Great value hotel close to airport and Iguazu Falls

Great and varied breakfast, friendly staff, tourist booking agency, location, pool, air conditioning, excellent value for money.

Room slightly tired and in need of refurbishment, but for the money, can't complain.

We are very pleased with our stay in this comfortable and handy hotel

Dining room, pools, gift shops inside location were excellent. Also cleaning staff did a great job. We are very pleased with this hotel.

All was good, perhaps reception attendants might be a bit more amiable

Séjour incroyable, rapport qualité/prix difficilement égalable

L’établissement est idéalement situé par rapport à l’aéroport et les chutes. De plus l’hôtel s’occuper de vous emmener/rammener ou vous voulez. La piscine est sympathique, il y a également un service de tourisme, des petites boutiques, un restaurant etc.

EL PATIO Y LAS PILETAS

HABIA MAL OLOR EN LOS PASILLOS, MUY FRIO POR QUE VENTILABAN PARA QUE NO SE HUELA. ES MUY VIEJO, NECESITA RENOVACION, ACOLCHADOS MANCHADOS... UNA ALMOHADA MANCHADA. PEDI UN ARROZ POR QUE MI HIJA SE DESCOMPUSO Y ME DIJERON QUE NO HABIA..EN BRASIL QUE EL 90 % DE LOSPLATOS TIEENE ARROZ. AL DIA SIGUEINTE OTRA CAMARERA ME DIJO QUE SI HABIA. TOAMN EL DOLAR A USD 4.90..ESTABA A 5.50.. PAGUE EN DOALRES Y ME HCIERON RECIBO EN REALES SIN ESPECIFICAR TIPO DE CAMBIO. ME PARECE QUE ESA DIF DE CAMBIO ES USURERA. Très bien pour une ou deux nuits, le temps de visiter les chutes d'Iguazu

Proximité avec les chutes côté brésilien (env 1km) Bon petit-déjeuner et restaurant Piscines tops!

Humidité dans les chambres, rien ne sèche Personnel qui ne parle pas du tout anglais et qui a du mal à nous renseigner sur les chutes côté Argentine alors que c'est l'attraction principale dans le coin + l'agence de voyage dans le hall ne parle pas non plus anglais Navette aéroport-hotel gratuite lors de la réservation, mais uniquement pour l'aller (ce qu'on ne savait pas)

Bom custo/benefício

O hotel é bem espaçoso e agradável especialmente para passeio em família, com crianças. Havia piscina interna e aquecida, parquinho, bastante verde. O local conta com restaurante e cafeteria, o que ajuda caso não queira se deslocar para comer. Os preços não eram tão acessíveis, mas eram opções viáveis para quem não quer se deslocar. Fica bem perto de muitas atrações. O café da manhã era bom com opções. Os quartos espaçosos e limpos. Havia opção de comprar água em garrafas de 1,5l com valores ok, o que é raro em hotéis. Também há um estacionamento amplo e gratuito. Apesar da estrutura antiga, em linhas gerais, pelo custo/ benefício, é um lugar bem interessante.

Os colchões já eram bastante afundados, o que acaba deixando um pouco desconfortável. Quando estávamos lá, de um dia para o outro, mudaram o sistema de atendimento do restaurante, que inicialmente contava com buffet. Pra gente foi ruim essa mudança porque o buffet trazia opções de salada e legumes que os pratos a lá carte não contemplavam ou encareciam demasiadamente. Como tínhamos meio de transporte, acabamos optando por realizar as refeições em outro lugar.

Très bon emplacement

Très bien localisé et confortable à un tarif abordable. Le personnel disponible et agréable. Petit-déjeuner complet et possibilité de prendre les autres repas sur place. Très simple pour visiter les chutes d’Iguaçu et le parc à oiseaux. Trajet en bus à 5 reais par personne. L’arrêt est localisé à proximité de l hôtel.

Infrastructure ancienne, maintenance à fonctionnelle.

A localização é ótima para quem.vai participar da meia maratona das cataratas.

