7.0
Friendly reception staff, nice swimming pool. Good restaurant and supermarkets within a very short walk.
We had an apartment in the annexe so I can't speak about the main building, but the apartment was more basic than expected although acceptable.
5.0
Location good, five minute walk to restaurants and beach
We were only there for 3 nights but the bins were never emptied at all during that , anyone who knows about plumbing in Cyprus will understand why this is a problem , also none of the electrical items in kitchen apart from fridge worked

Excellent value for money option. This is a family run establishment. The apartments are clean, well equipped, suitably furnished. There is a breakfast option and a nice pool and ample parking. It's walking distance from the beach too!

Great place to stay, definitely recommend it.
3.0
Location was convenient and balcony was massive. Soaps were helpful.
Facilities were outdated, fan in the living was broken, place felt thrown together, taps were broken, doors were not working properly. The place definitely needs upgrading and a good paint. Glad I did not have to use kitchen. Pillows were useless.
7.0
Basic and clean.
Rooms were very spacious
Large beautiful balcony
Should at least have a microwave, proper cutlery and plates. It would also have been nice if there was a/c in the main lounge area

We only stayed at the appartment for a very short duration. We booked it for a night's sleep. When we asked for an early check-in, the staff were happy for us to check in earlier. The appartment was clean.
We booked an appartment, which was not in the main building, which was fine, as I assume it provided the same facilities. The thing I did not like was the fact that we had to pass close to the bins to get to our room. Obviously, especially in the summer that is very unpleasant. It would also be good to have some bin bags in the room, in the case where guests want to use for their laundry.

Everything was ok. Clean, quick and convenient to get to the hotel.
Sea is quite close to the apartmenrs and it's very nice area to visit in Cyprus.
Very quiet location with all necessary infrastructure: restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop and the Sea!!!!
There was no kitchen staff like sponge and dishes cleaning liquid.

Rooms were spacious and had a large veranda.
1. The water pressure in the shower was very very weak. This is the worst, especially for a beach holiday when you have sand and salt in your hair and body. This may be a general thing as there was a sign "save water" next to the shower.
2. Rusty bath tub
3. Visible mold or dirt in the aircondition units - didn't look cleaned.
4. Check-in delayed for almost two hours. Check-in was supposed to be possible from 2pm onwards, we arrived at 2.45pm and they hadn't started cleaning the room yet. We have two small children who were hard to contain in the heat after a long drive and we also had frozen goods which should go into the fridge of the apartment. Reception was very chill about it, not even a simple apology. At least they showed us a bar fridge where we could store the frozen food until room was available.
5. If you shut the bedroom door then it would be stuck and unable to open from inside, someone needed to come from outside and push.
6. Seriously outdated facilities and furniture from decades ago. The faucet in the bathroom was trembling, would go out of its place when turning the knobs.
7. No kettle to boil water, which was difficult as I have a baby/toddler who still drinks formula. Fortunately I had brought a brikki with me and did it there.
8. For €94 per night I expected, at least, that we would be able to have a proper shower, that we would have a way to boil water to make ourselves a coffee/baby formula, and that I wouldn't face all the above.

Unusable Wifi inside apartment
No air condition in living room where the kids beds were placed
Toilet seat broken - did not stay up
No matches to turn on the gas hob
No tap water so we couldn't cook (drinking water faucet was there but no water came out of it)
The fan that was placed in the kids room/living room had 1kg of dust on it - apparently, no one noticed?
Shower water pressure was like being tortured! It was so slow that I couldn't get the water everywhere on my body.
We were placed in a separate building from the main establishment, above a supermarket so you had to navigate between old supermarket boxes to find the entrance.
Bath tub was very narrow and hard to stand in for a 1,86m man.

Big balcony and view from it in Annex Appartments. Nice surrounding.
The accomodation is better for 2 people than for a family as air-condition was installed only in the bedroom. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness.

the room was clean, had a nice veranda, the aircondition was working
there was no hot water, barely any cold water, the fridge door wouldn’t close, the rooms are neglected, and the staff couldn’t care less
