Tive que cancelar a reserva pois não tinha meu quarto me colocaram em um quarto melhor mais era horrível cheiro de tinta e mofo sem confinamento disseram que era o melhor quarto do hotel ,tive que procurar outro hotel as 22:40 da noite

Esperava o mínimo

O colchão e cafe da manhã sao otimos, tem manobrista e a recepção funciona muito bem e rápidas.

Os corredores sao escuros, o elevador estava com problema clicava em 1 andar e todos eram selecionados. A área da piscina foi alugada no Sábado e parecia uma churrascada de familia com pagodinho bem alto, tudo bagunçado cadeiras caídas. Reclamei na recepção e me informaram que era uma empresa que pediu o espaço e que não poderiam fazer nada. Nem consegui ficar na área porque me senti invadindo a festa alheia.

O custo é alto dada a qualidade das instalações.

Somente da sauna e localização. As fotos da área da piscina não condizem com a realidade da mobília.

A piscina estava absurdamente imunda. Roupa de cama e banho encardida e rasgada. Cortinas sujas. Box sujo. Infelizmente eu esperava mais do hotel e pela qualidade da hospedagem, esperava um padrão melhor das instalações. O hotel é antigo, mas a administração deixa a desejar no quesito limpeza e conservação. Acho que é valida uma reforma e modificar principalmente as roupas de cama, banho e cortinas.

Clean, spacious suite, very helpful and friendly staff

Friendly, courteous desk attendant speaks English. Suite was spacious and clean. Huge shower stall - more like a shower room! Good breakfast buffet. Wood dry sauna.

Climate control heating mode did not work. Sofa in the room was rather old. Upstairs flushing toilet is very loud. Pool is not inviting, the pool water is dirty and not heated. Fitness center is not appealing, very old treadmills and stationary bikes, no free weights or machines.

The cost/benefit was TERRIBLE, the hotel lacks of (lots) maintenance. I wouldn't stay again.

The location is just OK, there is a shopping mall next to the hotel.

* There is a residential building in front of the window, You can't have privacy with curtains open. * The room and the aisle were very dark. * The WI-FI was extremely bad. * The bed was not comfortable, and there was only one bad pillow. * Part of the shower head was clogged. * The power outlet had a exposed wire, it was out of the wall. * The breakfast was just OK. * I called reception and asked for another pillow, but nobody was available to bring me the pillow so I had to go down from the 7th floor to get the pillow in the reception. * It was very expensive for all of these problems, it should be at least half of what I paid for two nights.

Breakfast was really really good, rooms are very big and dark at night.

The halways and general shared locations are kind off dirty looking, old and worn out. It feels a bit abandoned, but for the price it was worth it.
