About this apartment rental

Beautiful penthouse in Building 11 of the Gran Vía just a few meters from the square of Spain plant. Completely renovated, all brand new, excellent quality and amenities. Stunning views.

The apartment has 120 square meters have been refurbished in the very Gran Via in Madrid, in a landmark building, just a few meters from the Plaza of Spain. The apartment is soundproofed and has a large terrace with stunning views of the city. So central that you can walk to all the attractions of the city.

The building has three lifts and a doorman weekdays.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two with double bed of 150 cm and the other with two single beds. All rooms come with wardrobe and TV, and one of them is a safe where they can store valuables.
There are also two bathrooms with shower gel and shampoo provided.
The property is complemented by a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven with grill, induction hob, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils.
In addition to the indoor dining room, the apartment has a large terrace with wonderful views over the Gran Vía with its tables and chairs to dine on the terrace.
The living room has a sofa bed 140 cm for two additional guests.
All rooms have air conditioning and there is wireless internet with exclusive access to 20 Mb.
The apartment comes with sheets and towels.

You are requested not to smoke inside the house, but is has a large terrace where you can do freely.

Gran Via is the center of Madrid. Besides having an impressive architecture full of history, it is close to all tourist and shopping attractions.

Our family of 4 (with 2 teens) stayed here for 2 weeks. The apartment is clean, very spacious and had more than enough room for all of us. The beds were comfortable, the patio was beautiful with great views, and the apartment had everything we needed. We didn't cook any big meals just breakfast, snacks, etc. Since we were staying so long, we asked for a cleaning in the middle of our stay and the owner set it up. We paid extra for the cleaning. Communication with the owner over this and at check in was very easy. The location is great, right on Gran Via, but despite being in the middle of all the action, the apartment was very quite. We didn't hear any street noise (and I am a very light sleeper). Only minor thing was that the apartment says it has a washer and dryer. It does have a washer, but no dryer, just a drying rack on the patio (as is pretty standard for Europe). This is probably not a big deal for most visitors, but were were staying a while and would have liked to have a dryer. Being January/February it was cold and rainy a few days so drying clothes outside wasn't convenient. Other than that everything was wonderful and I would highly recommend staying there. The lack of the dryer isn't a deal breaker for me, I just would have packed differently.

Our family of four had a fabulous stay at this comfortable apartment. The space is located in the middle of everything but felt like our own private getaway when we needed to take a break from sightseeing. Alfonso was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

We loved staying here! The location was fabulous, the views of Gran Via from the terrace (especially at night) were spectacular. It was nice to have a doorman at the building and Alfonso was very attentive of our needs.The living space and bedrooms were very comfortable for the five of us. When we, hopefully, get the chance to visit Madrid again, we will definitely stay here!

Great property to explore Madrid. We used it as our home base for the week. Centrally located! We couldn’t ask for a better location and the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed a glass of wine or a vodka etonica enjoying the beautiful lights of Madrid. Alfonso was attentive and an excellent host.

My husband and two young adult sons came to experience Lisbon. This apartment is in a great location. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store 1 minute away. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The beds and furniture are comfortable. Manuel was generous with his time explaining how the appliances work. He also provided a booklet with important information. I would stay here again and recommend it to others who are looking to stay in Lisbon.

We have travelled a lot using vrbo and this is one of the best places/locations we have had! Alfonso is very kind and responsive, the apartment is located in an excellent location on Gran Via, walking distance to everything you need to see and also close to Santo Domingo metro station. The view from the balcony was amazing, clean and a comfortable apartment. Air conditioning, three bedrooms and two bathrooms made our stay so pleasant. Even though we were on a very busy avenue there was no noise inside. My children loved this rental and would love to come back. No need to keep looking, book this without hesitation you will love it too.

We loved everything about this apartment. The location is perfect, walking distance to major attractions, and the view is stunning. Yes, it was winter and the mornings were freezing, but there was a certain magic to drinking coffee whilst standing and having Madrid at your feet. Would go back in the blink of an eye. Recommend wholeheartedly and look forward to going back!

Zeer prettig verblijf gehad met vijf personen (dus ieder eigen slaapkamer). Het appartement is in zeer mooie staat en compleet uitgerust met vaatwasser en zelfs een wasmachine. Alfonso (de beheerder) helpt waar nodig, maar dringt zich niet op. Alom een zeer goede keus voor een verblijf in Madrid. In het verleden altijd voor hotels gekozen, maar dit is, zeker voor meerdere personen, een toppertje.

thank you for a lovely stay in Madrid. the apartment accomodated all 3 couples. furnishings were very nice. Loved The 11th floor terrace, it was wonderful for the view and just to relax with family and friends. Easy to get around. Loved madrid and wished we could have stayed longer. Our host was so thoughtful in that the web stopped working and we finally got it up again by completely rebooting. Our host came over anyway to make sure it had restarted - thank you so thoughtful. Also the area was exciting , being in the theater district. Highly recommend

We stayed for 3 nights at this rental and it was amazing. Great comfortable beds, huge terrace, and total comfort! The location is central and wonderful for anyone wanting to explore Madrid-- you are within walking distance to all the historical monuments and museums. Alfonso, the owner, was extremely helpful and organized and makes sure you have every thing you need, fresh towels, a bottle of wine, tourist information, and even toiletries were waiting for us! I highly recommend this apartment, it is luxury at it's best.
