamento

La signora che ci ha accolti è stata molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è luminoso e pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro storico e vicina al parcheggio a pagamento (22 euro per 24 ore)

Posizione ottima. L’appartamento trattiene molto il calore e in inverno è fondamentale, infatti non c’è bisogno di avere sempre il riscaldamento acceso. Materassi molto comodi, personale molto gentile. Check-in flessibile. Ci ritorneremo!

Ausblick war schön. Schöne große Wohnung.

Verkehrslärm ist zu hören. Die Küchenutensilien waren größeren Teils nicht sauber.

Spacious and clean apartment

The property was easy to locate and the instructions given before arrival were clear. The location is not too far off from the main station. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen amenities were great even though I did not make use of it. A bottle of water was also provided which is always nice to have. The check in and check out processes were simple.

A fire alarm went on early in the morning during my stay and dampened my experience a little as I was very tired from my travel the night before. I could not see any staff member during my entire stay and no explanation was provided for the fire alarm.

Like a 3 star hotel (which is great considering the price), with amazing city access, and friendly staff.

Amazing placement right by the old city and also walkable to the train station. Windows are very sound proof. Beds comfortable. Staff was super accommodating.

Some of the tile grout in the shower was old (but felt clean), and one room's sink drained incredibly slowly. Could have also used a comfy loveseat or some such in the living area (although there was a serviceable table and chairs).

Accommodation as advertised, we had a lovely stay.

We really liked the walk in shower, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was great to make breakfast.

It was a bit difficult to wash clothes at the property, bonus was it was free to use the washer and dryers.

the location & Saif (staff)

avoid at any cost rooms on the ground floor - they are super noisy, right at the BACKDOOR of the kitchen of the pizza restaurant, otherwise prepare to hear plates washing, pans on the fire, etc. we were lucky and thank Saif (staff) who was friendly and willing to help us change a room on the 2nd night. --beds are small --there are no double-size duvets each one of us had a single duvet --pillows are very awkward you could easily say that they were more than a sheet in a pillowcase --rooms are super noisy this is not a place for couples - it is a "romance atmosphere destroyer" it may be ok for business trips or friends

good place to stay if you’re a group of 4 and ideal for long stays

city center but affordable. request for late checkout was easily granted

the late check-in time and early checkout. i mean generally it’s either 2 or 3pm. if they should go with 4pm then checkout should be at least 12nn

Central location, apartment clean, fully equipped, staff friendly and helpful. Complementary drinks on arrival. Able to leave luggage before check in and after check out so we could continue to enjoy our holiday, luggage free!

Perfect location, very comfortable

It is in a TOP location, basically all the major attractions are within walking distance. I cannot stress enough how perfect is this location to visit Freiburg, so close to the vibrant city center but at the same time in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and correspondent to the pictures. Staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the course of my stay (and even before when I contacted them to ask some questions).

clean and spacious

the property description made it sound like the washer and dryer was in the unit - it was not. we had to use shared facilities in the basement which was inconvenient because we planned to start laundry then head out. the listing should be much more clear that the laundry facilities and shared and located in the basement. otherwise, very positive experience.
