Mum was staying at the hotel next to mine but it was ideal as she did not have any stairs to get up or down

Staff/management were friendly. Rooms clean & bed comfortable
Decor a little tired and the property was under renovation at time of our visit. Breakfast arrangements not great. Self service in one room. Eating in another along a v narrow corridor ( may have been due to renovation work?)

The hotel was clean and we had a very large family room. Lovely high quality bedding and towels. Staff were lovely. The continental breakfast was fab - lots of choice - enough to keep the kids happy! Value for money was excellent, considering location and there were 4 of us. Would definitely stay again.

Everything fron start to finish. We got there early and was greeted straight away and allowed into our room. Even got updmgraded as our original room couldn't take dogs.
The breakfast was continental bit with a great choice.
Bar at night was great. Drinks reasonable priced and lovely guests and locals there that loved fussing the dogs

The location was good not far from town and the seafront
The room needs updating the bed was cricky and needs a new mattress it was very hard and very uncomfortable. The toilet was in a corner right next to the shower, which made it very tight.

The location was great, close to all amenities. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast had a great choice. There is a bar in the hotel called the Hidden Gem. Effort has been put in to cater for everyone. Had everything we needed in the room. Very comfortable