Qualidade dos lencois, chuveiro com um jato para cada lado e com alternância brusca de temperatura. Colchao mais ou menos. ,

O hotel era próximo das Cataratas, o caminho ate chegar no hotel esta em obras e bem bagunçado, o hotel precisa de reformas, com carpes nos corredores que tem um cheiro ruim, o banheiro tinha um box que não fechava e tinha durepox grudado nas infiltrações, a torneira do banheiro ficava vasando e não tinha nem janela e nem exaustor no banheiro, a limpeza do quarto e da roupa de cama pode melhorar. O café da manhã era bom mas repetitivo, todo dia a mesma coisa, o preço da água e cerveja eram exorbitantes, poderiam cobrar um preço mais justo. Os funcionários eram educados e solícitos

Great location for both the falls and the airport

Probably the best choice if you want to be near both the airport and the falls and if you don’t want to be in Foz city. Free airport shuttle and very good shuttle service to the falls for a reasonable fee. Food is not expensive either. Room is nice enough and the pool is nice, especially for families with kids

Restaurant service is variable. Tends to be a bit disorganised in restocking the buffet at breakfast and will often forget to bring out bowls or spoons, etc. But the breakfast itself is really good.

Sofrível, não pretendo voltar ao hotel.

Localização

Limpeza em geral. Principalmente o restaurante, muito sujo, mesas grudentas e mal cheirosas. Faltou luz em função de uma tempestade e o hotel não tinha gerador próprio. Fomos dormir sem banho e sem luz.

Disappointing.

Location close to the Falls Park (20 minute walk). Free shuttle from the airport.

Staff were poor. Check-in a joke. Arrived at 12.15pm and advised room not available until 2pm. That's fair enough but when we returned at 2.15pm advised the room still not ready. Told 5 minutes - waited another half an hour. Staff didn't really seem interested. Room 601 (Superior double) right next to pool and stairs to pool area so quite noisy.

Es mejor quedarse en un hotel del centro que tenga mejor relacion precio-calidad.

El desayuno es bueno

El hotel lo pintan como un sitio muy bonito y bien tenido cerca a la entrada al parque de las cataratas, sin embargo, al llegar al hotel se da uno cuenta que es un hotel muy viejo, no le han renovada nada y las habitaciones parece de 1990. Todo lo que son sabanas, toallas, duvet y demas son viejos y desgastados. El baño tambien esta sin remodelar y se ve como de un hotel 2 estrellas. Ademas, el agua de la ducha se salia y mojaba todo el piso del baño.

Excelente servicio y amabilidad en la atencion

El desayuno excelente y una ubicacion privilegiada por su cercania al aeropuerto, al que brindan el servicio de traslado en forma gratuita, tambien pude dejar mi auto en guarderia, en el hotel. Excelente trato y atencion

Voltaremos com certeza, foi fantástico.

O Hotel é muito agradável. Apesar de suas instalações serem antigas, o hotel por um todo é muito aconchegante, possui quartos espaçosos, área de recreação também ampla e café da manha com bastante variedades. Sem a menor dúvida é um ótimo local para se hospedar.

Não que eu não tenha gostado e que isso tenha me atrapalhado em algo, mas apenas como sugestão sugiro que troquem o tapete dos corredores que dão acesso aos quartos. O cheiro não é muito agradável e isso pode de alguma forma incomodar algumas pessoas, principalmente aos alérgicos.

Save location nothing much going for it

Proximity to airport - good location with free shuttle for early morning flight

Cumbersome check-in process - need to scan QR code and fill in forms in Portuguese with not much help from behind the counter. Only cold water in the bathroom. Awkward tap controls at bottom of floor for handheld tap. Worn-out rooms - alleyways dark in the name of saving power.

Good deal for the price. Would recommend.

Excellent breakfast, with many variety of fruits, bread, etc. The hot pool was great! The hotel is very close to main attractions such as the Iguacu Falls and the Bird Park.

Would think they shouldn´t charge for the pool towels.

Excelente! I want to stay again.

Hotel is very near from the cataratas(15min by foot). All staffs are friendly and helpful, especially tour desk staff! They pick me up from the airport (free)and call a taxi and so on. Food is very good! Highly recommend.

Towel is very old.
