Nice central place to stay. Spacious room, comfortable. Helpful staff who really look out for you and give you tips. They also found me a taxi and we're generally really kind. I would definitely stay here again

For the price amazing hotel, big nice window, bathroom with shower en suite, big bed, everything was clean and working

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and allowed us to check in early after arriving early on the bus. They provided towels and the shower was hot. There is good security.
The area is not great and I wouldn't recommend going out at night, however it's a short walk to a safer area

Helpful staff with good tips of what to do.
Helped me order food.
Responded quickly and professionally to my queries.
Room was of a good size and what you need for a short stop over.
The city centre was close to be walked to, but like most cities, at night, it's not advisable to walk around the hotel area.
Not always hot water; if you're late, they've turned it off. You just need to say so they turn it on!
Not enough plug sockets.

The lady at the reception was incredibly nice! I arrived after long night travel early in the morning and went to the hotel to leave my backpack. She let me enter the room already in the morning so I could rest, without any additional cost. The room was good and spacious and the location is very centric
Everything was perfect!

Staff is great and 24h. Got a promo here on booking and I paid $6 a night. Its a confortable room, bathroom is ok, hot water, a TV etc.
WiFi sucks and there are windows in the bedrooms, but its either in front of the street (you can hear the cars and buses) or two little squares in front of a wall in the bedrooms behind.

We really appreciated being able to check in at 3am after a horrendous 18 hour bus journey from Popayan. Our host was very accommodating and it was an easy and cheap taxi ride from the bus terminal. Also within a short walk of a great cafe in calle 19 KRK caffeto, for a fantastic breakfast of French pastries and an extensive menu. Really recommend this.
It's a bit noisy and we were woken by people shouting outside.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Staff was incredibly friendly, also checking in at 2am wasn't a problem. The room was spacious and clean, with a TV, enough sheets, a little table and a hot shower. The location is really close to city center and few doors down they have cheap breakfasts.

The staff were amazing and very attentive. Great hot shower and very close to Centro Pasto and bus station. Nice view from the room.
Most rooms are facing busy road and the windows are single glazed. So need ear plugs if you need quiet. Only 1 charge point in room and not by bed.

Great stay, with great people at reception :) the area isn’t dangerous on day time, 15mon away from the principal place. great rooms and cleaning. Wifi can be a bit poor in some rooms but it’s great in the common areas

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, hot water as one would expect, but at a very low price. Stairs no elevator, but for $9, what is not to like? It takes about 6 Mil Peso ($1.5) to get to or from the autobus station (Terminal Terestre). When I make a trip between Colombia and Ecuador I end my day in Pasto here to rest. Not doing so to save $10 is crazy. Flights to Quito from BOG or MDE are $$$$$$. To Pasto they're cheap. Add a day to the trip and you'll save $100 depending on your final destination in Colombia or Ecuador. Crossing at Rumichaca border crossing is easier than the airport.
Not many decent places to eat nearby.... or in the country for that matter. There is a place right next door if you like typical Colombian food. A few bakeries within walking distance, and a whole bunch of eateries at the Bus Station, but none of them are worth a special trip.

Cheap option in Pasto. Close to the city, and just 5-10 minutes in taxi from the terminal. Hotel standard, clean and good bathroom.

It's a great price for a private room in Colombia and there is nothing to fault Juanambu, it's clean, has friendly check out times, amenities are provided like a kitchen and a towel and bar of soap free. Most of all the staff are super friendly and accommodating and will help you any way they can

The hotel has a common room with sofas, kitchenette and a fridge.
Interior room with window to the corridor. Works happening nearby, however, disruption was kept to a minimum

- walking distance to the main plaza
- really comfortable bed
- affordable price
- Yuly the receptionist helped me a lot in getting my bearings with the city and she also recommended a good restaurant that serves cuy.
- Internet doesn´t reach my room, so I had to go to the hallway just to get connected online.

The room was basic, but it was bright and had a comfortable bed and it was quiet at night, so it was easy to sleep well at this hotel. The hot water in the shower was great too. The room was maintained and cleaned on a daily basis and all of the staff working there were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in a good location with plenty of options nearby for food, places to eat, shops etc. It is only a 10-15 minute walk to Plaza de Narino and the local area is also well served by taxis and buses.
I would reccommend this hotel and I would happily stay there again.
