Well located hotel

Hotel was clean, well located and bed was comfortable. Bathrooms renovated and modern. Breakfast at cafe opposite was great.

Hot water had run out in the morning so couldn't have a warm shower. Decor in hotel in general would benefit from updating. Had to ring on arrival to gain access to hotel.

Bad because of the robbery,Great because of the help from the Manager.

The breakfast was ok.We arrived and nobody was at the reception.When I called the number of the hotel,the manager told me that he was busy but he allready put the key in the door of our room.It seemed he knew what time we arrived.Great! After 30 minutes he arrived so we checked in.In the evening we went out to check the place of the breakfast.Ten minutes later we came back and my wallet was not there.I thought I left it in the car but this was not the case.The police told us to report it the Guardia Civil the next day.I sent a message to the Manager as a confirmation what happened.The next morning he was so kind to give me the copy he made from my drivers license and Resident card the day before.And it was really amazing but he also had the number and the Expiration day of my creditcard which I used to pay the bill.How he get the expiration day I don t know because I didn t give him my creditcard.So it was great that he knew all this.It helped us a lot when we made the declaration at the Guardia Civil.So our stay was very disappointing because of the robbery but the Hotelmanager helped us a lot.I can recommend this Hotel very much.

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped room, very reasonably priced.

Spent two nights there, manager very friendly and helpful, room cleaned every day, mini bar reasonably priced, beds comfortable. Breakfast at a nice cafe across the road.

Directions to parking before we arrived but we could have asked.

Had a wonderful birthday stay. Staff lovely and welcoming and bed comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The location was excellent. Although the hotel did not have a restaurant, the one directly opposite was fab.

would have liked tea/coffee making facilities but not the end of the world.

It's a pet friendly and value for money accommodation. We had a spacious room. The breakfast was really nice.

It wasn't that well preserved. We asked for a double bed but we got two single ones instead. There wasn't shampoo and bath gel in the bathroom.

Breakfast was great and parking was very good and shops nearby...

Shower door didn't stop the water so the floor got soaked... We could here the person next door snoring so sound proofing needs attention... A roll together mattress....

Nice place for it's price.

Everything was fine. It was clean, neat, very welcoming and cozy.

Light sleepers - this is not a place for you. The hotel is very good but there is literally no sound isolation from the road that is CONSTANTLY NOISY. I never had any problem to fall asleep with a party going on around me, but this place surprised me. We stayed there for 2 nights and I did not sleep at all because of racing cars and motorbikes, people talking under our window at 3 am and ect. So- believe me, if I could not handle that- light sleepers will have a problem. If you are worried for your health - please mind that the receptionist did not wear a mask on several occasions, however he was very sweet.

Excellent hotel.

Good location for all facilities in centre of town. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Very good cafe/restaurant (on other side of street). Spa less than 10 minutes by car. Clean and comfortable.

Sometimes a little noisy, as the hotel is in the centre of town. Parking sometimes a little difficult due to lack of free spaces in town centre.
