Lieliski apartamenti ar saunu ģimenei. Virtuvē ir viss nepieciešamais aprīkojums, lai pašiem pagatavot maltītes. Tuvu vecpilsētai un veikaliem.

Suurepärane asukoht kesklinnas, vajalik on jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Ruumid olid maitsekad ja mugavad. Söögitegemiseks oli kõik vajalik olemas.
Saabumispäeval oli boiler ilmselt liiga hilja sisse lülitatud- pidi leige veega dušši võtma.

Nice design and good view. Not so far from the center and the beach.
It was quite expensive. We thought this apartment had a sauna, but unfortunately, our room didn't have one. Shower is very open and water is everywhere.
8.0 / 10.0
The location is central and close to the shops, pedestrian area, river and the parks. The children playground is just nearby. The place is quiet and protected from the outside. Well protected from the wind too. The parking is just by the door - very convenient.
There is a so called patio, but to my mind, it is rather useless, as it's too small and on the way to the neighbouring Maisonette.
1. I didn't like the apartment, but it wasn't because the apartment itself was bad. There was simply not enough space for our family. For a place with 6 sleeping places, everything was too tight and tiny. There were only 4 chairs, for example. The two bedrooms upstairs were all right, but the the living room downstairs combined with a sleeping room and a kitchen wasn't! It might be OK for a short or overnight stay or when your family isn't big ( in fact the apartment would be pretty good for two adults and two kids) or if you don't cook. But if you do, and if you have 4 kids, it simply doesn't work. Moreover, there isn't enough storage space: there is a single wardrobe upstairs and not a single chest-of-drawers. Thanks God, there were plenty of hooks. But nonetheless our belongings (and that of the kids) were scattered all over. The bags were standing right on the floor.
2. The kitchen is small, the microwave is too high and the fridge is too small and located too low. To put smth in (apart from beer) you literally have to sit on the floor.
3. The stairs are too steep and noisy. It's difficult to imagine elderly people or those with reduced mobility to cope with it.
4. The walls are too thin. You can perfectly hear all the sounds upstairs and those of the neighbours.
5. There is no washing machine. And for me, it's a drastic drawback.
6. The sauna is good, very small but clean and nice. BUT... Every time you want to switch it on, you have to call the owner. Might be OK, if you use it a couple of times. But if you stay for a week and if you have to call every single evening, it's absurd and very inconvenient! Moreover, you should take care not to call too early or too late, and your don't feel well calling more than once per day! I do think that booking an apartment with sauna implies that you expect to use it whenever you want.
7. Expect to pay a deposit upon arrival. It is a normal practice.

I liked location and closeness to old town. Having BBQ outside was good detail (even though it was dirty).
Asking security deposit (150 Euro).
Having security cameras to balcony and having a feeling that someone is watching you.

Very nice apartment would be probably especially relaxing during summer. Plenty of room, looks great. In the yard there seems to be plenty of space for sitting and enjoying summer (but we stayed in winter :D ). Central location but seemed to be a quiet neighborhood

It’s comfortable, fully equipped and nicely furnished, located in an old building, almost 100 y o but we’ll renovated.
The heating was poor in parts of the living room and especially in the kitchen where it was chilling cold and the floor was just icy. so probably best not for cold winter stays.

Hisory remains, we are fans of the olden days heating.

Very comfortable and beautiful place to stay. Right in the centre of Pärnu with restaurants and parks nearby, a children’s playground is right around the corner.

We've arreived earlier as planned. The owner let us park in the garden, which as a great help for us.
I was a bit afraid from the owner after reading the former evaluations, they mentioned that extra money was taken by the owner. We didn't have this experience, neither deposit wasn't taken.

Good apartments in Pärnu, with their own parking space in the courtyard. We lived on the first floor, there was enough space for everyone when we travel (6+2). Great location because you can go to the beach and the old town.
An inconvenient kitchen utensil shelf, you can't see what to take from it. In the shower room, the towel holder falls apart after hanging the towels. The sofa bed has a broken base and the wrong size bedding.
